**What do you like best about Workfeed?**

As administrators for Memosik, Workfeed has truly simplified our scheduling and team management. The platform is incredibly user-friendly for both us and our young team members.
Our young employees have quickly embraced the app and love the ability to easily swap shifts, track their working hours, and plan their music assignments at elderly care homes. They experience a freedom and flexibility previously absent in scheduling processes.
Workfeed does more than offer a technical solution - they actively support our important work of building bridges between generations. By streamlining our administrative processes, they enable us to focus on our real mission: creating meaningful encounters between youth and seniors through music.
Our administrative time has been significantly reduced, which means we can invest more energy into our nursing home performances, concerts, and social activities.

**What do you like best about Workfeed?**

We at Event Medical Services ApS in Denmark, have been using Workfeed.io for over six months, and it has proven to be a highly reliable and intuitive platform for managing our team’s work schedules. The software offers a clean, minimalist design, making it easy to navigate even for first-time users. Despite its simplicity, Workfeed.io is powered by a strong and fast backend, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

The workflow is seamless. As an administrator or supervisor, it’s easy to roll out consistent work patterns and schedules to employees with just a few clicks. The platform is designed to support efficiency, which has made our scheduling process much more streamlined.

One of the standout features for us has been the reporting functionality, which makes payroll processing, vacation deductions, and tracking absences and sick days a breeze. The system has all the necessary tools to ensure accurate tracking and reporting, saving us valuable time each month.

Implementation was fast and hasslefree, the customer support team is very engaging and assisted us with the first onboarding and integration.

The inbuilt contract function that autogenerates employeeletters that the staff can sign directly in the system is amazing.

Overall, Workfeed.io is a thoroughly tested and modern solution that meets the demands of a fast-paced business environment. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Workfeed?**

In the future we are hoping to see an full eco-system with news, documents and enhanced communication with users/groups to fully emmerse the Workfeed.io APP and channel all in one place instead of having to implement users scattered in different applications.

We also hope there will be some development in the HR module as we would like to move all employee informations and documents to one system.

**What problems is Workfeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have a clear overview of employees and ressources. We are benefitting of the automatic calculation and tracking of time and attendance to ensure we do not have unnesscearry overtime payment.

We have different geographical locations and managing our workforce is easily done with department feature and role managing to ensure the right staff is assigned to each customer or project.

**What do you like best about Workfeed?**

My name is Andrew Lowe and I am the assistant general manager at Brookswood Equipment & Hardware in Langley, British Columbia, Canada. Workfeed has become essential in our workplace. We moved from Harvest about 4 months ago and it has been a huge gamechanger for us. Our employees can now clock in and out, and we can do payroll with a few clicks of a button. This creates accountability in our workplace, as well as modernization. This program is much more modern and provides us with a bit of a "step up" in the eyes of our employees. Berry has been great with communicating updates and made the whole integration so easy and seamless. We literally had it set up within a day. I approve my employees clocked hours quite frequently, and with each update Workfeed provides my life just gets easier and easier. I would 100% recommend implementing Workfeed in any space that does timeclocks, time tracking, or just anywhere that has numerous employees in general.

Every downside I had within the last 4 months has been fixed immediately. I have none to share at this moment.

Workfeed is solving our time clocking for employees so we know in real time who shows up and when. It allows us to build and manage a schedule properly and efficiently, and make changes on the fly.

It has put accountability back onto everyone in the team, instead of it being one persons responsibility. It streamlines communication across the teams, ensuring that every shift is covered. 

Workfeed is userfriendly and the implementation has been seamless. Everyone has been able to integrate this into their daily tasks with complete ease. 

During the free trial, We were supported by the Workfeed team to work through any queries we had. Their responses were friendly, swift and thorough. They continue to support us whevenever we have questions.

I cant think of any downsides to Workfeed. Everything has been seamless and userfriendly.

Workfeed is easy and simple to use. They are very comliant when it comes to feedback, and are quick to fix little things.

The "wishes" for shifts. I feel the outley when making a scheduele makes its difficult to get "the bigger picture" when handeling several wishes. 

Also, it would be nice to have "disable" button when shifts are already created when given to a member to NOT sent them a notification.

It's so easy to use. Setting up an account was easy, personel has no issues either. The overview of the schedule is easy to read. Keeps track of hours and vacations. Contacting the creator is very personal and quick.

No actual downside, it has everything I need.

My team is growing and it was hard to keep track if I communicated everyones schedule. And with a lot of changes, non-overlapping schedules and personal leaving for holidays it was getting harder and harder to remember who was going where. By adapting workfeed into my work routine it has made my life a lot easier. My personel seem to be very happy with it as well as I get no more questions regarding the schedule.

Workfeed is a really user-friendly system, both back-end and front end for our employees. It integrates super with different systemt we use, and the customer support is always on point.

The system’s design and all the small details that forms the bigger picture, really makes it easy to navigate in and makes me want to use the tool. Work scheduling has always felt like a burden. With Workfeed it doesn’t anymore.

**What do you dislike about Workfeed?**

When we started with Workfeed, they didn’t have all the features we needed yet, but all the feedback we gave them was met with open arms. Before we knew it, most of the features we needed had been implemented and our workflow kept improving. 
We’re still missing some features, but whenever we engage in a dialogue around points of improvement, you really feel heard and respected. It truly taps into their philosophy of starting collaborations with their customers.

**What problems is Workfeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team is around 15 employees, where it differs whether they work part-time, full-time or are flex workers. This creates a need of a planning tool that can provide easy scheduling from the variating needs and legal agreements. Workfeed really streamlines this proces and saves us time.

**What do you like best about Workfeed?**

As an employeer with 70 employees it was a very time cunsuming job to make a balanced work schedule. It was a total game changer  when we started using Workfeed. It doesn´t just save me time, it also give me a better overlook on the day today schedule and all of my employees are extremely happy with it. They can sell or swap shifts and even take extra when they want and this gives them more freedome to controle their own time. It is a very user friendly platform and easy to navigate. Two thumbs up to the Workfeed team.!! Exellent app !! I reccomend to all !!

I do not see any downside to this app. The only thing I would like to add would be a somekind of a stopper or max hours so my employees cannot just work 24/7. I am very focused on work/life balance and taking time to rest both mind and body ;)

It is mostly helping me with time saving. Now I can focus on other important things instead of sitting for hours making a schedule.

It's quick, pratical and clear. All your emplyees in one screen and all shifts visible together.

**What do you dislike about Workfeed?**

There is very little I dislike. Maybe just when you want to print the schedule it will not allow you to do this via your phone to send it to someone for instance if this person is not a workfeed member. You have to take a screenshot first and send it. Plus when you want to print it on your pc you can't choose to filter via work hours of shifts.

My time in making the roster has cut down significantly. Plus the time tracking is amazing when doing the salaries at the end of the month.

Workfeed has become an important tool in my colleagues life, and in mine.  

I am the owner of a fairly large café in Aarhus, Denmark, with over 30 employees to manage. Depending on the season, every employee has different needs and avaliablity when it comes to how much each of them can work and when they can work. 

Becasue of this, Workfeed has become an integrated part of our worklives, since it provides a simple and intuitive platform to create, share and exchange shifts with one another.

I have worked with different scheduling platforms in the last 10 years working in the industry, and it would have been nice if Workfeed existed when I started in the industry!

**What problems is Workfeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel that since Workfeed launched, all that they have been doing is solving problems to benefit me as a manager in the service industry. Workfeed has come a very long way since day one, and I am excited to see how it will grow in the future. Currently, I experience problems with internal organisational communication, which I hope Workfeed can assist me with in the future. We'll see.

Workfeed is a very user-friendly work schedulling system. First of all it's super flexible in terms of customizing it so it will fit your needs. Furthermore everything is designed very intuitively, which makes learning new features a walk in the park. 

When using Workfeed it is also clear that the founders have made it a priority that you can always get help from their team. They respond super fast and are very open for ideas in terms of developing the features of their system. 

We have been using Workfeed for the last three years at Gedulgt and we highly recommend you to do the same!

Honestly we don't really dislike anything about Workfeed.

Well, we have been using workfeed since their start. In the beginning, it was quite simple but now a very easy-to-use system with all the feautures you need for effective planing.
We have requested quite a lot from Workfeed, and they just deliver an honest deadline and quick answer. 
Before workfeed, we browsed through different systems, and now we got it. 
They continue to develop, and we love it every time a newsletter drops in the inbox. 

Workfeed is less work for the planner and more spare time. 

We use all their features, and especially love their automatic export to our salary system.

Seriously nothing. We get what we pay for, and every time there comes a new feature it just get added to your pro+ subscription.

The system is really user-friendly, which makes it convenient to schedule shifts for my team. The fact that I can easily publish new shifts when I receive assignments and that my team receives a notification of this makes it ideal for me and my team.

If I had to pinpoint something, the reporting could be a little bit better. It would be super cool if I could compare my labor costs over different periods in an easier way.

I manage about 25 on-call developers. Workfeed makes it easy to keep an overview of their shifts, working hours, and salaries. The best part is that it increases not only my own overview but also that of my employees.

**What do you like best about Workfeed?**

We use Woorkfeed in our daily work. Before we used Woorkfeed, we spent up to 4 hours every time we had to do payroll and vacation planning. We spent a lot of time reviewing overtime, and now with Woorkfeed and its automation for our payroll administration, we only use 5-10 minutes per month. Our employees have an overview of contact information for each other and can easily exchange/sell shifts, so all in all, it's a fantastic program that makes our business easier and ensures the correct working hours are accurately recorded.

To be honest, Workfeed just meets all our needs right now. It didn't when we started using it, but the team has shown that they can adapt quickly and make improvements based on our feedback.

We introduced digital staff scheduling in no time and with high satisfaction from all users. It is very easy to set up and use.

We don't really have any dislikes. All is good.

We wanted to introduce digital staff scheduling to get rid of excel sheets and staff being unsure of when they were supposed to work or stay home. Also we wanted to have automatic integration to payroll system. All was completed, and recurring tasks are now taking minutes instead of hours.

The dashboard is very user-friendly, which makes it easy, fast and fun to make and adjust staff planning. Also, Berry from Workfeed is helpful, proactive and approachable.

As a young company, they didn't have all the features we needed in a planning system, but they were very open to feedback. So in the meantime, that we're using the platform (approximately five weeks now), all the points of improvement that we've had are in development or already released.

We have a team of approximately 50 agents, who all work part-time and are flexible in several working hours. This means we needed a planning tool that provides easy scheduling and re-scheduling and is also easy for our agents.

Costs were cut by more than half
Time was cut by almost 5x

The list goes on.

The fact that it is so user friendly, for both employers and employees it is very easy to find your way through it and do what is needed.

At times with updates there can be minor disruptions, but nothing that has been enough to cause concern

Workfeed is straightforward to use from the first moment. The system is easy to use, is time-saving and offers good value for money. compared to previously used systems, Workfeed is a major advance.

For the type of use in our restaurant, there are currently no bad points of workfeed. The only thing I miss so far is the processing of average hours worked over longer periods.

If you get a lot of employees with very few hours, the solution can be a bit pricy since you pay pr. user.

Other solutions will offer a lot of services, that my business doesn't need. This is just the core.

They need to grow. More user will mean more money and faster updates. They are one the road to something good, and the more people use it, the faster they can get there.

Filling a difficult time schedule for my employees is a challenge. Workfeed makes it super easy for all, including myself. We saved a bit of cash on administration.

**What do you like best about Workfeed?**

It makes workforce management easier for us as managers, and our employees benefit from it. 
The app makes it easy to register time and gives us all an excellent overview of the working hours.
I can only recommend it!

That we did not start using it earlier? 
I would love to have the possibility for my employers only to manage only their own hours. But besides that, I can highly recommend Workfeed.

My head is out of the Excel sheet, and the employer's working hours overview is out for them and the managers to see. It makes planning watches and calculating monthly salaries much easier and more precise.

**What do you like best about Workfeed?**

It makes my life so much easier when managing my team. I know that everyone is up to date on what's happening in the company, and the fact that I can manage my team from anywhere in the world through the app is just perfect!

**What do you dislike about Workfeed?**

Overall it has what I require, except for some small features that I personally would like to see but nothing I can't live without. I would like to see a broader view of the schedule, even tho scrolling down a little does the trick.

**What problems is Workfeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planning my staff's working hours is much more streamlined. I can easily add a template and fill them automatically with auto-assign. Filling out my employee's work schedule takes me about 1 minute, compared to doing them manually, which could take up to an hour or two previously.
