Centralized Dashboard helps to monitor all traffic trends, any recent attacks, and Security threat information. If you are buying Wordpress themes or plugins from unknown sellers, Wordfence can check through the plugins for any threats, and URLs as well. I can add a range of IPs that brings needless traffic to my website and stop spammy IPs from visiting my website. It's easy to download a free version or paid version for additional features.
