**What do you like best about WebRezPro?**

I like that WebRezPro is user-friendly and provides an accessible, affordable solution to hotel operations. The customer service is always helpful, which makes the initial setup seamless as the support staff creates our rooms and uses. Additionally, it manages our property, connects with OTAs, and lets us process all of our nightly bookings and conference groups with ease.

**What do you dislike about WebRezPro?**

I wish there was 24/7 support for those late night or early morning issues. Also, we have no direct integrations as a post-secondary institution, which limits what processes we can integrate into the workflow.

**What problems is WebRezPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebRezPro manages our property and connects with OTA's, making it easy to process nightly bookings and conference groups.

**What do you like best about WebRezPro?**

I've found WebRez to be a very straightforward and efficient platform when it comes to data extraction and analysis. The tools are simple to use and provide exactly what I need without unnecessary complexity. It’s been a great help for getting quick insights and reports.

**What do you dislike about WebRezPro?**

One thing I don't particularly like is the way the system applies rounding on a daily basis rather than on the total amount. This can sometimes lead to small discrepancies in final totals, which makes reconciliation a bit more time-consuming.

**What problems is WebRezPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebRez has been a great tool for managing our hotel reservations. It helps keep everything organized and makes our daily operations much easier. From handling bookings to checking availability, the system is intuitive and reliable, which saves us a lot of time and effort.

**What do you like best about WebRezPro?**

One of the best features of WebRez Pro is the ease for which to communicate with their team. They are always available, responsive and helpful. They have always been willing to look at our programming suggestions to make the system work better for our needs. 

The software itself has been great to use as we have grown and met almost all our needs. The system is quite user friendly for front line staff and relatively simple on the administration side.

**What do you dislike about WebRezPro?**

Webrez Pro needs to work on a better gift certificate system. Their GC's are rudimentary. 

The wait list does not alert in an intuitive manner. Suggestion of an automatic hold and notification to the front desk and guest for waitlist openings. The hold settings could be adjusted for a specific number of hours dependent on time out of reservation date. 

The new reservations ARR/DEP/STAY menu is pretty but not as easily viewed when looking at a property with a large number of rooms. Small changes are being made all the time to improve this though.

**What problems is WebRezPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have recently requested a link that can be added to our website for guests to be able to log in and look at all past, present and future reservations. Currently one needs to go to the book now option which is not very intuitive. As well, with 13 properties all under different ID #'s our guests can not see their bookings from other properties with one login. This is a needed fix for both guests and front line staff.

**What do you like best about WebRezPro?**

WebRezPro is exceptionally user-friendly, and the implementation process for our property was remarkably swift. Over the past 12 years, I've successfully trained individuals with varying abilities to navigate WebRezPro, and each time, the learning curve has been surprisingly short. The platform's efficiency in handling reservations, file notations, and generating reports makes it a straightforward choice. One of its standout features is multitab functionality, which greatly enhances the user experience.

The customizable report feature is another asset, allowing users to select specific parameters for information retrieval and facilitating year-to-year comparisons. WebRezPro's numerous useful features enable seamless multitasking, with multiple integrations that simplify inventory management, rate adjustments, credit card processing, and communication tasks.

The customer support provided by WebRezPro has consistently been outstanding. Whether reaching out via phone or email, their response time is prompt, and the solutions offered are logical and effective. Using WebRezPro has become a daily routine for me, and the convenience of accessing it from anywhere, be it the office or my cell phone, adds to its appeal. The platform's reliability and accessibility contribute to its ongoing value for our operations.

**What do you dislike about WebRezPro?**

The primary drawback of WRP lies in its group function. Although the ability to duplicate individual reservations for creating new ones, thereby saving time and preventing the repetition of information, is a helpful feature, the same convenience is lacking for group reservations. Despite improvements made to the Group section over the years, it remains insufficient for users managing more than a few group blocks.

WRP supports revenue management, facilitates data collection, streamlines hotel operations, and manages inventory and rates.

Ease of access. User friendly, for the most part. CC integration is helpful.

**What do you dislike about WebRezPro?**

No training system, so all training happens in the live system which can be problematic. I find when trying to adjust group allocations on sold out dates that the system will not allow changes due to seel out categories even though the rooms are held on the block space already. Typcially, this happens when trying to reduce a room type allocation but WRP will not let me change it because it is showing a lesser amount of rooms available, even though this space is being moved back to the hotel inventory.
House accounts usage is not easy to use, its cumbersome at best.

**What do you like best about WebRezPro?**

Customer service is always very helpful, and it's very easy to reach someone. Usually you need to go through several channels and the agent on the phone is reading from a script. However, WebRezPro always has a real person helping who seems to know what they're doing.

**What do you dislike about WebRezPro?**

I do find it breaks down quite a bit. Additionally, there could be more customization with the confirmation emails and guest booking interface.

**What problems is WebRezPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We like the booking calendar, it allows us to offer different dates if the desired stay is not available. Many other booking softwares don't have this feature.

**What do you like best about WebRezPro?**

Excellent cloud-based solution. Comprehensive PMS including reservations management, online booking engine, housekeeping, front desk operations, and reporting. We take advantage of its ability to integrate with Salesforce. Customer support is fast and on-point always. I appreciate they have a team always working on the product and regular updates and improvements are released.

**What do you dislike about WebRezPro?**

The UX interface is a bit dated and can be difficult to navigate. Would like to have more options in regards to how the front-end experience looks and feels from the customer standpoint. The cost has gone up recently and this is of course a negative aspect. The learning curve for WRP is a bit steep as well.

**What problems is WebRezPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WRP helps us to streamline our hotel operations. It allows for online booking, which is great for our needs! It has helpful and relevant reporting and analytics, and it gives us the data we need in our CRM by integrating with Salesforce.

Very user friendly.  Great for new users. Customer support is wonderful and quick. Regular updates with features that are very timely.  Great with implimenting suggestions and needs of business.  Continuing to add new integrations and wonderful at adding suggested integrations as per needed.

I am not a huge fan of how things look on the customer side. The booking engine could use some updating and a modern look.  I do understand that this is in the works and an update should be coming out soon.

**What do you like best about WebRezPro?**

WRP is a simple and stable platform for smaller properties. While cost effective, intergrations can lessen the value and bring you closer to a more modern PMS. Responsive customer service, but would benifit from a ticket portal over email communication.

**What do you dislike about WebRezPro?**

I find it dated and clunky. User experience harkens back to legacy PMSs and really lacks the modern interface that makes training staff quicker. Date navigation is very slow, no drag and drop, screens are basic in what data they show, convoluted setup. Reporting is lacking.

It fills the void for our small porpertries.

**What do you like best about WebRezPro?**

The customer support is friendly and respond quickly.  I liked that we could integrate it into our website so that it looked nice on our website.  It's easy to make changes once you have become familiar with the software.  It has a lot of available features and you can create different custom reports.  We were one of WebRezPro's first customers and continued to use them all these years.

**What do you dislike about WebRezPro?**

While we do not dislike WebRezPro, we found that at times we needed to contact customer suuport for directions as they were sometimes difficult to find in Help.  However customer support is very friendly and reponds quickly and so that was never a problem.

WebRezPro helped us collect our customer data base.

It's a very user-friendly software, The setup was great and broken down into steps with one of their staff. I really like how the booking feature can be implemented with photos for cabins and RVs.

**What do you dislike about WebRezPro?**

I would like to see more integrations with smaller vendors but not a deal breaker at all. Maybe some more features and customization of buttons and colors on the interactive map.

This allowed us to move from paper booking to all online and saved us alot of time and improved our organization of the booking.

What I like best is that the user interface made it easier to grasp as a first time learner. Customer support was quick to help even for the littlest issue.

**What do you dislike about WebRezPro?**

I think the layout of the folio can be a little confusing, especially when moving things from folio to folio. I wish it were easier to make waitlist reservations- just a general button instead having to search for the date to add to waitlist.

WebRezPro is helping bridge the gap between guests and Agents. Being able to adjust what we are able to share, see and have the guest engage with makes their experience and ours better. SWebRez also works well with other systems. While it isn't seamless it is able to work with many.

I find the customer interface a little difficult to navigate. I've interacted with other platforms that have been more user friendly. WRP doesn't make it  easy to set up different minimum length of stays for individual units and it's hard to find help from customer service that is consistent in dealing with this issue.

The WebRez reservation syatem has been in place at our hotel for 5+ years and we continu to be impressed.  It's not sust the reservation syatem, but the suport staff is very friendly and hlpful and are great to work with.

I can't think of any.  I am pleased with all aspects.

It connects well with a variety of channel managers and has a support team that helps you with issues both promptly and succinctly.

A full stack PMS that offers a central location for rates and availability with an interface that is simple for a variety of departments and permissions levels that are fully customizable.

**What do you like best about WebRezPro?**

WebRezPro has all of the features we really need and it is fairly simple to use! (There are some features that we want that they do not have, but for the most part they have everything we need which is great!) 
We have been using it webrez since 2019 and have enjpyed our experience. Their support is usually pretty quick to help when we need it (they answer calls and emails) which we really appreciate! We have asked WebRez to make changes to their system or add new integrations and more times than not, they have actually done it which makes us feel heard and valued as customers.

**What do you dislike about WebRezPro?**

While simplicity can be nice at times, sometimes we do wish the system had more customizeablle features for the online booking engine or the built in pricing management options. Updating your hotel's pricing regularly in the webrez system can be a lengthy task due to limited features but I think they are looking into ways to improve that which would be great. Lastly, sometimes you speak with support agents that are not very knowledgable which can be frustrating. Some of them are great but there are a few that likely need more training. Overall though, it is a great system to use especially for small to medium size properties/companies.

They provide an all in one property management syetem which gives us the ability to manage 60+ units in one system. It gives us the ability to automate a ton of tasks giving our employees more time to serve guests and work on other tasks.

Webrezpro has a very user friendly platform. They also have a great support team to help with any issues that arise or concerns you may have. Having a support team that is willing to own the problem, take constructive critisism and help and communicate until the problem is resolved was very important to us when we were choosing a new PMS system. We've been with WRP for 3 years now and are very happy with our switch. Thank you WRP and your support team!

We have not had anything that we do not particularly like about WRP. They are always responsive and helpful in any issues that arise. Thanks!!

Ease of access, whether we're in the office or at home. That is a huge beneift to our management team, as we can help our staff even if we're not present at the hotel.

System is easy to use once familiar with it. Good options. 

When there are problems. Timely call backs or can reach agent in first call. 

Email option also timely with responses.

**What do you dislike about WebRezPro?**

Some templates inflexible. Major "glitch" in integretion option with  3rd party booking platforms that makes integration not an option for our property.

The accounting side allows us to properly account for the fractional ownerhsip structure of our resort.

Very adaptable for the different businesses we have owned over the past 20 years.

WebRezPro would be even better if they had an app for mobile use, for on the go bookings.

The fact that it's very versatile and you can add it to multiple different other platforms you can use as a POs room sell room charges  and more and it's very easy to learn

I manage several properties and I am able to easily switch between them! I work primarily from my phone and it's so simple. I would definitely recommend to other virtual GMs.

I liked the calendar from a previous platform better- there are a few updates I would suggest.

Dashboard and calendars are clear and easy to understand.  Tutorials and help feature is available if needed.

**What do you dislike about WebRezPro?**

We only use a small fraction of the available tools.  That's not necessarily a WebRez problem, but sometimes it feels like being in the cockpit of an airplane while we've only learned how to drive a basic car.

**What problems is WebRezPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reservations from multiple channels are imported in real time so we don't end up being overbooked.  Charges are displayed clearly and WebRez coordinates perfectly with our payment processing system.

Unlike systems that are much more costly, with WRP you don't feel like you need to get a degree in how to use the platform. Super user friendly...and super friendly support. WRP is always there when you need them.

Truthfully, off the top of my head there is nothing not to like about WRP.

Unlike other systems that we feel we're NOT built from the ground up as a cloud based PMS, Everything interfaces nicely with 3rd party intertrations for all aspects of the operations. WRP keeps added more intergrations which make this PMS the ideal platform for managing every aspect of the operations - SEASMLESSLY.

I like the reservations menu, I like the check and check-out, and reports.

In my opinion, houskeeping menu lacks of some options for room assignment to the housekepers. We do not work by zones and we moved the room assigment every day

They have sold many problems, as an example our accounting office need it an specific report and they were able to build the report that was most helpful to our accounting department.

It is very easy to navigate. Easy to check people into the system and edit balance, etc.

I dislike that whenever we make a change to a reservation, you must refresh to see these changes. This process can be shortened to one step less.

Make the adjusted changes happen without having to refresh the page.

We can easily check if there are rooms available simply by clicking the calendar. It is easy to check someone  in and if we need to change anything with their reservation, there is no problems with that.
