**What do you like best about Walla?**

I use Walla as my all-in-one software across CRM, studio/booking management, staffing, management reporting, sales, and marketing. It integrates everything under one hood with a comprehensive set of management reports, which is invaluable for reviewing and forecasting the business. I like the AI capabilities that help predict and forecast where you need to be in your business. The initial setup was wonderful with their onboarding team who are so knowledgeable about their product and help you set up not just your product but also your goals. They really hold your hand through every step of the process. Their ongoing customer support team is one of the best I've ever worked with, and they have wonderful customer support AI capabilities that solve 90% of my problems on their own.

**What do you dislike about Walla?**

I think their lead management capabilities are still fairly new, and not necessarily covering the full scope of what I would want or need in the CRM and sales management software, but have already seen so much added to their product in the two years I’ve been a customer so am excited to see them keep evolving it! They really listen to their customer feedback, more so than any software company I’ve ever worked with.

**What problems is Walla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walla is my all-in-one software for truly everything. It's invaluable to have everything under one hood to help me scale without having to hire extra people to own and oversee the different products.

**What do you like best about Walla?**

I really appreciate Walla for how much happens automagically; it's incredibly user-friendly for both our team and our people. The reports available are key, and the systems for communication and new class implementation have been awesome. Walla has significantly improved our user experience and aligned our dashboard company-wide, addressing issues that previously left us losing money. Switching from MindBody, I realized we were naive and endlessly annoyed, but now with Walla, it's as good as it gets. Even though the initial setup is a bit of a lift, it's truly worth it.

I wish there was a community chat room option

**What problems is Walla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walla improved our user experience, aligned our dashboard, and increased revenue. It's user-friendly, automagic, and offers key reports. Communication systems and new class implementation are awesome.

Sub management is relatively easy and I like reminders about sub management.

No mobile app! You have to log in via a browser on the phone.

**What problems is Walla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walla helps us run and manage our yoga business. It lets customers books classes, it shows us how many students are registered. It allows our yoga instructors to request subs.

**What do you like best about Walla?**

I have just one software for all my studio needs. I don't need all of the integrations (and associated costs) that I used to. And they make it easy to grow!!  Walls is also easy to use for the studio, instructors and the clients. I save so much time helping clients troubleshoot too.

**What do you dislike about Walla?**

Getting help more immediately is the only thing i miss about MindBody.

**What problems is Walla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walla is making life easy to run a studio. It helps me focus on growing rather than troubleshooting. With Walla I went from one studio to three. The proof is in the growth!

**What do you like best about Walla?**

There are so many features that I adore about Walla software. What I like best about Walla is how seamlessly it integrates into our website experience for new students. Our new clients find it so easy to use compared to our previous software, where we felt like we were losing clients who landed on our website. We very rarely have any user issues with Walla - it's very slick and easy. We have a wide age range of yoga clients at our studio, and everyone is able to book classes and enrollments with ease! Also, I can't think of a yoga studio software where the founders are so approachable and present with the users. Laura moderates the Walla Facebook group where users ask her direct questions, and her response time is great!

**What do you dislike about Walla?**

Walla is continuing to add new features. I've been with Walla since March of 2022, and I've seen so much growth already with the software, especially the Marketing Suite! There's nothing that I dislike about Walla, but it might have fewer features than the larger/older software on the market. It's just something to be aware of. But I'd much rather have a high-quality software that is user-friendly than something that is unreliable with more features.

**What problems is Walla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use all of the features of Walla, from class booking to lead tracking. Also prior to Walla, we had our yoga class video library with a different software than our booking software. I love that the video platform is part of Walla! We use the automations for new clients, win-back campaigns, client attendance milestones, and in sharing community updates. The automations were easy to setup, and we also like that we can community with our clients within the platform with 2-way texting.

Learning any new platform takes time, and Walla is no exception. However, Walla's Help Center is a valuable tool when navigating questions, which helps mitigate some of the initial challenges.

**What do you like best about Walla?**

Intuitive and easy to use/train others on. Customer Service is excellent. They respond to issues quickly and with good communication. They always answer my questions thoroughly, openly accept all feedback, and respond to requests for new features. My students love the ease of use too.

**What do you dislike about Walla?**

There are a few things that I wish we could adjust or edit in the backend. Things like required fields for student account creations and receipt language in some transactional emails. I feel like these types of things will get addressed eventually though.

**What problems is Walla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walla provides a modern and robust software system that meets all of our studio and client management needs to keep our yoga studio chugging along. They're service is cost effective for us and I am very pleased with the value we receive for this service.

**What do you like best about Walla?**

There is so much to love about Walla. From the client side, I love simple, clear, user experience. Booking is intuitive and the little touches, like confetti when you book, class stats, and the personality test elevate the UX and make it more fun!

From the studio side, I love that I can do most everything from my phone, from reviewing reports, to checking class numbers, to creating enrollments . I appreciate Walla's simple, clear, approach to reporting and understanding what's happening with the business, especially when I am on the go.

Walla feels like software built by people who really understand the work of running a studio/gym. They understand the importance of studio software being an extension of our community and experience.

Overall, we've had a very positive experience with Walla - both the software and the team.

**What do you dislike about Walla?**

The biggest challenge in studio software is always reporting. Walla is making some big strides in this area, but I am excited to see how they continue to evolve and lead the industry in this space.

**What problems is Walla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walla is central to our business' success. It's a centralized pleace for selling our products and services, managing our scheudles, communicating with clients and managing thier accounts, reviewing critical data, and more. It's great to have one place to go for most or business needs.

**What do you like best about Walla?**

While no booking platform is truly perfect,  we really enjoy Walla for its convenience and user-friendly nature. Our clients appreciate how easy it is to book classes, and our all-time favorite feature is the ability to add Guest to your bookings. Our business is driven by word-of-mouth and friend referrals, so this feature is really great for our business in particular.

**What do you dislike about Walla?**

The product inventory management feature is combersome. Granted, it's a newer feature and we hope it gets improved. But currently, there's no way to mass input quantities and we have to create products individually then go back and search, open the product and go through a couple more clicks before setting inventory.

Recent updates also defaulted random products to be not available for sale, and there's no way to fix this except to go in and open each individual product. There's no way to see which products are turned off, so we have to open hundreds of products. If we leave as is, it stops the sales flow when someone wishes to purchase a product that's set as unavailable (there's confusion with the staff because the product doesn't appear to exist, etc). Headaches like this highlight that Walla is still a new company building out their software.

Clean and robust class schedule, livestream, booking, client accounts, communication to clients, marketing. We needed a dependable software and Walla has been able to deliver for the most part. When it's not working correctly, the support team is responsive.

**What do you like best about Walla?**

I appreciate that it's easy to use and they're always making updates and working to improve the capabilities of the software for the users, most without additional costs. I also value investing in Walla as means to invest in women in tech.

**What do you dislike about Walla?**

1.)Cost of marketing integration and the onboarding process for it.  After rent and payroll, Walla is my highest monthly expense. I know I could use other software that would be significantly less expensive. Providing studio owners with more resources for effective auto-mated messaging would be greatly appreciated.
2.) Customer service. It's frequently taken a long time to get a response from a real person. I would appreciate being able to easily to get on the phone with someone!

Centering the studio owner and their success. I know Laura has been in the shoes we have and experienced the frustrations with the other options in the market. I see Walla's efforts to consider what they're users need and want in order to put energy towards all the other aspects of running a studio.

**What do you like best about Walla?**

Walla is a very streamlined software.  Using it effectively and effeciently comes very naturally.  The website is mobile optimized so I can manage my business from my phone.  Their sales and marketing tools have not only helped grow our business, but they have done so in a way that has been quite easy for us.

**What do you dislike about Walla?**

Like any software, there are some features that are not available.  With that said, their team is extremely nimble, responds to support requests quickly, and also are open to and regularly take user feedback about what changes users would like to see implemented.

Walla helps us grow and market our business with simple, straightforward, and common sense tools that don't add a ton of time to our day or work to our workload.

**What do you like best about Walla?**

Walla is just so easy to use.  The interface is intuitive, and just when I think I have to find a workaround, I find that they have already thought of it and made it EASY.

**What do you dislike about Walla?**

I wish we could charge fees - for training, one-offs, etc.

**What problems is Walla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walla had made running my business easy - from managing the scheudle, to tracking KPIs, to effective communication - with both members and potential members.  Walla has positiverly influenced my bottom line - by lowering our monthly cost and sales and marketing - something I did not expect when we transitioned.

**What do you like best about Walla?**

The ease of use is huge for me. I am a former MindBody client and I found their software to be clunky and chaotic, with too many logins. I love that I have a single sign on for bookings, marketing suite, mobile app, transaction processing, and that the business app is mobile friendly. The Marketing automations and Audience functions are very powerful. We also really like the credit pricing functionality since we have 2 different service categories (at different price points) and are thinking of moving to an all-credit based pricing system soon. The people behind the Walla software understand the boutique fitness studio business model and their product reflects that.

**What do you dislike about Walla?**

I think overall Walla needs better customer service. I miss the phone-based model that MBO uses. I plan to start to use Loom more to submit my questions, because many issues are too complex to explain over chat or email. While I find everyone to be helpful, responsive, and competent, sometimes I feel like my question is not understood (probably due to the chat-based communication model) or I'm told there is no solution and then after the fact I'll figure out a solution on my own. I could be wrong, but sometimes I get a little bit of a sense that closing out tickets is the goal versus really digging deep/going that extra step. It could be a volume thing. There are other features/functionality I don't love, but no software is pefect. One thing I'm not a huge fan of is that Drop in purchases related to unfulfilled waitlisted reservations get refunded to the card on file (rather than account credit).  This adds up to hundreds of dollars of sales each month + unnecessary credit card fees. Also, credit card fees are extremely high. We should be able to sell multiple Plans in one transaction so that we can avoid paying the $0.30 per transaction fee. There are a few other "flaws", but overall I am very happy with Walla and have recommended to other studio owners who have also joined Walla.

Walla has integrated many essential business functions into one seamless platform. It makes everyday business tasks easier, and more enjoyable, and has allowed for the integration of marketing and operations.

Easy to use for both staff and clients, great customer service and support when needed

The cost, and that it won't recognize anything outside the US (mailing address etc)

Enabling staff to manage their own profiles and classes, check in students etc, this has saved me a lot of time

**What do you like best about Walla?**

Walla is an intuitive and user-friendly system designed for yoga teachers and students. Even our older clientele navigate the platform with ease. I love the free webinars and the introduction to new tools that help us grow. I appreciate how much the founder, Laura, cares about helping small business owners succeed!

Laura continues to work out the bugs of all the new features.
