## About VulScan
Automated Vulnerability Scanning. Affordably Priced For Everyone! With almost 70 new hidden vulnerabilities identified every day, you would need to be a super hero with X-ray vision to find them all. Or, you can let VulScan do it for you. VulScan is purpose-built for MSPs and for IT Departments that handle their own IT security. It has all the features you need for both internal and external vulnerability management, but without all the complexity found in older solutions. Best of all, VulScan is priced so that cost is no longer a barrier to scanning as many assets as you need, as frequently as you want. That’s why our slogan is “Vulnerability Management For The Rest of Us! VulScan is an affordable cloud-based vulnerability management platform. It includes the software needed to spin up an unlimited number of virtual network scanner appliances using Hyper-V or VMWare, and a cloud-based portal to control the scanners and manage the discovered issues. For internal network scanning, the appliances can be installed on any existing computer that has excess capacity on the network, or installed on a dedicated box to be permanently installed. You can add multiple scanners and configure them each to scan separate parts of the network to get even faster results pushed into the same client site dashboard at no additional cost. For external scanning, the appliances are installed on the MSP’s data center or other remote location and “pointed” to the public facing IP addresses of the target network.

## VulScan Reviews
  ### 1. Clear, Easy Security Visibility That Cuts Manual Busywork

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sheila K. | Marketing Strategy | Field Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

I like that it reduces manual security busywork and gives visibility across environments. its clear and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

Sometimes there are TOO many alerts, which some of the team struggles to determine what matters as a priority first.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to discover vulnerabilities quickly, whats outdated, high risk, etc.

  ### 2. Great addonfor NMAP

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viswajith R. | System Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2023

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

Network discovery and vulnerability detection is working as expected.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

It is working enough for our org needs. Interactive mode to override version detection results for every port is used a lot.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automates NMAP scanning with lots of NSE scripts and being open source helps the cybersec community in large.

  ### 3. RapidFire Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Junie D. | Cyber Security Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

RapidFire Tools stands out for its ability to streamline complex IT assessments and audits. The automated data collection and reporting features enable us to produce comprehensive, client-ready documentation with very little manual work. I particularly value how seamlessly it fits into MSP workflows, whether we are pinpointing security vulnerabilities, creating compliance reports, or assisting with onboarding tasks. The platform’s user-friendly interface, flexible templates, and practical insights make it an invaluable resource for both technical staff and those working directly with clients.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

While RapidFire Tools is undoubtedly a powerful platform, there are certain aspects that could benefit from improvement. The user interface, although functional, sometimes appears outdated and can be unintuitive, particularly for newcomers who are trying to navigate complex reports or settings. Furthermore, customization options for branding or report formatting are somewhat restricted unless manual workarounds are used. Performance may also experience slight slowdowns when handling large datasets or conducting multiple scans at once. Nevertheless, these concerns are relatively minor when weighed against the overall value the tool delivers.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By checking for vulnerabilities on the network, we gain the advantage of identifying which areas need updates. This process helps us stay informed about what requires attention and ensures our systems remain secure.

  ### 4. Streamlined vulnerability scanning made simple

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zach T. | Senior Technician, Computer & Network Security, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2024

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

It offers a thorough scanning for a wide range of vulnerabilities, making it an excellent tool for identifying potential security issues. With a simple user friednly interace, makes it simple to use for beginners (like for our helpdesk techs) and experienced users. The reporting features provides really in-depth actionable reports that gives us detailed information that not only explains the vulnerability, but helps us to share the justification for the billable time it would take to correct the vulnerability. I haven't had to use customer support very often but when we have, it's been pretty good with timely and educated responses.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

Probably the least disliked part is false postives, which is common in all scanners. False positives lead to wasted time with unneed investigations. With time we can reduce the noise of false postives by tweaking Vulscan, but it's still something that I wish it would improve on (which I imagine they actively are doing). Other than that, the cost is sometimes harder for our much smaller customers.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an MSP, Vulscan offers several benefits to our customers which by enchanges their security and risk assement. We are seeing more often than not CyberSecurity Insurance requiring many measurements to be implemented before businesses will be insured. Vulscan identifies vulnerabilities for our customers hopefully before a potential compromise. This proactive approach advocates are commitment for protecting our clients. We advocate this proactive approach almost as much as we preached MFA on everything that can have it in a business.

  ### 5. Well, you can say you have vulnerability management at least?

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt L. | Net/Sec Ops Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

Easy to deploy and implement, local agent deploy is easy. It's cheap.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

Scans and local agent miss many vulnerabilities. Local agent only reports on windows patches missing, doesn't work on Mac or Linux. More conscious clients knew about some vulnerabilities before we did. Scanners are slow and unreliable. Reporting does not cut mustard for more mature security depts (can't assign SLO, no report on Vul age). Support is non-existent if anything is needed about Tier 1. Ticket generation frequently doubles or triples up with no fix from support. We lasted 1.5 years and ended up moving to Qualys.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving is a funny word! In a perfect world, Vulscan would have helped us identify and isolate our clients' vulnerabiities cheaply and effectively and work with the rest of our stack.

In reality, Vulscan created hundreds of hours of overhead trying to be functional in its own use case.

  ### 6. Solid scanner product but lacks compared to other products on the market

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan S. | IT Services Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

Easy to setup.
Good integrations into other Kaseya products.
Low cost compared to other products.
Customer support is quick to respond when dealing with basic issues.
Semi regular features updates bringing in extra functions.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

Over complicated interface at times which results in some things being buried in menus which aren't natural.
Lack of agents means that it doesn't scan devices correctly which greatly reduces the number of detections compared to other competitors that use agents.
Support quick to bury heads when you raise any complicated issues which then turns into a war of attrition to actually get support.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vulscan is a low cost solution which allows us to carry out vulnerability scanning with low impact. We also have this integrated into vPenTest which allows us to provide a more in-depth report.

  ### 7. A lazy upgrade to OpenVAS

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

Vulscan is a scalable and reasonably priced solution for entry to the market.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

Vulscan is OpenVAS reskinned. They have foregone common practices such as CVSS scores and overhauled it with their own risk ratings that are rarely accurate and frequently overstating risk. Very often they will overstate the risk rating or will include vulnerabilities for something that is not actually a vulnerability (ie a website has a vulnerability if x y or z are used in code and they are not but will be included in the vulnerability anyway). The biggest issue is the vulnerabilities do not auto resolve and you have to manually mark vulnerabilities as accepted, mitigated or a false positive. In reports there are sections for resolved vulnerabilities that the data does not feed to.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance requirements for Vulnerability Management.

  ### 8. Okay product, terrible company

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean-Félix L. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

It's cheap and does the job. It can do recurring reporting that are sent directly to your clients every month. Has good forms for audits and works generally well

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

Reports are old looking and customization is minimal, but the real big problem is Kaseya which owns RFT. It has to be the worst company to deal with and I'm including At&t and Bell Canada. You sign for one price and get billed about 4 times that amount, when you speak to someone they say they are going to call you back which they never do. And then after you paid, you find out that things they promised to you are not actually working now but are "coming soon". Some features where coming soon for the last year and a half but when they sold it to us, it was supposed to already be ready. I could go on and on and on but the jist of it: the product works for the price but don't ever consider it for as long as kaseya is in the mix.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vulscan was supposed to help us discover vulnerabilities and resolve them effectively quickly while also providing easy reporting to clients

  ### 9. Solid vulnerability scanner with some drawbacks

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2025

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

VulScan is easy to deploy and requires no troubleshooting. The integration into existing solutions of Kaseya like AutoTask works flawlessly. Configuring the vulnerability scans is also very easy and straight-forward.

The generated reports are well received by our customers.

The overall customer support is good. The support responds quickly and generally seems knowledgeable. The product owner of VulScan gives partners the opportunity to schedule a call with him at any time and is ready to listen to constructive feedback.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

The management of vulnerabilities and keeping track of them is quite tedious and you very quickly lose track of the status of individual vulnerabilities. Vulnerabilities that are not detected for multiple scans are not automatically resolved. This has to be done manually.

The performance of the portal is very poor and loading the list of vulnerabilities of a large company with a long history of vulnerability scans takes forever.

The product owner has confirmed that they are actively working on addressing these issues.

It should be noted that VulScan only relies on the Community Feed of GreenBone which offers limited visibility compared to the Enterprise Feed or other solutions.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solid solution to scan for vulnerabilities and doing fundamental vulnerability management for small and medium sized businesses.

  ### 10. Much better than other software I have used

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2025

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

VulScan nails that sweet spot between power and usability. The interface is intuitive enough for quick deployment, but it doesn’t sacrifice depth. I can customize scans, filter results, and automate ticketing without jumping through hoops or scripting workarounds.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

The UI feels dated and lacks modern UX finesse. Managing multiple clients or sites can get messy—there’s no folder structure or color-coding to help differentiate environments. And we have to enter data multiple times for the same issue.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can get an overview of our entire site in a snapshot. We dont have to wait for alerts. This creates a proactive approach.

  ### 11. Very easy to deploy.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve J. | CFO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

Set it and forget it.
the automation piece is fantastic.
Integration with other products works very well.
i frequently use it when implementing new customers.
Customer support will always answer.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

The need for a seperate PC or VM is the only downside.
Other than that its great.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unpatched vulnerabilities
Compliance gaps
Third party risks

  ### 12. One of the best Vulnerability Scanners that I have ever used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

I love the interface for VulScan, it is simple, clean and easy to read. I have used others through ConnectWise and absolutely hated how they only check for a vulnerability based off of the kb update on the machine, and they do not remove false positives once they see that the new update has resolved the issue. VulScan gives more "positive" results out of any solution that I have previously used, as well as being able to be integrated with our full Datto stack makes this solution a win/win for us.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

It can take it a few minutes to load pages, would like to see this speed increased

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VulScan is helping our clients meet CMMC as well as hardening their security posture by allowing us to patch up the holes in their pre-existing security stack.

  ### 13. I would recommend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason G. | Director Of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

The amount of information provided in reports is excellent and very useful to not only the administrator but the end users. In a virtual environment this tool is simple as can be to implement. It also has a great integration with other tools that we use.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

Depending on your environment you may have to weed out a lot of false positives. With the knowledge base that is available you are able to find ways to fine tune.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single pane of class for identifying vulnerabilities on the network with knowledge base articles to assist in the solution.

  ### 14. Vulscan - Easy to use and great for identifying the gaps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gavin L. | Security Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

What I find the best is how easy it is to setup and work with this tool. It straight forward to configure and understand

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

I would have liked to see more from the actual reporting. The reporting can be a bit overwhelming and not clear at time in terms of what it is trying to identify

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps get the conversation going with a client when it comes to spending money to improve the overall security posture of their current IT setup

  ### 15. IT Security made easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim M. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

Network scanning and reports can be generated easily with Vulscan
Super easy to schedule scans an reports

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

Virtual machine deployment required, custom setup needed for physical hardware.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

Compared to our services we used in the past, VulScan is much easier to use and much more cost effective.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

We have not noticed ANY downsides since switching to VulScan. All positive!

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the VulScan reports to satisfy our audit requirements.

  ### 17. Almost set it and forget it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon L. | Virtual IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

IF this is a service for a client that wants to work with the reports themselves you need do nothing more than set it and forget it. All you will need is a spare mini pc with enough memory and disk space you can leave on a client's site. You can even use a Raspberry Pi if so inclined. Setup the schedule which can be as often or as infrequently as you like. The integration into the rest of the Kaseya suite just makes things better again.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

Raspberry Pi setup was a bit messy due to the progressive releases of the Pi OS.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying vulnerabilities in all network attached devices not just agents on a desktop or server.

  ### 18. Easy to use, comprehensive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

Nothing. Everything is great. No bad to report

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It help to identify vulnerability and we can manage to get then resolve.

  ### 20. I like how simple Vulscan makes it to run external vulnerability scans for my MSP clients.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

I like how simple it is to use. It's intuitive and not very difficult to find what I'm looking for. What I like the most is how simple it is to create a new site for a client as well. I can configure a new site, adjust report settings, and set scan notification tasks in under 10 minutes.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

What I dislike most about Vulscan is the inability to organize my sites/clients in specific folders so I can manage contracts, or the inability to color-code to better differentiate between my clients with different contract types. This is simple functionality that would make my job less tedious and would make the front page less messy and more pleasant to look at.

I also wish that I could generate reports on vulnerability scans that have happened more than 90 days ago.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to schedule many scans for my clients so I don't have to do the process manually.

  ### 21. Vulscan

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

I like the thoroughness of the reports that are generated.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

Set up can be confusing and honestly the entire UI is the farthest thing from intuitive. You can figure out how to get it to work, but having to scour through documentation just to remember how to begin running a scan is a bit excessive. Don't even get me started on troubleshooting.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It scans for vulnerabilities at a cheap price

  ### 22. VulScan the lifesaver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

complexty of virtual set up. (for on site distribution)

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to idenitify gaps in our clients infrastrucutre. It helps in indenifity required road map for NIST complience, as well as building of the remediation strategy

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

I have had some difficulty with customer support when attempting to request assistance/training.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vulscan generates easy to understand reports of vulnerabilities present at our client sites that streamline the remediation process.

  ### 25. Vulscan - an affordable basic vulnerability scanner

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

The support team behind it is very good. Cost is approachable. Vulscan is an easy to learn tool and has good links into our RMM (Connectwise)

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

The vulnerabilities it finds are limited to what was listed in Greenbone. Many things such as BIOS vulnerabilities or software vulnerabilities don't show using Vulscan.
Reports are very limited.
The vulnerability scanning tool cannot tell you when a vulnerability was first detected which is very bad when trying to track SLA's.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its reporting on vulnerabilities. That helps lower the threat landscape for our client environments.

  ### 26. Reliable and Efficient

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

I believe the discovery agent could provide more insight in terms of discovered vulnerabilities

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are able to promptly discover vulnerabilities from other network devices, especially with the internal scanner appliance.

  ### 29. Great tool for identifying gaps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

Easy to implement a scanner
Easy to configure scan task and notification tasks

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

Portal is a little confusing to navigate
Emailed results are pretty useless- reports in portal are much more useful

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance requirements for our customers

  ### 32. Using Vulscan as an MSP

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

It is fairly simple to setup and configure.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

Results are information overload. Descriptions are cryptic and require many man hours for investigation. Reports do not provide a meaningful insight for the client--it's is just a bunch of techno garble. Requires considerable explanation that sales people cannot provide to the client. You must be very technical to interpret the reports.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unsure at this point. It does provide some additional insight into the vulnerabilities on the network.

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2024

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

The automation and the various reporting styles are top notch. the weekly trend and monthly trend reporting is extremely helpful and provides me with a quick view of the status.
The integration with the Kaseya stack wonderful to have.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

The initial setup is a bit cloogy, the user interface and steps are not as intuitive as most apps are today. Unfortunately we've gotten a bit lazy when it comes to app setup and are used to a "carry you along" method, while Vulscan does require one to head to the KB and do a little pre-game research first.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VulScan provides us with an ongoing way to monitor client networks and provides our customers confidence that their issues are being addressd

  ### 39. Did not get VulScan to work much

  ### 45. My experiencie with Vulscan

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nataly P. | support, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2024

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

The flexibility to update or modify vulnerability databases according to the specific needs of the environment is a significant advantage.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

Like many vulnerability scanners, VulScan can generate false positives or miss certain vulnerabilities (false negatives), especially if the version information of the service is incomplete or obscured.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Network scanning and vulnerability scanning are separate tasks, requiring different tools and workflows.
VulScan integrates vulnerability scanning directly into the Nmap framework, combining network discovery (like open ports and services) with vulnerability analysis in a single pass.

  ### 46. Automated and Risk-Based Vulnerability Prioritization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roann Z. | Technical Solutions Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2024

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

Limitations in Customization for reporting, it requires a dedicated training

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mitigating the Cybersecurity risks and ensuring the complaince of business

  ### 47. Painful to use, lacking in features, no integrations

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2024

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

Nothing. As a regular user and administrator of Vulscan I can say that it offers very little benefit over scripted use of OSS tooling -- the time you will spend manually managing vulnerabilities in the patient will outweigh your development time. I will never choose this product again.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

Everything. Login is an absolute disaster if you use SSO. You can't SSO straight into the product, you have to SSO into KaseyaOne first. But then you can't go straight from KaseyaOne to Vulscan, you have to navigate to Vulscan's direct URL. And I pity the fool that doesn't follow that exact login flow.

The product, like everything in Kaseya's suite of acquired-and-slashed software, is under-developed and barely passes scrutiny. The interface is clunky, vulnerabilities stay in the console even when patched and gone from the network, EVERYTHING is manual except for the scan schedule, and there are zero integrations or public API's. (Kaseya might point out that they do have integrations... With their own awful products, like Kaseya VSA. And that's all.)

Do not choose this product unless you're an MSP that's already stuck in their ecosystem and you have an army of barely-above-minimum-wage workers to manage it.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It finds vulnerabilities. That's all, nothing special. Every single other competitor does the same thing. But it creates administrative problems that other scanners don't.

  ### 48. Compliance Must Have!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Seth D. | Senior Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2024

**What do you like best about VulScan?**

VulScan is an excellent tool for identifying internal and external vulnerabilites. I found it easy to spin up the scanning appliance in our virtual environment and get right to scanning and remeadiation. As an MSP I appreciated the ability to use the same external appliance to scan multiple clients. Scanning frequently is easy to set up using the built in scheduling. I also appreciate the ability to use the integrations to send tickets directly to our ticketing system.

**What do you dislike about VulScan?**

I do find the UI somewhat dated, it doesn't feel very modern.

**What problems is VulScan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vulscan helps us identify open ports in firewall, and the updates that may need to be run on our servers and infrastructure.

  ### 49. Vulcan - a must have for vulnerabilities.
