**What do you like best about VoIPstudio?**

I switched to VoIPstudio after Skype was discontinued and found the change over process to be easy and well supported.  The iPhone app is what I mainly use and it works well, receives incoming calls overall without issue and can make calls from it no problem.  On a handful of occasions I have had to contact support and they have been on hand to help me using the online chat as well as on the phone.  Excellent tech and customer service.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

Sometimes when a call is received, it doesn't always connect (usually if I've left the app open for a long period of time).  I restart the app and everything works fine.

**What problems is VoIPstudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VoIPstudio was a great replacement for me when Skype was discontinued to receive business calls over voip, making it easy for me to travel.

**What do you like best about VoIPstudio?**

The setup price and monthly fees are as low as I could reasonably find, and I was able to connect my new phone number to my asterisk server without issue.

Great service so far! I'm fairly confident that when I need to purchase another VoIP number I'll go with them.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

There was a weird error when I first tried to make an account, but they emailed me the same day and let me know it was fixed and that I could sign in, so that wasn't really an issue.

I needed a cheap VoIP number for my pbx and they delivered.

the opportunity to call all over the world from all over the world with a monthly plan and without roaming charges. Then the support team is always available and resolve any issues that may occur.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

i would like a more user friendly mobile app and not to have to choose from a list the country code. It would be nicer if i would have the opportunity to dial the country code as well.

**What problems is VoIPstudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i am able to call my business partners even when i am abroad and they can reach me as well, without any roaming costs.

**What do you like best about VoIPstudio?**

I've not been using VoIPstudio very long yet, however after looking for a provider I can obtain business phone features from in a residential setting I came across this provider. We have a large home with IP phones in each room - the few residential providers I've checked out didn't allow use of SIP phones without purchasing very expensive business packages. VoIPstudio allows me to use a business phone system but at prices that beat most small residential providers. I work from home so to have call forwarding features, soft phones and IVRs to route my work calls to my office is so beneficial. Setup was super simple and it integrates beautifully with my existing Yealink hardware - with the added benefit that I can purchase more phones if needed directly from VoIPstudio. I love how easy it is to add or change extra users.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

Had a little issue early on with the two factor authentication but used live chat for support and got assistance super quickly.

**What problems is VoIPstudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed an IP phone line to integrate with existing SIP hardware at an affordable price per user. VoIPstudio undercut the vast majority of the other providers on the market by a long measure, but is still absolutely packed with features.

i like the following on VolPstudio.
1. Easy to configure compture media device with VolPstudio.
2. Allows to run call tests before use to ensure that every feature fumction before use.
3. Allows you to make calls with anonymous caller ID.
4. Easy to create call centre wallboard for mointoring calls.
5. It allows you to make call and video conference.

VolPstudio has solved many communication problems and it has made communicattion easy.

**What problems is VoIPstudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly  communication has been made easy with VolPstudio. it is very easy to use VolPstudio to make international calls and local calls because of that, it operates as call centre for business. It is easy to reach to clients in reasonable time and address business challenges. VolPstudio allows you to add voiceamail annoucement which keeps clients for incoming call engaged untill when the call is forwaded to the desk.

Honestly, not much, the backend is incredibly diffucult to navigate and took a long time to understand everything.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

There was a minor business question about my company and the staff is literally unable to comprehend the basics of businesses. We were exploring having VOIP studio for our call center staff. There is no WAY we would use them. They are downright hostile to businesses.

**What do you like best about VoIPstudio?**

VoIPstudio offers a wide range of features that are very beneficial to my business. It's easy to use and we were able to implement it into our business model with little disruption. We use it frequently to make and receive calls, and make great use of the SMS feature. The customer support team have been great with helping us integrate to system with our existing structure, which has been great.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

Some features are more difficult to setup than others and the tutorials offered weren't as easy to follow as we'd have liked.

**What problems is VoIPstudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VoIPstudio has allowed us to offer a professional business phone number that we can access anywhere. This has allowed us to appear more professional, whilst also access features like call recording and voicemails to ensure people can contact us at all times.

**What do you like best about VoIPstudio?**

VoIPstudio is relatively easy to manage and set up, and switching between on computer telephone services and phone services is seemless.  I like the fact with a bit of work you can decide and control how the phone calls are answered/diverted and change this yourself.  Having the chance to get local numbers in different countries that link in with your system is also amazing.  When I have used customer support they have been helpful.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

You have to be mildly technical to work all the features properly but you don't have to be an expert.  I don't really use the mobile app as it is not very user friendly.

**What problems is VoIPstudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have offices in different countries with different interface methods and it works very well for that.  We have different country phone numbers and can choose which to use.

We have used voipstudio since we began our business over 7 years ago. Their charges are competitive and the user interface is simple. The best is their customer service -- very quick reply.

The android app could do with some serious development. It is very basic and buggy.

We need a fixed landline number that can be picked up anywhere. Voip studio solves this problem for us.

The best part about Voip is the easiness to navigate the platform - no extra buttons, tabs - one interface that allows you to make calls - quickly and with no effort.

I can not think of anything that I dislike about VoiPstudio - it is one of my favorite calling platform.

he problem that it is solving is that I am able to call any country just by simply choosing the country area code, input (copy/paste) the contact's number and click - dial - cheesy peasy :)

**What do you like best about VoIPstudio?**

It allows me to have everything under control and quickly make my calls. In addition, I can easily communicate with colleagues via text as well, and it makes all my processes much easier.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

After the latest update I can replay my calls directly from the app having the phone numbers for each recording, which before made the process more difficult, but after the latest update I am totally satisfied

The biggest benefits are given, in my regard, by the speed with which I can use voip studio, it makes processes more streamlined and saves me a lot of time.

**What do you like best about VoIPstudio?**

Good range of features and easy to set up. We have a business of 50+ employees, and this will work very well for organising out various departments. Decent customer service and a lengthy free trial so you can see what you're getting before spending the money.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

It would be nice to see full support for Linux systems. Linux is fast becoming the server and OS choice for small to medium businesses, so a more robust version for Linux would be a good idea.

**What problems is VoIPstudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organisation of different call groups and call queue's without being unnecessarily complicated or time consuming. A decent price for the features listed compared to other VOIP services. Customisable and intuitive to use.

I used VOIP for a short while because i was waiting for my ISP to install my new landline , Glad i use these guys kept me incontact plus i get to choose the type of area code for my own landline and have call waiting , After now I changed my providers I'm likely to go back to VOIP as its perfect.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

If your not useing it regualy can be a bit expensive with the monthly price but if you pay and go it amazing

Never had an issue so far , never needed support

**What do you like best about VoIPstudio?**

VoIPstudio is very cost effective, feature rich, and reliable.  Since moving the business to it, we've not had any issues.  The flexibility is great, and easily configurable.  Not a decision I regret at all, especially coming from a previous VoIP system that was fairly unreliable.  Support are also very responsive.  So, all round, very good indeed.

Could benefit from a few more advanced features offered by other services such as RingCentral.

A cost effective, reliable business phone system.   Certsinly ticks our boxes currently.

**What do you like best about VoIPstudio?**

I did a lot of research into the best price/benefits combination for my use and VOIPStudio were well ahead of the competition. I had problems with setting up my ATA but the chat line support were very helpful and patient and I eventually go everything working correctly.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

My ATA had arrived set up for a US system, and I'm based in the UK so it initially didn't work for me.

**What problems is VoIPstudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing me to move to a full VOIP phone system rather than a dedicated land line

My best things that I like in VoIPstudio is the quality of voice and video call of the internet. There is no lag, no call drops and no hassle. The calls are very seamless making it beneficial to make calls to our clients over the internet. It has the feature to record a call, if we misses any requirements from the client who has communicated through the VoIP call, we could be able to listen to the recording later. It is very easy to use and set up is also simple I could say. We could be able to integrate with our Salesforce database, Dynamics 365 which makes our business process simpler. Customer service has helped us during the set-up and going live with VoIPstudio, they are very responsive.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

It offers us as Pay as you Go, the more number of calls you do, the higher you have to pay. It would have been better if they offer subscription service with unlimited calls which would be more beneficial for small companies and start-ups.

**What problems is VoIPstudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VoIPstudio helped our business by making our company to be able to setup virtual phone numbers in various parts of the country which made it easier for our business to be locally available in various countries. It eliminated the process of implementing the traditional phone system and dedicated phone lines and equipment and hardware which is a cost saving for us. This being an VoIP, the scalability is very simple unlike traditional phone lines which could be very expensive.

The software is very customizable it adapts to any situation and the use that can be given can be both personal and business, the features of cloud services and VOIP for companies are complete and can be given a variable use within any institution, the program is very manageable with ease of use for any staff who do not have knowledge, it is possible to manage any call from comfort of your device. It can be easily implemented in any country, with capacity of up t o 50 countries, in fact, one of the features that most attracts my attention is to be able to make international long distance calls at very low cost.

So far consider that the software lacks an acceptable support team since they are slow to respond to some failures within the server, many times the calls hang and if you have an adequate data service you may have problems, I would like more integrations with contact import platforms, the price is affordable, but the free trial leaves much to be desired, I believe that the product should be tested before purchasing it.

Currently, we like to manage our international customers using voice calls, with this program it is possible to manage all these situations as they offer us a number for international calls at a very good price, it is also possible to receive calls from these customers to give them the proper attention that they deserve, the program has certainly benefited us in costs and attention being able to serve all staff 24 hours a day.

One of the things that I like best with VoIPstudio is the call recording. There is no limit on the number of calls that we can record. Also, internal team collaboration is very smooth and effective with VoIPstudio. We can easily create video conferencing calls and add our team members too. Also, the integration with other business tools like  office 365 and G-suite is very much useful for us.

I do not have any significant dislikes with this software. The customer support team is also very much helpful.

We were struggling to do internation sales calls and the cost of business calling was very much expensive. VoIPstudio was a perfect platform for us to address this issue. Also, the IVR and the call routing facility of VoIPstudio is very good and effective for us to maintain 24 hours connectivity

It is a platform that contains a series of PBX services in the cloud that allow you to manage calls whether national or international managing to keep users of companies in contact with customers effectively through your desktop Softphone, also has multiple integrations that allow you to have a pretty good CRM differentiating it from other call center applications, thus managing to handle different  functions through a single platform, contains a board management system, call recording and tecnical support out of  the ordinary, it is impressive what can achieved by running this platform in the best way.

However, VoIPStudio is not a very easy platform to manage; it requires a lot of time when you are starting to implement it to discover its full potential, since its great virtue, which are its integrations with other tools, is something that is difficult to realize at first, Ithink they should make their platform a little more intuitive.

VoIPStudio has helped us to maintain excellent communication with our international customers and at the same time we have managed to channel financial operations and our trade, as its integration with Zapier and Salesforce Sales Cloud has not reduced much work,  keep our profitability high with our exclusive customers and as our initial communication provider is extraordinary the way we can communicate through its automatic ACD calls without having to keep a manual reminder, with application we manage to automate all calls we want at the time we want to do them.

Its been a faultless VOIP service I've been a customer for around 6 years maybe more and we use it every single day. System and control panel are easy to use and setup. We have 3 lines and 3 incoming numbers and we use most the online portal features like holding servies,  call routing and even having are lines come to one switch broad giving customers the option to pick a department to transfer to.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

The system is pay in advance but as a long term customer you'd expect a little bit of a credit facality to of built up sometimes I forget to top up for non included calls or I get a new credit card and payment wasn't taken and this could end the service if not spotted. Customer support is message only I'd like a number to call.

Multi landlines and call services for a fraction of the cost of other providers with a high level of business service and uptime

VoIPstudio provides a lot of online user and administrator help.  Customer service will answer your questions quickly if you cannot find what you need.  Pricing model is excellent for small business.  Our receptionist finds the voicemail system easy to use, an uses the transcription feature frequently.  I had no trouble integrating our customer contact list, a great aid for CallerID.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

VoIPstudio is so feature-rich, that without a computer or telecommunications background, if your need is moderately complex, it may take you some time to create a system that does exactly what you want. It took me a hour a day for a month to get things just right.  And this was driven by the telephony devices I chose to use, not the VoIPstudio web interface which is reasonable intuitive.

**What problems is VoIPstudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The IVR, Interactive Voice Response system, makes our organization professional.  Quick, no wait, Voicemail forwarding, is based on time of day, and day of week, and even holidays.  With the menu system, customers can get information without having to speak to the receptionist.  Our company documents our customer's voicemails, so the transcription feature is critical.  CNAM information provided by the phone company is useless.  We can load our customer contacts into the VoIPstudio system, and now we know who is calling (CallerID).

Super happy with their service, it took me a long time to find a provider that was both reliable and good value for money. Has always worked well and their support was second to none in helping me with the endless setup questions I had.

Only thing would be an updated softphone, as I am using a 3rd party one, as I had some issues getting their own version setup.

Got a reliable provider, with an all inclusive cost - meaning that is the price we actually pay. The admin functions are also really great. There is more it can do, but for me, just wanted something that 'worked' and believe me that was not easy to find.

I started a small business that requires automatic call recording. VoipStudio is the only one I could find that has it all included in the initial cost. Whenever other companies offer automatic call recording, it is always an additional cost that is not discussed prior to setting up. Voip Studion is the most transparent Voip provider I have used.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

The call recording feature had to be manually added by support after emailing them. Would be great if it was already activated. Wouldn't say I dislike this though, as I understand why it's not automatically activated for every user. 
Maybe an option during signup could have it activated straight away.

It is allowing me to employ callers from across the world with the abillity to acces the dialler and for me to listen in on call recordings which is really helping me close more sales.

**What do you like best about VoIPstudio?**

Is easy to use and the new update makes it very easy to pick up the call phone numbers. I work from home and I need to be available for my customers, I never had an issue with VOIP, at worst it takes a few minutes for an update and you are back online.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

Not specific to the tool, but the integration with Salesforce is not great. That will be my only note.

**What problems is VoIPstudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it as the base for my external communication. Is not solving any specific issues, is the pilar of my communication.

**What do you like best about VoIPstudio?**

VoipStudio are an excellent Voip company. Their prices are transpant and have always included all their user features within the subscription. Their support team are excellent and were especially helpful when setting up the account, which was nitially quite complicated, but they ensured everything was configured and worked properly.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

One major irritation which I cannot understand why they won't fix is that you cannot access your Microsoft Exchange or mobile phone contacts on the App - it means I have to use a 3rd party App and ish the'd address this urgently.

**What problems is VoIPstudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Voip is an excellent alternative telecommunication technology which negates the need for a fixed telephone line (if that's not required), and is far more efficient too.

**What do you like best about VoIPstudio?**

Our workers can use it with very little in the way of instruction, and like using it. Price is also very important, and VoIPstudio is very economical while not coming across as cheap. Their help is also very good, and quick. Whenever I have got stuck, they have been very helpful. Certainly a recommendation from us.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

Nothing serious, but there seems to be a slight language barrier which can occasionally cause a problem.

**What problems is VoIPstudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had another VoIP provider, but they were constantly trying to sell us improvements (which we didn't want), and it was not possible to manage our own system - we had to paythem to manage it for us. With VoIP Studio, we not only save time and manage our system directly, we are also saving a considerable amount of money! We only wanted a very simple system, and VoIP Studio has all the facilities we want (and a lot more too).

It has detailed call history and call log, and allows me to mark messages as unread to track which issues have been resolved.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

Allowing me to set things like, called, not interested, bad number, follow up, etc would be a huge improvement.

It provides me with voice and text service and allows me to store contacts with the app which some competitors can't do.

**What do you like best about VoIPstudio?**

The onboarding process and integration is quick and easy. Support is very reliable and thek knowledge base is top notch. It was easier to integrate on desktop and mobile devices. All of our team members in the field and office were able to quickly learn and incorporate VoIP into daily practice.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

There is a slight delay on outbound calls but the issue is easily overcome. It does seem that when there is an issue for one user the entire team will soon experience the same issue. Support does require 3 examples of an issue before they step in to help, but most issues can be resolved by reseting the app.

**What problems is VoIPstudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VoIP has provided us with reliable online, soft phones for both desktop and mobile devices. It has made contacting and staying in contact with clients much more efficient and manageable.

**What do you like best about VoIPstudio?**

Steady service, we have not logged into the account much because it just works how we want it. The few times ive asked for customer support it has been a quick solution every time. Implementation phase was many years ago but I remember it being not too much of a fuss, we were able to add features such as voicemail, forwarding, times of service and others without much fuss. We use the phone system for inbound calls daily. VoIP Studio was our first voip service so there was no integration required.

**What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?**

I can't think of much negative at this point, we have not used outbound calls much or at all, so i can't comment on pricing for that. Perhaps we would use VoIP for our international calls if we had a better understanding of pricing and how it could work. I just like the fact I don't have to think about the service or log in, it just works.

**What problems is VoIPstudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple way to get a professional number and forward it to whatever phone/s you need in an order you want. Where before the customer could call my landline and if i was out on a job I would not be able to pick up and they would need to manually call my mobile (if they had it).
