We've been using Visitly for over a year now and it has been a great addition to our front desk and visitor management process.
One of the biggest advantages is how simple and intuitive the interface is. The platform is very easy to navigate for our team, and just as importantly, it’s extremely straightforward for first-time users like customers and vendors when they check in. We rarely need to explain anything because the process is so clear.
Visitly also offers all the features we need to manage visitors efficiently without feeling overly complicated or cluttered. It strikes a nice balance between being powerful enough for daily operations while still remaining very user-friendly. It is a platform we use daily and the analytics section is very helpful too. Most of the time it works seamlessly, but occasionally (about 1% of the time) the iPad app can lag a bit. It’s not a major issue. Easily solvable by restarting the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
