"Visitly Makes Visitor Check-In Simple, Intuitive, and Efficient"
What do you like best about Visitly?

We've been using Visitly for over a year now and it has been a great addition to our front desk and visitor management process.

One of the biggest advantages is how simple and intuitive the interface is. The platform is very easy to navigate for our team, and just as importantly, it’s extremely straightforward for first-time users like customers and vendors when they check in. We rarely need to explain anything because the process is so clear.

Visitly also offers all the features we need to manage visitors efficiently without feeling overly complicated or cluttered. It strikes a nice balance between being powerful enough for daily operations while still remaining very user-friendly. It is a platform we use daily and the analytics section is very helpful too. What do you dislike about Visitly?

Most of the time it works seamlessly, but occasionally (about 1% of the time) the iPad app can lag a bit. It’s not a major issue. Easily solvable by restarting the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Visitly: Quick Setup and Easy Visitor Check-In on iPad"
What do you like best about Visitly?

Visitly is very easy to set up and use. In a matter of moments, we set it up one of our backstock iPads and now have a fully operating terminal to check in and out visitors and employees alike. We use it everyday and is a required aspect prior to entering our office space. Very useful to determine who is in the building in case of emergencies as well! What do you dislike about Visitly?

While it may or may not considered an actual downside, Visitly being a software app means it requires a mobile device to be stationary and only set up to be used as the terminal. While not necessarily a hinderance, I wish it could be installed on a miniPC paired with a touchscreen monitor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Visitor Check-In with Helpful Meeting Notifications"
What do you like best about Visitly?

the check in process for our visitors is easy and the notifications to the person they are meeting is a great thing to save me from having to reach out especially when i'm busy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visitly?

If we have a new hire and they hadn't been added to the list yet, when they don't show up as a person to meet it won't let them still enter their name. Also on return visitors when it recognizes them, i'm not sure if they have the option to change who they are meeting. I don't know if our visitors realize they can or it won't let them but if they came one time to meet one person but then come back another time and are meeting with someone else it still notifies the last person. Hi Alli, thank you for your review! We're glad the check-in process has been easy for your visitors and that host notifications are saving you time when you're busy.

Regarding new hires not appearing in the host list, Visitly's host search only shows users who have already been added to the system. Adding the new hire to Visitly will make them available right away.

On returning visitors updating who they are meeting, they can actually change any previously entered information, including the host, when they sign in. Please write to us at support@visitly.io if you need help configuring either of these.

"Employee & Visitor Tracking with Visitly"
What do you like best about Visitly?

Fact that it tracks employees & visitors easily. User friendly and easy to use. We use this app solely for emergency situations where we need to take attendance and knowing his is in or out of the building is extremely important.

If I were to rate the app as of right now it would be a 7/10 and mainly because of the lack of response when it came down to investigating why we ran into so many issues with the attendance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visitly?

Ran into issues when running a fire evacuation drill, we followed up by reaching out to Visitly support and it felt like a long process, and nothing was really shared as to why we had so many issues with running through the attendance on the app. We pay quite a bit for this app and for the app to basically fail in the event of an emergency was not good to see but also to not receive any information as to why this happened was a bit frustrating. I plan to test this again very soon just to see if the issues we ran into were resolved or if they continue to happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Visitly?

The interface is great very intuitive, and now with the recent upgrade is easier to find all the options available. The availability of a personalized QR Code speed up our visitors check in at our company, we have been 2+ years users and only positive recommendations about the product.

What do you like best about Visitly?

I love the easy sign-in experience with Visitly where users can check-in through an iPad using customizable flows, QR codes, or facial recognition. This makes the process faster and secure. Some users reported occasional freezing of the desk kiosk, especially during high traffic periods. The time zone differences can sometimes slow down customer support responses for users outside the US. What do you like best about Visitly?

I love that Visitly is one data point and one interface, which makes it easy for us to track everything for ISO purposes. It ensures we know who comes in and out and makes sure that all our documents that need to be signed by contractors are signed. What do you dislike about Visitly?

Sometimes on the iPad kiosk system, Visitly needs to be reset, which is kind of a pain. The printer that was recommended requires specific labels, which is also a pain. Sometimes it doesn't print out the label for someone. The preregistration process could be easier. I'd love to be able to print out preregistered people's labels through the printer at the kiosk instead of through another printer. The biggest problem during setup was with the printer and trying to get the badges printed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the kiosk resets, updating the iPad and the Visitly Kiosk app to the latest version usually resolves this. For printing preregistered visitor badges directly from the kiosk, the brother printer would need to be connected to the same system. "Effortless Visitor Tracking with Minimal IT Hassle"
What do you like best about Visitly?

I use Visitly for cGMP facility sign-ins, and I find that it makes tracking visitors seamless and trouble-free. I like that it's pretty much 'set it and forget it' from an IT perspective. If we're paying for a service, I expect it to be a service and not an overhead that I have to deal with. Also, the initial setup was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visitly?

Occasionally it signs out. Restarting the apps signs you back in, but if you try to reenter the facility code you have to actually re-sign in. Sessions last for months so I understand the difficulty, but it's frustrating that a receptionist may mess up the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the occasional sign-out, this is usually resolved by making sure both the iPad and the Visitly Kiosk app are updated to the latest version.
