**What do you like best about Visitly?**

It's user friendly for the most part, and its' performance is reliable as a sign in tool for visitors when I am away from the lobby area.  The screen has a very user friendly process, allows for options that streamline notifying the employee they are here without confusion and user error.  
The Visitly integrates well on my desktop pc and allows for me to log in and make changes or edits as necessary when other systems are down or inaccessible. I do not use the AI Intelligence feature but have used the support in the past which was not as helpful as I hoped.

**What do you dislike about Visitly?**

A couple of things I don't like are the App on the iPad will often revert to the pin code requirement if a user accidentally taps the wrong thing, then it becomes useless until I come in and reset the screen.  The price is too high for a company that uses it daily but doesn't use most of the features we pay for.

**What problems is Visitly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our company, it solves the process of visitors coming in to a secure building and needing to let someone know they have arrived.  When no one is in the lobby there really isn't another way to notify employees they have arrived other than using their cell phone which doesn't always have service in the lobby of our building.

**What do you like best about Visitly?**

We've been using Visitly for over a year now and it has been a great addition to our front desk and visitor management process.
One of the biggest advantages is how simple and intuitive the interface is. The platform is very easy to navigate for our team, and just as importantly, it’s extremely straightforward for first-time users like customers and vendors when they check in. We rarely need to explain anything because the process is so clear.
Visitly also offers all the features we need to manage visitors efficiently without feeling overly complicated or cluttered. It strikes a nice balance between being powerful enough for daily operations while still remaining very user-friendly. It is a platform we use daily and the analytics section is very helpful too.

**What do you dislike about Visitly?**

Most of the time it works seamlessly, but occasionally (about 1% of the time) the iPad app can lag a bit. It’s not a major issue. Easily solvable by restarting the app.

**What problems is Visitly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visitly manages our visitors sign-ins and visitor badges. Makes it very easy and intuitive for all employees, customers and vendors.

**What do you like best about Visitly?**

Visitly is very easy to set up and use. In a matter of moments, we set it up one of our backstock iPads and now have a fully operating terminal to check in and out visitors and employees alike. We use it everyday and is a required aspect prior to entering our office space. Very useful to determine who is in the building in case of emergencies as well!

**What do you dislike about Visitly?**

While it may or may not considered an actual downside, Visitly being a software app means it requires a mobile device to be stationary and only set up to be used as the terminal. While not necessarily a hinderance, I wish it could be installed on a miniPC paired with a touchscreen monitor.

**What problems is Visitly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a healthcare organization, we require audit logs of who, when, and where someone travels in our office. We need to know if someone comes in, what time they came in, (if applicable) who they are there to see, etc. Visitly does all of that in a compact and easily digestible form.

**What do you like best about Visitly?**

the check in process for our visitors is easy and the notifications to the person they are meeting is a great thing to save me from having to reach out especially when i'm busy.

**What do you dislike about Visitly?**

If we have a new hire and they hadn't been added to the list yet, when they don't show up as a person to meet it won't let them still enter their name.  Also on return visitors when it recognizes them, i'm not sure if they have the option to change who they are meeting.  I don't know if our visitors realize they can or it won't let them but if they came one time to meet one person but then come back another time and are meeting with someone else it still notifies the last person.

**What problems is Visitly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not sure they are currently helping us with any problems.  I don't think we really have any problems.

Regarding new hires not appearing in the host list, Visitly's host search only shows users who have already been added to the system. Adding the new hire to Visitly will make them available right away.

**What do you like best about Visitly?**

Fact that it tracks employees & visitors easily. User friendly and easy to use. We use this app solely for emergency situations where we need to take attendance and knowing his is in or out of the building is extremely important.

If I were to rate the app as of right now it would be a 7/10 and mainly because of the lack of response when it came down to investigating why we ran into so many issues with the attendance.

**What do you dislike about Visitly?**

Ran into issues when running a fire evacuation drill, we followed up by reaching out to Visitly support and it felt like a long process, and nothing was really shared as to why we had so many issues with running through the attendance on the app. We pay quite a bit for this app and for the app to basically fail in the event of an emergency was not good to see but also to not receive any information as to why this happened was a bit frustrating. I plan to test this again very soon just to see if the issues we ran into were resolved or if they continue to happen.

**What do you like best about Visitly?**

I use Visitly for the visitor signing process, which is mandatory. Visitly helps solve the problem of paper tracking and the lack of contact information. It's great that Visitly includes contact information while respecting privacy, something our visitors used to avoid sharing. I really like that I don't have to contact visitors to see if they've provided contact information—it's just already there. The facial recognition feature is really useful, especially for elderly visitors who aren't familiar with maneuvering an iPad; it simplifies things so much since they don't have to retype their information. This feature has been very successful at our facility. The initial setup of Visitly was easy with the right resources and support, allowing a smooth transition.

**What do you dislike about Visitly?**

It freezes once in a while. For example, right this minute, I was just downstairs trying to figure it out how to force restart it and not having it frozen anymore. And this has been an ongoing issue, and I have issued tickets regarding that. I was directed to update the application with the new update, which was done, yet it is still freezing. Because of that, we have to go back to the paper signing process with the visitors, which is really not in compliance. This creates a gap where if the Ministry of Long Term Care comes, we may be in trouble because of that. The iPad is freezing all the time. Because it's freezing, we have to go back to the old process, which is not in compliance. It's not easy to force restart the machine, the iPad. IT always has to be involved and try to do something on their end that takes time. We have to issue tickets. So because of that, I would be skeptical a little bit to recommend it to someone else.

Visitly solves paper tracking issues and ensures easy contact tracing, essential for infection control. It includes contact information while addressing privacy concerns. The facial recognition feature helps elderly visitors, minimizing the need to retype information.

**What do you like best about Visitly?**

I love that Visitly sends an email alert if someone is here to visit or meet with me. Participants can click my name, and it automatically sends me an email, which makes it easier since I'm usually working at my desk. This feature keeps the admin from having to get up and find me or call me.

**What do you dislike about Visitly?**

I think it takes too long to sign in. I wish there was a way that returning visitors could select their name and be signed in. Instead you still have to put in a bunch of information. So I wish it was just like you clicked your name, and it already had everything. You chose why you're there, and that will be it. I wish the sign in process was a little bit easier for returning visitors.

**What problems is Visitly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Visitly for visitor and staff sign-in to track who is in the building for safety. It emails me automatically when someone is here to see me, which saves time and keeps workflows smooth without needing admin intervention.

**What do you like best about Visitly?**

I like that Visitly is very quick and simple to use when it works well. It's not overloaded with options or unnecessary features, which makes it easy to get quick notifications. The integration with Microsoft Outlook is seamless, allowing me to be promptly notified when my clients are present in the lobby.

**What do you dislike about Visitly?**

Occasionally, Visitly did not inform me at all when my clients were in the lobby. There were instances, maybe three or four times over the last year and a half, where there was a delay, and notifications arrived over twenty-four hours later. I'm not sure if that's due to Visitly's issues or other factors like AWS servers or Outlook, causing a delay. It does get inconvenient when relying on this software.

**What problems is Visitly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Visitly to quickly notify me via email when clients arrive in the lobby, usually within thirty seconds of signing in.

I love that Visitly lets me know when a visitor is here by taking a picture and sending it to me via text and email. It's very nice because sometimes you forget what's on your calendar, so getting a quick reminder that someone has arrived for an appointment is great. It helps keep track of visitors entering the facility, ensuring a documented process. It's also very useful in emergencies because it provides a full list of everyone in the building. I find it very straightforward and simple to use, and I've loved it so far. Overall, it's a great product.

The interface is great very intuitive, and now with the recent upgrade is easier to find all the options available. The availability of a personalized QR Code speed up our visitors check in at our company, we have been 2+ years users and only positive recommendations about the product.

Also tech support on the few times that've needed has been very responsive.

I love the easy sign-in experience with Visitly where users can check-in through an iPad using customizable flows, QR codes, or facial recognition. This makes the process faster and secure. The time zone differences can sometimes slow down customer support responses for users outside the US. **What do you like best about Visitly?**

I love that Visitly is one data point and one interface, which makes it easy for us to track everything for ISO purposes. It ensures we know who comes in and out and makes sure that all our documents that need to be signed by contractors are signed. I appreciate that when we go into Visitly, we have all the information we need.

**What do you dislike about Visitly?**

Sometimes on the iPad kiosk system, Visitly needs to be reset, which is kind of a pain. The printer that was recommended requires specific labels, which is also a pain. Sometimes it doesn't print out the label for someone. The preregistration process could be easier. I'd love to be able to print out preregistered people's labels through the printer at the kiosk instead of through another printer. The biggest problem during setup was with the printer and trying to get the badges printed.

I use Visitly for visitor management, allowing us to track everyone entering and leaving the building. It ensures ISO compliance by tracking visits and making sure all necessary documents are signed. I love that it provides one data point and interface for all the information we need.

Regarding the kiosk resets, updating the iPad and the Visitly Kiosk app to the latest version usually resolves this. For printing preregistered visitor badges directly from the kiosk, the brother printer would need to be connected to the same system. **What do you like best about Visitly?**

I use Visitly for cGMP facility sign-ins, and I find that it makes tracking visitors seamless and trouble-free. I like that it's pretty much 'set it and forget it' from an IT perspective. If we're paying for a service, I expect it to be a service and not an overhead that I have to deal with. Also, the initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Visitly?**

Occasionally it signs out. Restarting the apps signs you back in, but if you try to reenter the facility code you have to actually re-sign in. Sessions last for months so I understand the difficulty, but it's frustrating that a receptionist may mess up the system.

**What problems is Visitly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Visitly for cGMP facility sign-ins. It makes tracking visitors seamless and trouble-free, operating pretty much as a set-it-and-forget-it service with minimal IT involvement.

I like how Visitly is very easy to use and user-friendly. It's great that it lists names, so I can just type in part of a person's name and it shows up, making it really easy to find who I'm looking for. I appreciate that it's simple to sign in and find the person you're visiting, especially on a tablet. It's nice to have the names readily available, allowing me to just click on the name of the person I'm visiting.

we can place it in eye shot of incoming guests. we are able to customize it to our company branding. we removed our front desk so this has replaced it and it is helpful for delivery's especially during lunch when staff order in. it keeps visitors out of personal work spaced and keep them in our greeting area.

**What do you dislike about Visitly?**

It’s slightly limited in its functions, and adding employee contacts is time-consuming because it doesn’t access most of our files that would allow a mass export of data. Sometimes there’s a delay, or we don’t receive meeting or delivery messages on our phones.

**What problems is Visitly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We removed our front desk, so it now acts as a go-between for visitors when they enter our space, connecting them with the right person.

I'd say that the only downside is that I wish there was a function to like "save" people so not sure if that's on us or Visitly but if it could "save" people or profiles so they didn't have to like refill all information out that would be helpful!

Visitly was easy to set up and accomplished everything we were looking to do.  It provides an easy way to capture visitor information for internal purposes as well as required compliance with certifications.  I also like how a text or an email is sent to the individual that has a visitor.  This eliminates our need to have a receptionist or someone monitoring the door.

The platform is very easy to use. We are able to customize the badges that we are able to print with our company logo. Set up was very easy and the app that is used on the iPad was user friendly for our guest.

I don’t like that the Entra ID integration is only available in the Enterprise plan. You can use a tool to sync with Active Directory, but the process isn’t very straightforward.

We don’t allow public access to our offices, so this helps visitors connect with the person they need inside. They can register, print a badge, and notify the internal contact via email in just a few steps. It’s also useful for audit purposes, depending on your site’s security requirements.

I find it frustrating that even after registering the visitor through Visitly, the security guard asks the same questions again, leading to double work.

It has completely streamlined our client check-in process. We experimented with a few different options before landing on Visitly, and honestly, I don’t really remember exactly what went wrong with those other platforms. What I do know is that Visitly hasn’t caused any issues since we started using it.

**What do you dislike about Visitly?**

I don’t like how the exported reports work because they don’t let us choose a specific time period. Even when we try to select only the two weeks we need, the export still pulls the entire history in the system, which is really annoying.

It allows us to have client sign in at our office, and notifies the therapist that they're here to see, without us needing a front desk/receptionist.

It is very convenient to have an actual physical reminder of who is coming to visit you, it helps me not forget names/faces.

I wish the software was more user friendly on the users end.  I have had people call me as they could not get the program to work correctly.

It is clearing up my mental bandwidth as I do not have to remind myself of visitors or have random numbers call me when they are in the lobby.

I like that is projects a modern system to present to visitors and its ability to provide backend reports. It is also very intuitive and easy to set up and use.

We have some resistance from people wanting to provide a photo of ID or face.

It was easy to set up. It's simple and user-friendly. We like that it prints stickers, so we can easily identify visitors. The support team was fairly responsive when we submitted a support ticket.

**What do you dislike about Visitly?**

Returning visitors are only searchable by telephone number and we don't want to ask for people's numbers. It would be great if people were searchable by name.

Digitizing our sign-in process and helping us identify guests which adds a layer of security to our home.

Regarding searching for returning visitors without asking for a phone number, Visitly actually supports a few options. Visitors can select "I am a returning visitor" and look themselves up by email.
