What do you like best about Veem?

The initial setup of the platform was straightforward, and the interface appears user-friendly. However, any positive attributes are completely overshadowed by the platform's failure to perform its core function: the reliable transfer of funds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veem?

THEY LOST MY FUNDS. The lack of transparency and the failure of their support team are unacceptable. The platform provides misleading information, claiming funds are "Deposited" when the receiving bank has no record of the transfer. Furthermore, the support team (Client Services) is unresponsive to urgent escalations and refuses to provide industry-standard tracking information, such as a Federal Reference Number or Swift MT103. What problems is Veem solving and how is that benefiting you?

Veem is marketed as a solution for cross-border B2B payments and simple bank-to-bank transfers, ostensibly solving the complexity of international wire fees and tracking.

However, in my experience, Veem has created more problems than it solved. While it claims to streamline the payment process, its internal "technical errors" and lack of transparency have caused a total breakdown in my financial operations.

The "benefit" of an easy-to-use interface is completely negated by the platform's unreliability. In my case, a failed payment and a lack of support led to a total loss of access to my funds during a critical period. This didn't just disrupt my business, it had devastating real-world consequences, leading to the loss of my employment because I could not access my own money for basic transportation. What do you like best about Veem?

While we are able to get support from Veem, it can be time consuming for our clients and investors. This means we must troubleshoot many issues before passing things off to Veem. I don't trust their systems. The first time I tried to use them they wanted to charge me $243 to move $800 to an employee in Greece. I complained about it. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would!! This platform, and the company as a whole, are just horrible!

I have several documented incidents where clients have submitted funds for payment and Veem has held onto the funds longer than their own policy states. The generic answer we would receive, "Please accept our apologies...it's due to a third-party issue...".

This answer would only come once you have escalated the matter and exhausted all other options to get someone on the phone. I informed our client that we can no longer use this platform, and they fully supported our team, as they had full visibility of the issues.

NOTE: We pay for the "instant transfer" service, and due to the large deposits we are charged the max $20 for each transaction....and STILL, they are always delayed depositing funds. Coming up with a last minute excuse to place blame elsewhere. Also, IF you are given a refund due to their delays, they still charge you to refund your own $. How crazy is that!?!? What do you like best about Veem?

I have been using Veem from the last 2 years to get my salary directly from United States. It is very easy to use and simplifies processing payments locally as well as globally. I really value the competitive exchange rates and cheaper costs when compared to more standard methods. It simplifies payments with clients and suppliers, allowing secure and fast transactions. It is very easy to use and I use it many times in a month to receive the salary and incentives from my client in US which it easily converts into Indian rupees and directly credits into my bank account without nay delay. The customer support is also very good and friendly.

It easily converts the dollars into Indian rupees with the best market rate and directly deposits the payment into the bank account. t's easy to use and simplifies processing payments locally as well as globally. It is very cheaper when compared to other standard methods. Veem allows fast and secure transaction. The best thing is we can check the past payments and download the invoices as many times as we can.

one link payment directly into their wallet and now they have instant payment from credit or debit cards. you can also send funds almost anywhere in the world. security is good as to login you must use 2fa. their customer support is unmatchable. your problem gets resolved instantly.
