They simply do not care about the client's experience at all. I had left a review for them on another platform about the problems I was experiencing in dealing with their company and once they finally had decided that they thought it was resolved they actually demanded that I revise the review. I have not dealt with their support recently, so they might have improved by now, I hope so at least but I do doubt it. **Recommendations to others considering Vaizle:** Take your time to do your research and make sure this tool will live up to your needs. It's littered with bugs including some that have been there for a long time. Don't bother with YouTube analysis - I don't even know why it's included as you see no data and adding a YT account just breaks the site. Sheets downloaded are empty, "Ad analysis" has been promised to "come soon" for about 2 years yet we've seen or heard nothing. Quite often you will want a 12-month analysis or to look at this time last year, but you only get 6 months. The "insights" say things like "Optimal hashtag usage is 1-2" when all marketers know that adding more hashtags, maybe 5+ or even more, is the optimal number. Providing an audit for clients is pretty easy, even if you're a new digital marketer. Vaizle helps you interpret the numerous graphs displayed. it can be overwhelming especially if you're new but they use simple terms to communicate what those terms mean. I purchased vaizle 8 months ago but never really understood it, just two days ago, I needed to prepare a quick audit and so I attempted to use it again but first, i reached out to support and I received excellent insight into the tools that vaizle provides. Ashima Gupta was really really helpful and prompt with our meeting. Truly makes a difference when managing several social accounts. The UI is very intuitive and easy to use, though like most digital tools out there, it requires spending some time learning and perfecting every feature available. Pricing is definitely very competitive for the product that it is and is money well spent. Like most entrepreneurs, software can be costly, so the competitive price tag offered by Vaizle is very helpful. Customer support is also very efficient, quick to reply to any questions, something I definitely appreciate because some help was needed in the early stages to configure and set up the data exactly as i wanted it to be. Great product overall. **What do you dislike about Vaizle?** I´m yet to find something that i can say i truly dislike, not at the moment. If anything, I kind of would skip the "Authentication" with social networks that´s compulsory on arriving to the admin area for the first time. Unless the "Authentication" of all social channels is done (or clicking "Skip" this step which Vaizle recommends not to do) , I couldn´t get access to any other area of my account. I had to "authenticate" with 4 social channels, all 4. I didn´t want to "skip" the step as it was recommended. Not a big issue, but perhaps too much right from the word go when first entering the Vaizle interface. **Recommendations to others considering Vaizle:** Spend some quality time studying each and every feature, it will be worth it. Once you get familiar with the functionality and interface, you can literally get so much more done in less time. I have a pretty old 24 inch Del monitor in 1920 x 1200 mode. The left vertical toolbar could be condensed some and there is a good 3 inches of dead space to the left and right of the main console. If Vaizle used more space horizontally (left to right) there would be less vertical scrolling. It's a tough balance between design & usability but I think the user display could be updated. As other hav mentioned, every brand may require multiple profiles and your limits may run low in no time. Reports can be set to be quite deep. Good offer for the price point. **What do you dislike about Vaizle?** Certain type of post (ie. stories, galleries, multiple images post) are missing or shown as a regolar post, making it hard to understand how a certain result has been reached. The learning curve is minimal and once you get to know the application, it is pretty intuitive and provide great feedback on your position in the current market within your niche area. **What do you dislike about Vaizle?** The date filter is not all working immediately for providing information on followers change. It needs to wait like a day. I guess the engine needs to pull up that data again since that would be date range specific. But other information is quite fast. **Recommendations to others considering Vaizle:** If you need tool to analyze your niche in the digital arena, you would want to use this tool. **What problems is Vaizle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Understand the competitors use of hashtag and campaign. Competitor tool is great as well. This tool is a must for improving your social profiles (yours and/or your clients´). It saves you so much time and it is really easy to get running. No more struggling and putting pieces together from complex FB reports. **What do you dislike about Vaizle?** Was a little disappointed how quickly you get through the 25 profiles, track a couple of competitors and if you enter all their social media you have used up a good chunk. For an agency, you would have to get a bigger plan. But looks like a good deal at the moment. With that being said, it's clear this is a new product and is still a work in progress. It shows a lot of very promising signs, particularly in the "Smart Insights" tab. **Recommendations to others considering Vaizle:** If you're looking for easier setup, ready-to-use, and quick social media analytics tool, Vaizle is your answer. Vaizle makes it all very easy. They also have an exciting public roadmap full of features and enhancements. So you can expect LinkedIn or Pinterest integrations soon. **What problems is Vaizle solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using this specifically for creating reports. After buying it in October, the first thing I did was use it to pitch to one of the prospect and they were totally impressed after seeing the report. I could actually tell them what and where are the gaps.
