
The thing that I like most about Unipile is their support, which is really good. They have live support, and although it starts with an AI, if you ask for a human, you're immediately in touch with someone knowledgeable. They help immediately, which is very important. Also, the platform is actually very simple, and it just works. The initial setup was super easy, probably one of the easiest of all the products I use, taking just a couple of minutes. The only thing that could be improved in my opinion is that right now, I don't see the logs. We had an issue where we were using an endpoint that was taking actions in Instagram, and I didn't really realize that was the reason why we were getting disconnected. So, yeah, if I would have access to the logs, that would be great. Now we need to do the logs on our side, but yeah, would be great if that's on their side as well.
