It provides usage statistics as well as feedback on who is accessing the proposals and when. It tracks and qualifies leads identifying prioritizing them based on preset personas of current customers who have converted. **What do you dislike about Tilkee?** I have nothing to dislike about Tilke. Well its costly but they have always delivered. **What problems is Tilkee solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tilke makes it easy for us to share proposals with clients and prospects in real-time. This helps us to track who is accesing the documents and when. It helps us to gather data the indicates whether the users fit the customer profiles of existing customers which helps us to determine which customers to follow up on and have a better chance with. ### 2. It would be much more beneficial if you could add titles and not only separators. **What problems is Tilkee solving and how is that benefiting you?** It´s a good way to share proposals or any other kind of data (slides, presentations, pdf´s or even videos) with external clients. Here's why: First of all, TILKEE allows me to get results faster. As soon as my contact clicks on the link and starts reading the proposal or any other documents (testimonials, brochure, online courses, etc.), I receive an email/SMS with all the important information to finalize the exchanges and close the sale under the best conditions. TILKEE has increased my productivity while improving my conversion rate. TILKEE is super intuitive and its appearance looks very professional. Today, I use it for almost everything! PPT presentations, Prezi, Video, Web Page, practically everything can be displayed with TILKEE to understand my interlocutor's reading behavior in real time. TILKEE is so easy to use: I store all my docs on TILKEE and no longer have to upload them one by one for each project. Each link sent displays a completely personalized page with our company's logo, as well as the colors of our graphic charter. The electronic signature also facilitates the conclusion of negotiations with my clients/prospects. **What do you dislike about Tilkee?** The button that makes the favorite models appear is a bit hidden compared to the one that allows you to start a new project. My Foxy (the fox plush that serves as a display), which I've had for 2 years, tends to break down regularly, I think it blinks too much and can't keep up ;-) **Recommendations to others considering Tilkee:** TILKEE is the best investment to make in a world where sending all documents is now digitized! **What problems is Tilkee solving and how is that benefiting you?** Targeting prospects/customers based on their reading behavior => Improve my conversion rate, not to mention speeding up my sales cycle thanks to online signing.
