It also has very extensive options, almost everything can be adapted to your requirements. I only needed costumer support once or twice because I was trying to very complex tasks and the costumer support was very helpful and quick. I use it very frequently and I am rarely disappointed. **What do you dislike about Survalyzer?** One downside is that when questionnaires are complex with lots of filters and similar questions, I lose the overview and it becomes difficult to move questions to different sections. **What problems is Survalyzer solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need to send questionnaires to participants and I want the questionnaires to look good and be easy to use, both for me and the people filling in the questionnaires. ### 2. It's good that we can test questionnaires, send personal messages, and add background information to panels using custom variables. We make extensive use of Survalyzer for many projects, nice that we can have all of that running simultaneously. **What do you dislike about Survalyzer?** Customer service not always pleasant, limitations that I can't quite place, quite pricey when you consider that free programs also have many of these facilities.
