I like that Sumtracker lets us manage products by supplier, unlike some other apps. I can link products to specific suppliers, have multiple suppliers share the same SKU, and generate order suggestions based on previous sales. I can't partially receive products ordered by pack size when a supplier doesn't ship the full pack, so I have to adjust inventory manually. I also had some trouble syncing the store with Sumtracker while it was open and had open POs in Stocky, and costs weren't syncing at first, though Sumtracker support helped fix that. As someone who manages production and inventory, I rely on Sumtracker to track our stock across two separate warehouses. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. I like that Sumtracker is easy to use. The interface is understandable, it feels quite light, and it’s easy to navigate. It reacts fast. I can’t add assembled products directly to purchase orders. If product C is made from A and B, I have to order A and B separately. I also couldn’t find webhooks. We have been using sumtracker for over 2 years, and it's been the best inventory management software for our business. They help us solve a critical business need by incorporating the ability to split orders within their system's logic.

The best thing about their software is their customer service! Every issue/request is answered promptly. They are also one of the few companies that will join a Zoom call and help you with whatever you need.

Our business has been using Sumtracker on a daily basis for over a year and it has more than exceeded our expectations. We manage thousands of SKU's and parts. Sumtracker's ability to "Bundle" component parts for an item is invaluable. Prior to Sumtracker we could not find an inventory option like this that would work for our business. Another thing that we love about Sumtracker is that Customer Support has been consistently open to suggestions on improvements to the program.
