SlideHub is great for our team! The platform is very intuitive, and I appreciate the clear control I have from the admin view. It lets me ensure slide versions stay up to date for our colleagues, especially as we sharing materials with clients.

I like that SlideHub finally enabled our people in PowerPoint to create great-looking slides without relying on external tools, or more often, me being asked to make presentations more palatable to clients. It's been a challenge to help people create better PowerPoint images and become more graphical, but with SlideHub, more people in my company are now able to do that. The initial setup was really easy, thanks to Fari Khan at SlideHub, who was fantastic in handling it. He's been very thorough and quick to respond, which has been very useful for us. i love how easy it is integrated directly in powerpoint for users. i love the fact that you can have own and multiple templates, but also . the integrated picture search is also very valuable. also the fact that it pre-warns you when there are potentially already existing slides is highly welcomed. especially when uploading, it enables us to ensure that we are not doubling what someone else might have already uploaded. honestly i really appreciate a lot of the features from slidehub and it has been a pleasure seeing these features being added over time, as when we started to work together it was a quite simple (yet already extremely powerful!) tool that was already answering to a very big need: enable us to manage our vast slide library. i very much welcome the new features especially the AI integrations, I would just advise to not overload and overcomplicate the tool as it is truly great :). also i am extremely satisfied with customer service - from early-on when we had some technical problems, considering our input for the advancement and release of new features, the always readiness to discuss our questions with us. thank you, team! i am overall pretty satisfied, but if i go to details:

- for a company that has many assets and uses slidehub also as a in general a knowledge management tool, it is easy to get lost, as there are a lof of layers of complexity that are not easily solvable with categories/tags. for example, we also leverage slide-hub to manage assets such as flipcharts, a5 cards, a4 one-pagers.... and we have to manually distinguish them so that people dont download an a5 into a normal slide-deck and mess-up the formatting.

- sometimes the search function does not provide the best results for everyone, or it is easy to get lost in the overview

- also the function of "this is an existing slide" is sometimes faulty, comparing slides that are fundamentally different

- the upload experience for "big chunks of content" requires a lot of breakdown Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have no dislikes currently. Except the training materials are a bit too long for some people. Maybe test doing a very simple voiceover demo of the simplest features that help and organization who does not have a presentation 'single source of truth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only reason I am not giving av 10 / 10 is the tagging / mapping convention, it is a bit difficult sometimes to understand the difference between category, team, subcategories, tags, etc, so for some user it can be a bit confusing. However this is just something to get use to and since the search function works well it is not really needed, but that is the only this that would need to improve for me to give a full score. I find the support with slide design very helpful, especially the large selection of inspiration slides. I also really appreciate the possibility to work with a fresh slide master each time, instead of having to recycle or adapt old ones. That makes the work much cleaner and more efficient. From my personal perspective, too many icons are sometimes used when the slide design service is handled by SlideHub. In addition, it would be helpful to have clearer options to differentiate the design approach upfront for example, being able to choose whether slides should strictly follow an existing company slide master or be designed in a more creative, pitch-deck-style format that does not fully adhere to the corporate design.
