**What do you like best about SlideHub?**

Interface is easy to understand and use, user experience is great, lots of clever features and helpful functionality. Great to have a structured way of working with presentations and slides.

**What do you dislike about SlideHub?**

Only reason I am not giving av 10 / 10 is the tagging / mapping convention, it is a bit difficult sometimes to understand the difference between category, team, subcategories, tags, etc, so for some user it can be a bit confusing. However this is just something to get use to and since the search function works well it is not really needed, but that is the only this that would need to improve for me to give a full score.

Slidehub helps us to collaborate within the company on different presentations, as well as keeping the graphic guidelines in place for all presentations and ensuring visual output i cohesive.

**What do you like best about SlideHub?**

I find the support with slide design very helpful, especially the large selection of inspiration slides. I also really appreciate the possibility to work with a fresh slide master each time, instead of having to recycle or adapt old ones. That makes the work much cleaner and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about SlideHub?**

From my personal perspective, too many icons are sometimes used when the slide design service is handled by SlideHub. In addition, it would be helpful to have clearer options to differentiate the design approach upfront for example, being able to choose whether slides should strictly follow an existing company slide master or be designed in a more creative, pitch-deck-style format that does not fully adhere to the corporate design. Having such selection options would improve alignment and efficiency.

It’s really helped us get better control over our assets and made it super easy for everyone to find and use company collateral. The platform is simple, intuitive, and saves us all a lot of time — no more digging through folders and our SharePoint trying to find a presentation. **What do you like best about SlideHub?**

SlideHub is easy to navigate and understand, and it was simple to onboard across the business. I was involved in selecting the platform among competitors, signing it off, and rolling it out to the team. Our team began using it immediately after about a week of setup, during which we uploaded key business content. The training was excellent, and Luke Prowse was always available to answer questions and patiently explain every detail. We’ve now used SlideHub for just under two months, and the whole team is happy and already seeing improvements in execution speed. I’m very impressed with both the platform and the people behind it.

We love SlideHub’s extensive library of ready-to-use slides that automatically adjust for different slide masters.  It’s also a great way to store our best slides in a best practice section or create sales decks easily adaptable to each potential prospect.

**What do you dislike about SlideHub?**

Not much! The only thing missing might be a feature similar to PowerPoint’s SmartArt. However, given the upcoming AI features in SlideHub , the use case for SmartArt might already be diminishing.

As a consulting firm, we create numerous slides in various styles for our clients. SlideHub simplifies managing different slide masters and enables us to quickly and easily produce appealing and on-brand slide decks that adhere to client guidelines.

SlideHub has really empowered our team to access our latest up-to-date content and is saving our marketing time so much time. Having a 'single source of truth' saves us hunting around for the latest version, and ensures we don't share incorrect info about our products and services. Making sure all content that goes out to clients is top-quality and consistent is really raising our game.

Nothing notable so far! Occasionally large files can be slow to load.

It's saving time, ensuring quality, empowering our sales teams - they're much more involved with and invested in the presentations they're making as well. I like the central library aspect, the speed of which you can handle creating something and the version control. The searchablity is also fantastic.

updating 1 slide in a large ppt can crash

No more multiple versions of files which are out of date, great for showcasing various slides on one topic together to give more options and let our teams know what content we have. It also enables our teams to create their own assets easily so we add value with additional content. Training for both us and the teams was very streamlined and clear so teams have just dived straight in rather than having to invest time heavily learning a new complex software.

**What do you like best about SlideHub?**

My design skills have always been pitiful, and my PowerPoint skills have decreased over the years, as I've done less and less of the "nitpicky" work in PowerPoint, like alignment, color changes in small components, matching bullet point shape/color/sizing/alignment, etc. SlideHub allows me to send broad strokes of ideas along with content, and receive a polished piece in return (in under 48 hours). This process truly seems miraculous and saves me so much time and frustration!

**What do you dislike about SlideHub?**

I think the only mild pain points are when I'm redacting a document. If I'm pulling a deliverable from a client template to our template, components often end up quite "wonky" but that's part of the PowerPoint process. The other situation that arises is when a text box is rotated in a completely different direction from the text within, so it takes a bit more effort to efficiently redact.

**What problems is SlideHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a company, we use slide design services broadly. We're starting to use inspiration slides / slide library more extensively. I anticipate that will save a large amount of time over our current method of consultants asking Knowledge Management (KM) for resources, KM searching and emailing back a list of links to documents in gDrive, the consultant opening each link and downloading the documents they need, to then open that download in PowerPoint and copy/paste relevant slides in their current deck. It seems to me that already working in PowerPoint and clicking through to inspiration slides through the SlideHub add-on and choosing to pull relevant slides into your open PowerPoint deck would be a huge time-saver as our consultants become more comfortable with the process.

Updating slides is super easy: open, fix, click, done. The search makes it simple for colleagues to actually find what they need, so they use the right slides instead of old versions.

Brand consistency! Every brand manager strugges with this bc colleagues will use old locally saved slides. But my colleagues find slidehub so intuitive they actually use this instead of their old locally saved presentations.

The thousands of inspiration slides and ease of use.  I am so happy that I can have this resource available to my team of change managers.  We make so many slides and it can be so draining.  This powerpoint add-in has been a treasure!

**What do you dislike about SlideHub?**

Nothing and I am very picky.  If I can't figure something out right away, I can reach out to my rep or check the knowledge center.  But everything feels so intuitive.

The amount of time and energy it takes to make executive level, visually appealing powerpoint slides.  Creating a one-stop place to share templates with teammates.

The support has been excellent from the start, with the SlideHub team making onboarding really easy. It’s straightforward for our sales team to use, great value for money and was quick to set up without complications.

Really good choice of slides, easy ways of sharing company slides and assets, and text snippets

**What do you dislike about SlideHub?**

The search remembers your last request, which can limit your results if you're not aware of it.

**What problems is SlideHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are two main benefits - it removes fear of the blank page ("I have three ideas that I need to share on this slide and I don't just want to use three bullets") and provides consistent re-usable slides. Secondly, it allows us to share key presentations and images that we use regularly wihtout leaving the application to go and search our other repositories.

its intuitive design and usage. I gives you alot of options as an admin to setup a strucutre that works for your organization. Through small functionalities the tool makes it easy to keep the content on slidehub up to date and makes it easy for your end users to find and update content. With the Powerpoint addin, everything I need is 2 clicks aways.
The Customer support is amazing with quick turnaround times. Problems and questions get sorted out very quickly. 
I used Slidehub on a daily basis now, I can only imagine the hours and frustration of clicking through folder, to find that one slide, that Slidehub has saved me.

There are still occansional bugs, but the tool is constantly evolving

making content available to our consultants. Before we relied on knowing for which project or customer we used what content or who "knows things". Internal experts used to link to our internalt folder strucutre. Through slidehub our content is easily findable and accessible and experts can focus on iteration of existing content and generation of new content.

I’ve been consistently impressed by how Slide Hub brings everything together so smoothly: the interface is clean and intuitive, letting me find templates and customize layouts in just a few clicks; the slides themselves are striking and on‑point, with thoughtful visuals that elevate even complex data; and whenever I’ve needed help, their support team has been both prompt and genuinely helpful, guiding me through tweaks or answering questions with real care

**What do you dislike about SlideHub?**

While Slide Hub nails the essentials—clean layouts, high‑impact visuals and solid support—there are a couple of hiccups that hold it back. First, once you’ve populated a slide and realize the design doesn’t fit your content, there’s no easy way to swap that content into a different template without rebuilding it from scratch. A simple “reapply content” feature would save time and frustration. Second, slides behave like fixed‑size canvases, so you can’t freely resize or crop them to slot into custom spaces—say, using an inspirational graphic as a half‑slide image. Adding flexible resizing handles or a built‑in cropping tool would let users adapt any slide to their exact layout needs

As a consultancy, we benefit from Slide Hub’s presentation management and automation software, which streamlines slide building and updates. Its cloud‑based slide management lets us find organized, up‑to‑date content in seconds and maintain brand consistency with ease

On the template content challenge, our AI text-to-slide feature is definitely worth a try. You can apply your content across different layouts to see which one works best, and the ai will adjust the text to fit the design so you are not starting from scratch each time.

It allows our employees to create better slides using the provided inspiration slides and other features like royalty-free images, logos, and icons. It also helps us keep our slides and presentations organized by putting them in a searchable catalog. Users can connect to the catalog from within PowerPoint making accessing existing slides easy. SlideHub continues do develop the product and recently added new tools to support our sales proposal process. As a company that relies heavily on PowerPoint, implementing SlideHub has allowed our company to create more compelling slides and removed a lot of the frustrations we previously had in creating presentations. Consider SlideHub if you want to improve your slides and if your team struggles to find and organize your presentations. I have found the leaders, developers, and client success managers to be very responsive.

**What do you dislike about SlideHub?**

The UI takes a bit of getting used to. I wish it helped us identify slides that are uploaded using an old slide template so we can better maintain our slide template standard. It doesn't yet have multi-factor authentication which would make our security team happy. All in all, it's a strong team with a solid product.

Creating better looking slides. Maintaining a slide standard. Organizing slides with categories, sub-categories and tags.

No downsides to Slidehub. The product is easy to use, and has helpful PowerPoint related tools.

Having an overview of previously made slides. Before SlideHub we had to remember which presentations were up-to-date, and potentially relevant for the new case we were building. This was highly tedious, and often we ended up remaking presentations from scratch in stead of reusing previous slides. With SlideHub we have a easily accessible overview, and save time by reusing slides.

Furthermore, their library with inspirational slides has saved us a vast amount of work, as it helps us finding graphics we can use when building slide decks.

SlideHub has become my go to service for enhancing PowerPoint presentations. They have reliably capacity, so that you can get overnight what you need. They have a very standard approach so that SlideHub pages from earlier work can be easily combined with others. After using them a few times you get a very good sense for what you can get, what to expect.
Tasks are submitted through their website. The system works well. If you want, you can even implement a PowerPoint add on to submit them directly.
The pricing is very fair.

**What do you dislike about SlideHub?**

Always plan time for a last review, when receiving the pages. There are sometimes copy & paste errors or other little surprises. Use the relative timing when giving deadlines for a task, as the absolute timing does not work reliably.

It's very helpful to have a single location for slides for the team vs multiple different folders on the drive. The library is SUPER searchable by any word on the slide itself. The ability to automatically insert updated slides ensures you're alwasy using the latest version. You can access the library from within powerpoint; it's integrated vs being a separate program. The audit log for slide changes is fantastic because you can compare one image to the other. They're always improving the user experience and features with a monthly release the includes informative videos.

**What do you dislike about SlideHub?**

Syncin'g or adding a new slide to the library isn't instant, so set your expectations. the program is doing a lot of work updating information/the library behind the scense and also probabaly depends on your internet connection! 

Otherwise it's great and they're alwasy improving the product.

**What problems is SlideHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the problem is users edit slides in one presentation, but then they don't update the exact same slide in a different presentation so then there are two versions and one is outdated. SlideHub assigns an ID to each slide/presentation so that when you open a presentation that has a slide with the same ID that's been updated elsewhere it tells you it's been updated and asks you if you want to use the new version or keep the outdated version.

Slidehub is an abosolute no-brainer buy for everyone working with PowerPoint. The combination of getting inspiration and scalable templates, while also being able to easily re-use previus company work saves tons of hours and improves quality. The integrations works very well and the only time I have been in contact with customer support thye helped me out quickly. Would recommend to everyone!

Not really any downsides comes to mind. They even add new templates and icons over time. If I had to name one disadvantage the search function could be more advanced.

- Time-consuming to update slides - missing an easy way to adjust current slides in presentations and drag/drop feature for uploading new
- You cant adjust slides while being in Slidehub (missing minimize function)
- SlideHub closes when you press "esc"
- Too many notifications
- A bit confusing using the admin page

The task pane experience has been significantly streamlined, the admin page is now much more intuitive, and the ESC key issue has been resolved. We release product updates every month, so there is always something new to explore at slidehub.com/blog.

Not so much. An improvement could be to have a similar function to that in PowerPoint to add boxes to a diagram so you dont have to search for an exact match

On the diagram flexibility, it is worth knowing that our Text-to-Slide feature might already help here. You can provide your content or a prompt, pick a layout, and let the AI build the slide for you, which takes away a lot of the manual work of building  / finding an exact match.

**What do you like best about SlideHub?**

In our organization of 50+ consultants there is a constant need to be able to share different slide sets and templates between teams. These can be case references, approaches or even company presentations in general. Before SlideHub this was managed the old fashioned way: storing PPTs in a shared folder somewhere. Given enough time that system would start to erode; version conflicts, unintended overwrites and unclear governance models. SlideHub resolved this for us with this centrally managed library. Not to forget the inspiration slides and royalty free image importing - these have also saved us a ton of time.

**What do you dislike about SlideHub?**

Even though storing your slide library in a centrally managed location is light years ahead of having stale PPT files in a folder somewhere, managing those slides can be a bit tedious. This is more of a user issue than a system issue, but on the SlideHub side it can get a bit clicky; perhaps the library management part could be streamlined a bit?

**What problems is SlideHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enabling easy ways to share Powerpoint slides and templates across the organization; rather than have them in files, they are stored centrally in a cloud space.

The slide library features are intuitive and easy to use - both as a manager of an account and as an individual user. The Customer Success team is ready to help with implementation or support whenever you need it and they are super friendly!

**What do you dislike about SlideHub?**

It is really hard to point to something negative about SlideHub - One small thing could be that there is no feature for incorporating placeholders into the slides but the tech team has promised that it gets implemented this year (2022).

**What problems is SlideHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SlideHub enables our slide library of high-quality slides so we can easily find and reuse our existing slides. Before we started using SlideHub we used a ton of time rebuilding slides that we could not find on our SharePoint.

Many great looking slides fitting all typical business needs (timelines, org charts, bullet points, etc.). Easily adjustable to e.g. additional points and company colors and neatly classified, so it is easy to quickly find what you need. Larger library than competitors, I have used.

Details on slides can be a bit difficult to see on a laptop without having to open up the slide.

I want my presentations to look good to capture attention but I don't want to spend too much time on layout.
