You simply drag and drop the various files and media into SlideDog to create a seamless presentation playlist. It's perfect for people who use multiple forms of media in their presentations and also an especially great tool when you have multiple presenters at an event. You simply place all the material into SlideDog and everyone’s presentations are all in one place, ready to go with no interruptions. SlideDog also has its own companion app for iOS and Android. It allows presenters to remote control SlideDog from their phones while the audience can use the same app to view a live stream of the slides and answer polls and interact with the presenter. The pointer is very small. If we are adding a PDF file in the SlideDog, i have observed that the PDF reader should be installed in the system, otherwise it doesn't work. **Recommendations to others considering SlideDog:** Yes, will surely recommend it. **What problems is SlideDog solving and how is that benefiting you?** With SlideDog, day-to-day presentation preparation has become more easy and interactive. It has easy drag and drop in of files and rearranging the order in the presentation. It allows for many different files to be shown seamlessly in a presentation. The support is great as I had an issue finding my product key to get started. I was able to save my presentation on my desktop for quick access. The dual screen option was great for me showing my audience the slides while I had the management console open on my laptop to control the presentation. **What do you dislike about SlideDog?** I changed some of the file paths and slidedog couldn't find my files until I reloaded them from the updated files. **Recommendations to others considering SlideDog:** Great software for combining files into a presentation. **What problems is SlideDog solving and how is that benefiting you?** Presentations using multiple file types running in the same presentation. ### 6. There is some overhead. I can go to a next movie as part of a continuous flow presentation. **What do you dislike about SlideDog?** The licensing is an absolute pain. Few companies have such tight restrictions. All I want is to be able to simultaneously install on 2 or 3 machines. I have been stuck without internet or need another computer quick and then I'm stuck. Given this happened twice, I'm not sure I can recommend. It's a connected world - most of the time. Sorry guys. Office now has multi-computer ability. You should as well. That is disappointing because it can prevent use at that critical time. Things happen. Libre sucks but at least I always know I can use it. PowerPoint even has portable formats. I can export to PDF directly for an emergency. Do you really tink you are going to lose business that way? Make it easier but still have 3 or 4 installs that can move - that's real service. I can even do that with my Office 365. 5 computer installs. Unlimited mobile. I can then deactivate one and install on another machine. I lvoe your product, but you put me in a bind twice. Hey - stuff happens. I know. Just loosen the install restrictions and need to de-register and I'm back on the SlideDog train. **What problems is SlideDog solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love the ability to flow between different slide types. It minimizes document type transition. It's all right there. ### 7. Only took a couple hours to figure out how to use. Much faster to learn than google slides/microsoft powerpoint. Also there are a lot more features on SlideDog. The Live Sharing feature is also very useful. Dual Screen mode is also another feature unique to slidedog which I use frequently. **What do you dislike about SlideDog?** Perhaps the biggest downfall is that once you have made a presentation there is no way to modify. which is a big problem I had because I make a lot of mistakes. When I find a mistake, I have to restart the presentation numerous times which can get tedious and frustrating. many of the features are available only to premium users which comes at a hefty price tag. not pocket friendly. **Recommendations to others considering SlideDog:** please make sure making revisions is not too difficult. **What problems is SlideDog solving and how is that benefiting you?** i use slidedog for presentations i have to do at work. my team prefers slidedog rather than ms powerpoint and google slides which seem very basic as compared to slidedog. the best benefit is that it is easy to share slidedog presentations across various computers as it accepts all common file types. ### 8. SlideDog has keyboard shortcuts for make the presentations. You can download as a free software to your pc, that avoids any issue if you do not have Internet in the exactly moment for work in the presentation. It is a good and free alternative to create interactive presentations. **What do you dislike about SlideDog?** If you want to add a presentation from a pdf file, must have PDF Reader installed on your pc, other way, it would not work, that is for another software that you have a ready file, you can have the file but if you do not have the software, would not work. Can be more slow than Prezi and Power Point and the moment to make the presentations, but honestly I am not sure if that depends of the computer you have.
