My questions were answered informatively, and I received a tutorial right away. The different packages were explained to us relatively quickly, and with the information provided, we were able to make a decision swiftly. The installation and introduction of this signature solution in the company went smoothly. I am very satisfied. **What do you dislike about Skribble?** Nothing. I am delighted with the whole package. **What problems is Skribble solving and how is that benefiting you?** Skribble allows us to manage our processes more easily. Job descriptions, employee interviews, and employment contracts are now digitally signed. This saves a lot of organizational and bureaucratic effort. This solution is essential in a digital environment with a lot of remote work, and Skribble is an excellent provider. ### 2. We have been using it from the first day, almost daily in the company. Our customers also like it and are pleased to have to sign on paper less or not at all anymore! However, this is also provided by Skribble, and with it, we can realize all our wishes. **Recommendations to others considering Skribble:** More advertising in Germany for your software! **What problems is Skribble solving and how is that benefiting you?** Faster collection of signatures, online. The customer and oneself do not need to send mail or store paper. Everything is done on the phone or PC. The signed document is simply saved in the cloud - done! ### 8. Very easy registration process and onboarding for a guided flow. I have neber used a competitor so I can't really answer that. **What do you dislike about Skribble?** Actually we haven't had any issues using skribble so far. It has been a very seamless expierience without any big hustle to get it to work as intended. Even the inhouse support team is always on point and very helpful! **What do you dislike about Skribble?** the only additional function we would like to see is already being planned: signing a contract without having to create an account first. **What problems is Skribble solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before, our clients often did not manage to sign properly by hand, which often caused us problems with the public authorities. All other professional providers charge a higher monthly fee here. Nevertheless, you can scale. **What do you dislike about Skribble?** It is a bit of a drawback that Skribble does not even include the name of the signature holder in the certificate in a comment field in the advanced electronic signature. This makes it possible to check the validity, but you do not get a basic confirmation of identity. **What problems is Skribble solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Skribble to sign simple contracts. Of course, only with modern contractors, parties and authorities who have already know what an electronic signature is. ### 15. Confirmation message clear and consise **What do you dislike about Skribble?** Minimal number of free signings prevents checking different features such as Legality weight of signatures. For that reason alone it's a deal breaker for me. Inconsistent UI: the next button was sometimes near the menu items and sometimes upper right corner (I prefer near the activity/menu) **Recommendations to others considering Skribble:** Since I couldn't really test all features, you probably need to contact skribble directly for an evaluation copy before committing.
