It's super easy to access and use, especially in the field where workers can't be bothered with complicated apps. The real-time visibility it gives is great too, as I can see what's happening in the field and pull out data to view analytics that help our company be proactive instead of reactive. Transitioning to SiteDocs from paper was incredibly easy. **What do you dislike about SiteDocs?** I'd like to see a roadmap for their AI adoption. It'd be nice to see an AI agent that could summarize the documents that are coming back from the field on the admin panel. **What problems is SiteDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** SiteDocs removes manual paper systems, making safety management simple. Integrated with Dropbox, all completed forms sync automatically to its appropriate folder in Dropbox. No more looking for physical paperwork. **What do you dislike about SiteDocs?** We have yet to run into an issue with SiteDocs. Works online and offline and does exactly what we need. **What problems is SiteDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to using SiteDocs we did all our documentation on paper. Sometimes the paper would get lost in the movement. With SiteDocs, we no longer have this issue. We can complete documentation anytime from anywhere and have it sync up to our computers. ### 4. If you need to create a form that is not within the preloaded forms it is so simple to create with many different options and styles. As an administrator the admin dash board is clear and simple, the form filtering requires minimal effort. SiteDocs can be used for a multitude of administrative practices outside of health and safety. The upgraded features rolling out on a regular basis are valuable. **What do you dislike about SiteDocs?** The administrator doesn't get alerts on expiring documents or certifications. I believe this is a function that is coming in the near future. **What problems is SiteDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is streamlining administrative practices as well as making access easier in the field for safety documents. ### 5. Although it is somewhat tailored to the construction industry, it was quickly adapted to our chemical production, manufacturing, storage, and transportation environments. The ease at which you can audit the execution of inspections enhances the accountability aspect of our culture. **What do you dislike about SiteDocs?** With 67 locations in 26 states we are very decentralized. The ability to create sub-regions within the overall organization would be helpful so that regional management could have better oversight of their specific territory. **Recommendations to others considering SiteDocs:** It puts the clipboard in the palm of your hand. If you have' t gone paperless, it is worth a look. Great, simple solution to complex things. **What problems is SiteDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease and efficiency of completing inspections allows team members to do better inspections in less time than our old paper forms. It is easy to use and learn, creating forms is extremely easy, I can send documents to my colleagues to sign, thanks to its electronic signature function. The ability to embed video links and pdf files directly into the electronic forms makes SiteDocs the one-stop-shop in so many ways for all types of forms. **What do you dislike about SiteDocs?** I am grasping to find something I dislike, but if I had to find one thing it would be the lack of a scheduled device synchronization feature. Currently the device user must tap the "sync" button for the process to take place. If the sync could be scheduled to automatically run it would be beneficial for devices which are setup at safety kiosks. **Recommendations to others considering SiteDocs:** Take your time when setting up your locations. **What problems is SiteDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are no longer having problems with employees completing monthly inspections as the process is dramatically streamlined when completing within the application. Workers prefer to use an app to record their findings, and each inspection is time/date stamped, and has the gps coordinates saved upon signing. The greatest benefit is having all of the forms centally stored for retrieval at the time of our COR Audit. There is also a chat option now where you can directly message employees for any missing forms or forms that need their signature. **What do you dislike about SiteDocs?** There is not much to dislike about this app; the only issue I have with the app is there is no 'select all' option when adding new employees to jobsites. Other than that, if there are every any questions or concerns, the staff at SiteDocs are very informative and can make any changes or help with anything you are sturggling with. **What problems is SiteDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** SiteDocs makes my COR audits way less stressful than doing them via paper. Everything you need regarding safety is right there on the app, and employees also have access to it. There are different permissions on the app, so employees can not go into the app and change addresses, names, documents, etc., unless they have that specific permission. ### 11. We have warehouse locations spread across the US, Mexico, and Canada. SIteDocs allows our management team to see what forms are being completed at each location and can keep tabs on certifications. The SiteDocs app, Admin Panel, and Web App are all straightforward. Creating forms for our warehouse employees to complete is also very simple, and the forms are easy to edit. SiteDocs offers wonderful customer support and is quick to answer any questions or resolve any issues. On that note, as an administrator it flawlessly allows you to see safety documentation being completed in real-time- this is most helpful when some documentation is time-sensitive. **What do you dislike about SiteDocs?** A downside that I have come across is when signing up new workers on Sitedocs if that worker has used Sitedocs at a previous company it won't allow you to use the same email that was used in the past. This can be difficult when that worker only has one email with which to sign up with. **Recommendations to others considering SiteDocs:** Make monitoring your OHS program and daily documentation easy with Sitedocs. See in real-time where your company may be falling short and rectify issues before they arise. **What problems is SiteDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the main problems we experienced before having Sitedocs was tracking down paperwork. Certain daily documentation was either lost or damaged beyond legibility by the time it found its way to the administrator's desk. With Sitedocs all documentation from the field arrives within seconds of it being complete, with no issues being able to read it. With everything stored on Sitedocs, it makes finding certain documentation easy and quick. Instead of searching through mountains of paper, you can simply keyword search for a particular date/form/signature. ### 16. We have been using site docs for a few years now. We have used it not just as a safety portal, but as a behaviour modelling portal. It has been instrumental for the business in adapting to the over changing environment that we work in. We use it for time reporting, toolbox meetings, consumption reporting, inspections (vehicles, trailers, small plants, etc.), corrective actions and many more applications for the business. Would we go back to paper-based systems? Frankly, I don't even do that anymore, I lump them all under the company name. **Recommendations to others considering SiteDocs:** Make generous use of their rollout team/specialists when setting up your app with your company. **What problems is SiteDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Document retention. I can track expiring training certificates without the need for creating spreadsheets with conditional formatting. However, the IHSA rejected it in that format. **Recommendations to others considering SiteDocs:** As long as you have a plan in place prior to implementing SiteDocs, you should have no issues. **What problems is SiteDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benefits is that it keeps all documentation in perfect order and is easily accessible. Also, they now have a beta program that is available on PCs. ### 32. But with this, it makes the rigorous tasks much easier, thus making the job easier. **What do you dislike about SiteDocs?** The only thing I dislike is the formatting of the program **Recommendations to others considering SiteDocs:** Create an easier formatting solution.
