The LinkedIn integration makes it seem like a viewer will see the thumbnail of your video, but if you haven't connected yet, they'll only see a url. I added others on my team with ease so that they could also embed the video and send to their clients adn vendors too. Everyone that viewed it loved it so I am encouraged to do it again. It also takes a long time for the finished video to load. If a user records with a smartphone or camcorder, even a 1-minute recording will exceed 100MB, so in reality, only 1-2 minutes of video can be uploaded. Trying to control users by forcing them to use 'sendspark' for sales purposes by limiting upload capacity will not work. When founders respond too much to feature requests from early users, it's easy to create a Frankenstein that's feature-rich but difficult to use. I've experienced this with other video tools that I've purchased in the past. I listened to an interview with the co-founder and CEO, Bethany, and she explained why she started Sendspark. Based on that interview, I'm optimistic that Sendspark will only continue getting better. They don't try and overengineer things or overdesign them. It looks stylish and clean, which matters when dealing with customers. The simplicity of it means that you can work your brand in seamlessly. One thing I love that I didn't even realize they had until I started using it was the ability to request videos. This is great when helping a customer when they have trouble, and you can just send them a request to send you a video of the screen being recorded without having to have an account. Awesome! **What do you dislike about Sendspark?** The only negative really is the video doesn't have the option to blur your background. I use a 3rd party software to do this, but it would be great if it was built in. Also, a desktop app would be also a welcome addition. **What problems is Sendspark solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communicating with my customers in a quick and clear way.
