**What do you like best about Salesvue?**

I like Salesvue's automation and the dashboards. These features allow us to see who is interacting and how many leads they are trying to prospect from a management perspective. Management can use these tools to find out who is using Salesvue and to what level.

**What do you dislike about Salesvue?**

I find it very challenging to integrate Salesvue with Salesforce. The initial setup was particularly difficult and took several months to get it integrated.

**What problems is Salesvue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Salesvue helps automate and speed up the prospecting process, making it a valuable CRM and sales tool.

**What do you like best about Salesvue?**

When reviewing sales enablement tools, we wanted to set up our team for success by creating an easy workflow. Salesvue being native to Salesforce allows just that by keeping our reps within Salesforce by working and updating the records directly. On top of the easy install and implementation, Trevor and Nicole are always there ready to answer any and all questions. Could not reccommend Adam, Trevor, Nicole and the rest of the Salesvue team enough!

**What do you dislike about Salesvue?**

There are a lot of things to report on and could be distracted by reviewing not the most important info. Instead of asking for help, we tried to figure out on our own, but Trevor and Nicole immediately jumped into help lead us in the correct direction. I would rather have too much to report on so not a knock on Salesvue at all, would rather have too much than too little.

Salesvue is allowing our reps to work in one system and maintain a structure to their workflow.

**What do you like best about Salesvue?**

Salesvue has been great to work with over the past two years. We did a thorough evaluation of the Sales Engagement space and it was clear that Salesvue was the right pick for us since we're in the heavily regulated Financial Services space.

Nicole and Trevor, from their client success team, have been excellent resources and have helped us immensely throughout the past several years.

We now have all of our Internal and External Wholesalers leveraging Salesvue and their entire sales process is tied to Salesvue helping create better visibility to leadership and streamlining how the wholesalers go about their day to day efforts to grow their territories.

**What do you dislike about Salesvue?**

We are still searching for the downside.

**What problems is Salesvue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesvue helps increase efficiencies with our sales teams by delivering the right people and the right time and automating many of the tasks that were previously done manually.

**What do you like best about Salesvue?**

The effeciency and the ease of using the site.  I thought that i was doing a great job with planning and completing tasks, but this has added more structure.  The salesvue plans have also saved me time when it comes to planning future tasks. I log in each day and i know exactly what is ahead of me for the day.   

Salesvue works perfectly alongside Salesforce and allows you to seamlessly use both.  I use this everyday andit  only took a couple days to get comfortable with it.  I was previously using an excel spreadsheet that was basically my "Bible", and i have ditched that completely with the use of Salesvue

**What do you dislike about Salesvue?**

The initial set up was my only setback, and it was simply because i was hesitant from being so used to doing it another way.  The adjustment period did not take long.  The support we got from our company who was in direct contact with Salesvue was able to answer any questions that i had in a timely manner.

**What problems is Salesvue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Effeciency and the ability to reach out to prospects and clients.  Also makes tracking activity very easy and mostly automated.  It gives a very "automated" feel but still keeps the user in full control, which i see as a plus.  It creates the necessary content and tasks, but allows the user to be in control of completing the action and be productive.

The Sales process and onboarding have been great.   Adam was great to work with on the Salesside and made the decision very easy since my company was just migrating over to Salesforce.   Throughout the onboarding process I can not say enough about working with Nicole.  Not only has she been very professional and a pleasure to work with but she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is set up the correct way taking the heavy lift off of our team.  Salesvue has been a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.

I cannot think of a complaint.  I just started with the product and the team has been a pleasure ot work with.

**What do you like best about Salesvue?**

The team at Salesvue is excellent. They have been very hands-on during the strategy formulation stage and have taken the administrative burden off of our team. The platform took minimal time to install in our Salesforce Sandbox.

The platform is easy to use from the implementation side of things. Setting up a cadence is simple, and the Salesvue folks help along the way. Our organization is still in the implementation phase and have yet to roll out, but I don't foresee any problems. I would highly recommend this platform to anyone looking to increase the efficiency of your sales team!

I have not seen anything that I dislike about the program yet.

Salesvue is helping drive our sales process forward. Before Salesvue, our Consultants each had a different way of prospecting. As our organization grows, we want the prospect experience to be the same across all markets, and Salesvue has helped us achieve that!

What sets Salesvue apart is not just its robust features but the exceptional support and customization options it offers.  The initial onboarding has been the standout. Whenever we've had a question, no matter how simple or complex, the Salesvue support team has consistently delivered prompt and helpful responses. This level of support has not only ensured a smooth onboarding process but has also instilled confidence in the continued use of the product.  Nicole has done an amazing job guiding us through this partnership. One of the key strengths of Salesvue is its transparency and customization capabilities. Salesvue seamlessly integrates with our existing Salesforce setup, allowing us to tailor the implementation to precisely meet our organization's unique needs. **What do you like best about Salesvue?**

Through the onboarding and now a year plus into using the product the support has been excellent! Anytime we reach out with a simple question we generally get an answer the same day. 

The product itself is excellent. In a lot of similar systems, we've used a have been a black box with very little visibility into how things are scheduled. We Salesvue being SF native have been able to customize our implementation to meet our needs well.  It means you get to keep all the hard work you do to configure salesforce pages that are useful for your org. The out-of-the-box tools for things like field updates are very handy.

Our entire sales team uses this app every day and they have all been impressed.

**What do you dislike about Salesvue?**

I would love to see Salesvuew embrace the ability to trigger screen flows off of call results. Salesforce is putting all of it's admin development effort into flow and that tool has become very powerful. It would be great to launch users into flow from a call result. 

I would love to see some of the vertical space used better. After the salesforce nav bar and the Salesvue bar, there is only about half a normal sized screen left for the Salesforce page layout.

The integration within Salesforce and being able to build flows around specific updates that Salesvue pushes has really helped us taylor this application into our sales plan.

**What do you dislike about Salesvue?**

I have a had a couple instances of some things that were a little buggy.  However, there team is very responsive and can typically get them wrapped with a sense of urgency.

**What problems is Salesvue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping our sales team organized when engaging with customers.  The best part about this app though is being able to provide the sales team different options for next steps, and rescheduling follow up calls in a very few amount of clicks so they can keep dialing.

**What do you like best about Salesvue?**

Our CS representative is a gem.  It seems like Nichole is the one holding this software company together on her own!  I would work with her again where-ever she goes in a heartbeat...as long as it's not here...

**What do you dislike about Salesvue?**

The system seemed to break down in a new and creative way every time we added a plan.  We could not clone plans without major problems, and Nicole's intervention.  It got so bad with various issues in SalesVue, that we had to create an internal spreadsheet to track how these issues were being solved.   If Nicole was out for any reason (understand this...she does have a life after all), we knew we wouldn't hear back for days if at all.

Most crucially, we were told this would load inbound leads from Salesforce automatically to ensure a fast response. I'm a big believer in speed to lead.  When we purchased, we were told this would work unconditionally.  Initially, we were told the problem was we needed an API package from SalesForce.  If we just had that we could have leads automatically uploaded.  They assured us the problem would be resolved when we told them we had the API package.  

Then Salesvue came back and told us no, we needed to upgrade our SalesForce plan.  That they only had this capability for Enterprise plans.  We hadn't changed our SalesForce plan since we purchased SalesVue.  They knew from the beginning what we had.  Seven months after purchasing SalesVue we were told that "We are currently in the process of building an Edition of Salesvue that will work for Platform users, as we have other customers in a similar situation."

It's a known issue and they seem to be selling a capability that they just don't have.  

The reporting has been inconsistent and indecipherable.  We want to track call duration, some calls have it, some do not, with no apparent pattern.  In addition, they have no solution to fix it.

SalesVue has been so bad, that we went and purchased SalesLoft, at a higher cost, with time still left on our SalesVue contract.

We bought it to enable scaleable cadences and to respond quickly to inbound leads, unfortunately it solves neither of those problems.  So SalesLoft will do that for us instead.

We recently signed on with Salesvue and have had a wonderful experience.  Everything from the initial demo with Adam, to the onboarding with Nicole and team has been seamless.  They  tailor every conversation to our company and understand our specific needs.  They have been able to address our pain points with specific solutions and guide us through the process.  It's a powerful tool and we've only just begun to scratch the surface of its capabilities!

Our support team, led by Adam T., has been invaluable in the successful launch of Salesvue and in showing us new analytical data points. Their vision and roadmap of Salesvue are truly exciting.

Improvements to the reporting functionality would be welcomed. Integrating with the SF objects and OOB reports would allow for a more seamless and concise analysis.

I have been and the industry for over 20 years and in my opinion Salesvue is the best sales tool I've ever worked with.  The tool allows us to stick to a specific sales follow up process.  It's also straightforward to add and remove members from a particular plan of follow-up, which gives us great flexibility.

It takes a little getting used to but once you do it's wonderful

The largest upside of Salesvue is how easily it organizes your call campaign for you, enabling the rep to focus time on other things.

Not many downsides of Salesvue, the only one would be the number of clicks it takes to complete a task. But that is nothing serious to complain about.

**What do you like best about Salesvue?**

Salesvue allows sales reps to be more efficient, work inside Salesforce and not have to leave it.  Easy to set up and easy to use. White glove, hands-on client success team that is easy to reach and provides quick follow-up.

**What do you dislike about Salesvue?**

We are a newer user, no issues.  I am sure we will have some add-on requests as we continue to use the software.  Salesvue has shown the initiative to want to work with its customers and continue to improve the software.  I also have direct communication with the Owner of Salesvue, and that relationship also provides a confidence level of success as we continue to use the platform.

It allows the sales team to be more efficient by not having to switch back and forth between multiple platforms as they sit inside Salesforce.  It also provides essential and valuable reporting we use to measure, make adjustments or continue down the path of success.

Honestly nothing. It's been a big disappointment for us. The only thing I could say I like is our customer success rep Nicole is nice and tries hard.

**What do you dislike about Salesvue?**

When we were sold we were told it could automatically enroll leads from salesforce into cadences. While this may work on other versions of salesforce it doesn't work in the Professional edition. After several months of trying to find a workaround, we asked to cancel and receive a prorated refund. We were told we need to upgrade our salesforce license, when we declined they told us none of their competitors would let us out of a contract so they were not going to release us with any refund for the year.

**What problems is Salesvue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a solution to help our sales team with timely outreach to inbound leads and automate as much as possible for outbound.

> I am the Nicole mentioned above. I began working with this client at the beginning of the year. I worked with this team and enjoyed our working relationship very much.  6 months into successfully using Salesvue the team wanted automation to automatically push leads into Salesvue plans. Unfortunately, the functionality doesn't exist in Salesforce Professional Edition. Automation functionality resides in Salesforce Enterprise edition, which most successful companies use. We explained this was not a limitation of Salesvue but a limitation of the limited version of Salesforce they were using. I am disappointed that this ultimately made them look into other solutions outside of Salesforce and not renew their annual agreement. 

Salesvue is very proud of the product we deliver to customers, but we are limited to the functionality that Salesforce makes available in their various editions. I hope this helps anyone that does have professional edition.

SalesVue provided my team with a process to utilize best practices. It is an intuitive system that helps organize sales activities, pushing the most important to the top. My team has started seeing the rewards of SalesVue reaching engaged clients that are more likely to do business with us. The success stories have been rolling in!

It does require some change management, but that is a manageable process.

It can be a but glitchy when running inside of SalesForce Enterprise. Sometimes have to kill the program and restart it to make it run smoothly again.

I like having our sales team live in salesforce and go from updating the contact/lead information to the next task as one seamless action. All the settings, details, lead data, email templates, etc., are all visible in the same window.

**What do you dislike about Salesvue?**

Anyone that is familiar with Salesforce knows how important it is to get it set up correctly. This comes into play with Salesvue as well. The effectiveness of your Salesvue cadence will heavily weigh on how well your salesforce instance is set up. If you have some things to fix, no worries because the Salesvue implementation team is incredible! They were able to walk my team and me through every step to make sure we had everything set up the way we wanted.

**What problems is Salesvue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to use Salesvue as our sales cadence tool. This mean we are able to create an order of sales motions we'd like to take place dependent on the source or stage of the lead. This allows us to quickly and accurately call the right people and follow up at the right time with automation telling the sales rep what they can do next and who they should reach next.

**What do you like best about Salesvue?**

The natural integration with Salesforce. AEs live more comfortably in SFDC than BDRs typically do, and as I transition from BDR to AE, I know that I'll be able to stay on top of prospecting. Many AEs don't do the prospecting they should simply because they're not familiar with their outbounding tool. This hurts their pipeline and keeps them dependent on inbound leads. With Salesvue, I'll be prepared to fill my pipeline on day 1.

The analytics reporting is a little rudimentary.

We're able to make calls directly from our salesforce lead pages to execute actions that we've got planned in real-time.

When coming on board Cincinnati Bell, I knew it would be a challenge to implement a sales automation tool. It would have been impossible without the help of Nicole Fletcher, our dedicated CSM. What sets Salesvue apart from the competition is her. She has been hands-on in the process and turned a difficult situation into a scalable solution. Nicole has been a rockstar and so essential to the success of our sales organization. We are now starting to see the power of Salesvue due to her help and dedication.

SaleVue creates an effective and efficient system and process for both growing our business and servicing our clients. It's relatively easy to use and perfectly integrated into SalesForce.

In my opinion, salesvue is unfortunately not very customizable when trying to create your own email or call campaigns. Individual users are not able to make customizations, only management is. This is helpful for management however management often does not know how to structure something perfectly for every individual sales rep.

**Recommendations to others considering Salesvue:**

Make sure to throughly vet what you are using salesvue for.  If you are looking for a blanket solution to en entire salesforce, this could be a great solution. If you are looking for something that is customizable I would look elsewhere

**What problems is Salesvue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used salesvue to assist with creating a more formalized cadence of cold and warm outreach to customers

To your point about customization, we have designed the system for Salesvue customers to implement consistent, scalable sales processes across sales teams using best practices. Allowing individual reps full customization is not always the most effective strategy. Rest assured, Salesvue can be configured to allow as much or as little of this personal configuration as is desired. It is up to management's discretion to choose customization permissions. We would encourage you to share some feedback with your manager for how you would like to structure your cadence or request to be able to customize emails. Salesvue is a a great tool for our sales staff to organize their communications with current and prospective customers. It allows you to add a person or business to multiple campaigns at once giving you the flexibility a real sales team needs!

**What do you dislike about Salesvue?**

Trying to find the nitty gritty reporting you may need is a bit difficult but the help of the Salesvue rep that is given to you makes everything within your grasp!

**Recommendations to others considering Salesvue:**

This is a great product if you are looking to organize and your campaigns. The company appears to have great support reps if you hit roadblocks and you do not have to be an expert to setup!

**What problems is Salesvue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize Salesvue to track and log activity with our customers and prospects. This gives us visibility on where we are successful in converting sales wins and where we need to focus on losses. We have seen the added benefit of ownership of accounts with this visibility into the data for our full sales team! The help and readiness of the Salesvue staff is also greatly appreciated; our sales rep is awesome!!

**What do you like best about Salesvue?**

The most approachable tool for AE's because it's native to Salesforce and easiest to use.  It doesn't require them to learn a new tool like an Outreach or Salesloft.  One more thing would be the onboarding/setup and our ability to have the tool up and running within a couple weeks because we are just enhancing our Salesforce experience.

**What do you dislike about Salesvue?**

One of the things they are working on that is not currently available is the outlook calendar integration.  I understand that will be available soon.

**What problems is Salesvue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leads were not being actioned when passed over to sales. AE's were not doing the majority of their activities in Salesforce which caused issue's with reporting.  We have realized that rep productivity has increased dramatically and it makes their jobs easier.

This doesn't have the best user interface, and the setup is a little complex. For us to manage this we have a admin manage the creation of all plans, since our sales team doesn't understand plan creation.

Lead management. Communication Cadence. It has made the sales processes easier so they know who to communicate with and when.

**What do you like best about Salesvue?**

What I like most is not having to work in multiple systems or rely on a sync to get automation benefits.  It's made Salesforce more than just a contact database, now I'm using it to drive my day. 

In doing my homework I realized users of the 3rd party platforms have numerous syncing and data mapping issues and many users find it inefficient to live in both Salesforce and an engagement tool.  Staying inside of Salesforce solves this problem.

A lack of sms capability but we understand that is being rolled out very shortly.

We were in the market for a sales engagement solution and initially looked at Outreach and Salesloft.  In doing our research we came across Salesvue and became aware that we can get the same benefits all inside of Salesforce.  If you're wanting to become more efficient in your prospecting and account management while getting more value out of Salesforce you need Salesvue.

**What do you like best about Salesvue?**

Your team no longer has to think about what to do next and with whom. Your team can execute very complex follow up without needing to keep a million things straight in their head because you can set up the cadence and your team simply sees a new task at the right time. The interface allows reps to see everything that is on their plate in one view and provides context around each task they are given.

**What do you dislike about Salesvue?**

Might conflict with other processes in Salesforce, but that's not confirmed. Also, the reporting is currently a bit opaque.

Spend the time to have your current and desired process nailed down before you start building. This makes everything easier no matter what tool you are using.

We increased our call volume significantly and have been able to ensure that everyone is getting follow up that is consistent across our whole team.

**What do you like best about Salesvue?**

Easy to create cadences and auto add to cadences using declarative automation.   Tasks can be reassigned easy enough as needed.  Makes managing cadences easy and allows for SFDC admins to be able to focus on other parts of SFDC as needed.

With Salesvue, it is easy to enforce no overdues and keep reps accountable for following up with what has been deemed important.  The releases made in the past two years really have helped Salesvue become more ingrained in our org.

**What do you dislike about Salesvue?**

The processing delay between adding a entity to plan and having it appear can be a little longer than desired.  Did take some effort to ensure that auto add and auto remove from plan cooperated with the rest of the automation we had in SFDC.  Easy for any admin to install and set up but does take some advanced SFDC knowledge to get the best out of Salesvue.

Make sure you have internal requirements mapped out beforehand, as thorough as possible

**What problems is Salesvue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the native SFDC reporting that can be run off of Salesvue tasks, we can enforce our response times with our sales team and reduce the number of QLs that go untouched.

With Salesvue being native, we are able to make SFDC the main hub where reps work in, allowing us to better optimize their work flow

I came into our company in a liaison role and using Salesforce as more of an admin. Once we decided to build up our internal sales capacity, I began researching sales automation and workflow apps to help brand new sales reps stay atop our processes. It came down to Salesvue and another company, and Salesvue had a leg up, having briefly worked in our org previously and was committed to helping us succeed from the very beginning.
Once we got started, support has been second to none. Not only have we collaborated on building our plans, but the client success team has been willing to go the extra mile to answer related questions and help us optimize our org overall. We look forward to continuing to work together!

Salesvue makes it easy for me to keep track of all of my outbound sales efforts with little to no hassle on my end. The cadences keep me on top of all my calls, emails, and touch points. I like that I can stay consistent and efficient in all aspects of my sales process.

There's not much to dislike, especially because we have a great team helping us with any functionality issues.

The ease of use for users and admins. Whether users are pulling are navigating through a sales cadence or admins are creating reports and dashboard, all processes are streamlined and simple.  The organization it offers users is great.  Also, the ability to have up to the second information available in dashboards to users is very convenient.

The loading time for reports can be long.  Some of the loading screens can take a couple seconds to transition to the next screen.

Certain reporting was unavailable in the beginning, but Salesvue has actually built that out because of our org's request for it.

SalesVue works inside of Salesforce.com, no  separate app or plug-in required and has very detailed reporting to track and analyze email campaigns.

Template editor and plan builder are in separate places. Creating a campaign takes a few extra steps.

Email automation. After building a prospect list it allows you to set it and forget it, or be dynamic and update/send materials in a timely manner.

The availability to have multiple plans running at the same.  Being able to build out plans any way you'd like with as few or as many tasks as you'd like.

The reporting capabilities aren't the best (for our firm), making it somewhat tricky for us to track the results we need.  We have talked about this with Salesvue and they are working on some reporting capabilities which is great!

Salesvue's native SFDC integration allows for an easy to use platform for organizing prospecting activities. Their customer service is like no other. Our Acct Manager is responsive, knowledgeable and always helpful.

The prospecting plan builder can be somewhat clunky. Salesvue is in the process of revamping this feature. Logging social media tasks in a cleaner way would be great.

**What do you like best about Salesvue?**

I love that I can take time to add prospects to plans that have been created.  Once I have them loaded, I just click on the current activity I'm ready to start and knock out my tasks.  Salesvue allows me to efficiently do related tasks by grouping them together, saves a ton of time.  Once we got Salesvue set up for how our team prospects, it has been a game changer.  

**What do you dislike about Salesvue?**

I haven't found much I dislike about using it.  However you will need to evaluate if you're prospecting matches the way Salesvue is designed to work.  For example, I haven't found a smooth way to do account based prospecting with it.  It works great when you're reaching across many accounts though.

**Recommendations to others considering Salesvue:**

It is a great product, my team loves using it.  We have had questions along the way and our account manager as been there to assist.  I would definitely say get a demo and check it out to see if it fits your prospecting needs.

We are able to reach out to many prospects at many companies easily with Salesvue.  This the way it lines your activities and displays the cards you can make a call, mark it as complete, then move to the next one within seconds.  When you have a successful call, you can create an opportunity with the contact easily as well.  Always very easy to send out emails to multiple prospects at the same time.

It made it very easy and organized for the SDR team to contact prospects and allowed us to break down specific leads into different plans so they can tailor their pitches accordingly. Also the support was fantastic our rep was available to train all our new SDRs as they came in. 

**What do you dislike about Salesvue?**

The appointment tool had some kinks at first. It was a rather painful experience but it was sussed out fairly quickly. The mass emails are great but could look better. The call recording feature could definitely be improved. 

**Recommendations to others considering Salesvue:**

Make sure you have a process in place. This is a sales tool but in order to effectively utilize the product and reporting your internal sales process should be established before it goes live with your outbound sales team.

We utilize Salesvue to help the outbound SDR team schedule their day and make sure that the right contacts are touched in the right way. The integration with Salesforce makes it easy to assign leads and add to various team members plans. It was also a great tool for sending mass emails to prospects.

The reporting. It was next to impossible to pull historic campaign performance info. Even pulling reports in real-time proved to be way more cumbersome than their competitors.

**What do you like best about Salesvue?**

There isn’t much I like about it.  The only benefit I see is that my team didn’t complain about using it.  Team asked for features like integrated email and email metrics insights that are not provided. Generally, it is easy for the team to log results but those features don’t really drive very much tangible efficiency gain.  

**What do you dislike about Salesvue?**

The reporting is terrible.  We ended up using purely SFDC dashboards for sales insights.  The reporting structure was so complicated and it was not without effort.  Our account rep was very nice and came to our office several times (3-4) over 2 years to show our team.  Multiple team members reviewed it and it still didn’t help.  Even our SFDC admin was involved in some of those and he is magical when it comes to SFDC and it was still nearly impossible.  Email integration is poor so the team gets no benefit of insights from email delivery.  What they claim as value with tab integration is actually easier with other solutions that use a Chrome extension over SFDC.  

**What problems is Salesvue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only tangible thing solved is few compliants from the team.  That can be good and I’m all for efficiency of my team, but efficiency without workable insights isn’t helpful either.  We couldnt align any hard benefits to our team’s use of the solution. It’s complicated to rip out and replace which might be one of their best selling points and retention plays.  Holding customers hostage isn’t a great one in my mind.  Overall, this had practically zero impact on our business. 

This is why task logging efficiency as a business case isn’t productive.  If the team is gaining 10% efficiency improvement at best with this solution (I would argue it’s less) but I can’t report of the effectiveness of the tasks they are logging in creating outcomes, then what I gain in efficiency could be lost exponentially more in effectiveness.

**What do you like best about Salesvue?**

The service! The service that we have received from this group has been absolutely amazing. Not only are they quick to respond to my all of my questions, they have built a number of custom solutions to give us exactly what we are looking for. I had to roll out our new plans to our sales reps on a Monday following a holiday weekend and ran up against a problem that Sunday evening. I emailed our client success manager fully anticipating to not hear back until the following day, but sure enough less than 2 hours later he responded with the answer. We have also requested items that in our minds were out of the realm of possibility, but the team at Salesvue was not only willing to try and find a solution, they usually find one and build it for us. The tool works great, straightforward process to build out the plan cadences. We like that it is native to Salesforce and that we can add email templates to specific tasks, but also that they can be customized by the end user. All in all, there might be other automation tools that compare on functionality, but it would be hard to find better service than this group. And if you are the Admin building plans, you'll want/need a group that is helpful and responsive.

I don't think this is a dislike as it is user error on my part, but the system allows for so much customization that at times it can be overwhelming. We have developed a very elaborate connection of plans/results that can be difficult to keep up with. 

**What problems is Salesvue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a more defined sales process along with more automation to move prospects through the sales cycle. How we have the plans set up currently, the sales rep's call result will dictate the movement of the prospect - move forward (hot), continue prospecting (warm), drop to our Marketing team to nurture (cold). So far this has been a successful process. An added benefit is that we no longer have contacts fall through the cracks. We have our call result sets up so that the contact cannot drop off at any point.

**What do you like best about Salesvue?**

Plans - the activities are all inside of SFDC and sync seamlessly. Lists are pulled from Lead list in SFDC. 

**What do you dislike about Salesvue?**

There is not much to dislike - if you are a BDR or BDR Manager this is the tool for you. 

**What problems is Salesvue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Generation!  Automating the Demand Generation process is key

**What do you like best about Salesvue?**

I love that it's easy to use! It allows me to be smart about data segmentation, campaign cadence structure and A/B testing for smarter selling.

**What do you dislike about Salesvue?**

The user interface (in the classic version) is a bit boring- could be more aesthetically pleasing, but honestly the pros outweigh the boring user interface.

**What problems is Salesvue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm making selling my service more efficient by learning things about my message, my cadence, my target market and title paths. Salesvue allows me to A/B test many different strategies and find the best areas to focus my efforts on.
