The platform is simple and easy to use, however they recently changed their free plan to only be accessible via Desktop (therefore removing mobile previews - which ALL website designers will gather feedback from their clients for? Mobile is SO important) and they also limited comments to 10 max, for an ENITRE website (again, what web design client is going to have no more than 10 comments to leave on an entire 8-10 page website?). I reached out to Ruttl about upgrading to their Pro Plan and advised that I only needed 1 seat as I am a solopreneur, they were willing to offer me a part discount for upgrading with just 1 seat as long as I gave them good reviews on multiple websites. I was happy to do this (speaking honestly in reviews of course) and then I never heard back from them with details to upgrade. I have followed up 3 times now, had issues with the timeframe of a client's project because of it, and it's been almost 2 weeks and I've not heard from them. Since then I've switched to another platform with much better customer service who I'll be sticking with.
