You have to really think about things with rocket spark in places, but it’s a more simple and reliable model that I’m looking for here. **What problems is Rocketspark solving and how is that benefiting you?** My current website builder is overly complex and the mobile view doesn’t always behave. I wanted simplicity, reliability and certainty. This removed many of the 'what do I need on my site' issues. Flint's AI usage in setting up pages made it go so much quicker than I thought. The email and phone support was always within an hour and my dumb questions were not seen as dumb :) The support person was so encouraging the whole way through. **What do you dislike about Rocketspark?** Honestly, and i know this may sound lame, but I cant think of anything. It really was so easy from having a vague web site concept in my head, to a fully functioning professional site. **What problems is Rocketspark solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a professional looking website and I have very minimal web design and builder skills. The system took a little bit to get used to, but as soon as I understand it, it is super easy to use and the customer support is like no other I have experienced! The team is not only super knowledgeable but they also genuinely want your website to be great and check in and ensure your site does what it needs to for your business to succeed. We use our website daily due to an ecommerce store and I am transferring all of my service based websites to Rocketspark and recommend to everyone. **What do you dislike about Rocketspark?** To start with the templates took a little getting used to, but with customer support everything was made simple and easy. Anyone who has used a computer could log in and update a RocketSpark website - its intuitive and easy to use. **What do you dislike about Rocketspark?** While there is a number of templates for their website stacks, a few more would help inspire creativity for individuals creating a website (without using a paid designer). **What problems is Rocketspark solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our website was very out of date, it was not serving us as a marketing tool and, the information was hard to understand, we needed to be able to edit and update our website without going into the coding. Rocketspark has allowed all of our office staff the ability to log in and update things like work we have completed, updated photos, when we shut down for Christmas etc, it will be easy to update this without going back to a website supplier to do this. ### 20.
