It is an amazing application that lets you recognise the incoming call of the customer by displaying his/her details on the application. It helps the customer executive agent to easily recognise the caller. Also, number of missed calls can also be tracked using this Application. **What do you dislike about RingByName?** It has several very good features but unfortunately have not had the opportunity to test out any of the additional features yet with our office or are feature our office just wont benefit from. **What problems is RingByName solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been impressed with the RingByName software and also with the staff at RingByName. To me customer service is as important as the software. RingByName has always been there when we have needed them, proactive and also to make it clear, usually when we call is because we want to change something or do something outside the normal scope of use and RingByName always comes through. ### 4. I can boost of user privacy through all my devices. Everything works well with their system except for some devices that experience slight installation problems . **Recommendations to others considering RingByName:** From my past experience with this service, I would encourage or advise anyone out there who needs stable business communication service to try RingByName. **What problems is RingByName solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been able to solve the problem of lack of a flexible communication service with my customers. You don't even have to use a phone, you can have it forward calls to your cell phone so you can use multiple lines with one phone. **What do you dislike about RingByName?** That they aren't their own cellular provider. **Recommendations to others considering RingByName:** Make sure you have steady Internet service, that's really the only requirement you need. **What problems is RingByName solving and how is that benefiting you?** One example is, I purposely set a filter when you first call my business line. It says "to speak to a representative, press one", that means if it is a human they're going to press one, if it's a Robo call I'm not gonna be bothered with it. ### 6. What I used often was the Text-to-speech. It saved so much time. It was easy to customize. **What do you dislike about RingByName?** Even though the Text-to-speech was great, I occasionally had common errors in the spelling. It would understand 90% of the speech. Also when routing a call the option to do so would be grayed out and I would be unable to make the transfer. **What problems is RingByName solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was user friendly. Didn't have to train much on how to use the phone system. Voicemails would go into an email for you. You could also download a app version. Less wiring and setup then traditional systems. ### 13.
