The positive points:
- Easily assemble reports and dashboards;
- Easy to share links for reports and dashboards;
- Easy to connect your platforms;
- Customer support is fast;

**What do you dislike about Reportei?**

Removed month to month comparision for some metrics, this choice should be up to the user;

Should have some general monitor for renewing integrations, what I mean with that is if has access with one of your platforms should check all the others and already renew everything at once, I know this is possible for Meta (Facebook and Instagram), because it is possible to do it on another tool called Sprout.

Also, should implement Engajement Rate vs Impressions, as it is a more familiar metric for digital marketing as a whole, following the example of CTR, which uses impressions instead of reach.

Reportei is helping us to deliver more than 30 reports monthly for a specific client, in addition to other specific campaign dashboards for other clients.

It's so easy and intuitive to use the app, and the reports have such a great quality that they are almost ready to present to our customers.

**What do you dislike about Reportei?**

If you don't remember wich template you used, it's hard to make always the same reports, because the templates they propose you have a lot of different utilities, maybe they can show you which template you used the last time you generated a report. Also their AI it's not as good as it should be, it always give obvious analysis and doesn't go as deep as it should.

**What problems is Reportei solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't need to spend 2 or 3 hour per week generating reports and creating a presentation, now i can do it in 5 minutes.

Although the Reportei site has many useful features, there are some aspects that may not be to my liking. Additionally, the costs associated with using Reportei can be a negative factor, especially if I consider that there are more affordable alternatives available in the market. Therefore, although there are many positive aspects to the platform, it is natural that there are also some areas that do not fully meet my needs or expectations.

The channels keep disintegrating. Every time a report is generated, it's necessary to reintegrate several tools, and sometimes, in the rush, this is a bit annoying.

In the past, we used to make reports by hand, navigating between the various channels/tools our clients used. Today, Reportei provides us with this data in a much more reliable and automated way, saving time for the entire team and helping us direct efforts towards strategic tasks. Additionally, it obviously makes it easier to monitor KPIs.

The downside for me would be the number of dashboards I can create with my plan. I know I could upgrade my plan to get more dashboads, but the cost would be too high for the number of clients I manage.

The ease of creating reports, and all the built-in tools, bring a lot of agility to the data analysis process. Customer support also brings a good experience.

Some integration issues with Instagram, for example, lead to a negative experience. Some settings in the reports, such as: Not being able to show data from a specific set, when we are filtering by a specific campaign.

The ease of generating reports, the ability to connect multiple client social networks, and being able to share access with clients for the reports, and I can still generate the PDF. The possibility to suspend services for a period without losing the history. Ease of integration into clients' networks. Very accessible customer support and a highly skilled team. Ease of implementation, very straightforward even for those who have never accessed the platform. I use it frequently because I monitor clients daily.

The disadvantage is that the basic plan connects only 05 accounts (clients) haha, it would be nice if they could connect more accounts.

I love the reports. They are clean, clear, and break down activity across all channels. I can download professional-looking reports to share with my clients. Additionally, there is a comparison to view stats from current and previous months. They even include a chart that shows the best time to post on individual channels based on audience activity.

I can't think of anything I dislike about Reportei.

If you're on the fence about using Reportei, don't be. It saves time and allows you to focus on work that moves your company forward. I've not had a single problem with this platform or its service. Reportei is a game-changer.

**What do you like best about Reportei?**

I like the interface. It is well designed. I also like that it has several options to find useful information. It is easy to use and very intuitive. It has the most common options available like Facebook, Instagram, Google Business (now in maps), etc.

**What do you dislike about Reportei?**

The truth is that I feel lost in the information. In the end, it has a lot of data, but it's not clear to me how to use it. I didn't find much advantage in using this information that is not presented in such an attractive way. The tools from Facebook and Google give you almost the same information, but for free :-(

**What problems is Reportei solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You should solve the problem of having very useful information to detect potential issues with your website or the work you are doing with social media. For those who like data and statistics and analyzing what is happening with their business based on this, the tool is very good.

The simplicity of the interface makes your work very easy. You create a client account, then connect the social media and other client accounts and you are ready to go.

**What do you dislike about Reportei?**

It makes it very easy to create client reports with selectable time intervals and send them directly to your client, although you can also download them to your computer.

**Recommendations to others considering Reportei:**

If you need to create beautiful and insightfull reports quickly to your clients Reportei is the way to go. Started using i and never looked back because it saved me a ton o time and work.

**What problems is Reportei solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't any major problems, the only little issue I had was deleting old report templates from clients. But once you discover how to do it, life becomes easier.

This is a fantastic tool to get insight into your website's behaviors when it comes to all the various metrics across a wide spectrum of services. I love the bird's eye view I can get by just opening the tool and generating a report.

**What do you dislike about Reportei?**

So far I haven't found anything I dislike about the service. It's pretty solid.

**What problems is Reportei solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have clients who want to see how they're doing on a monthly basis and this allows me to give them a clear and beautiful snapshot of their KPIs without me having to do much of anything. It's nice to just set it and forget it.

I love their user interface, it is intuitive and simple to use. They have a lot of options but with their UI, it makes it simple to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Reportei?**

I don't like the fact that as an agency we cannot show the ad spend including our agency fee but only ad cost. This is confusing for our clients who pay ad cost and agency fees together.

Reportei allows our agency to provide white label reports to our clients. Their customizable dashboards allow us to customize each section for our different type of clients depending what services they have.

Easy to use and very simple to set up. It is able to integrate with most popular platforms so it can generate reportings based on what you're looking for in your data.

**What do you dislike about Reportei?**

It's a newer platform so it does have it's quirks. It's natively in Portuguese so some pages it's not in English but overall it's pretty good and easy to use for business.

Helping generate automated reporting for my company and it's very helpful. Instead of having to manually create reports it allow us to have it done automatically weekly.

While I no longer provide social media management services for new clients, I do have a few legacy clients and my own projects. What used to take an hour or two a week, sometimes more, now takes 5-minutes.

**What do you dislike about Reportei?**

They don't have access to Twitter yet, so I'm hoping that they add it.

**What problems is Reportei solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating analytics reports was always a pain. You'd have to log in to each platform for each client. Maybe your scheduling system would collect analytics, but it often didn't integrate with Mailchimp or Google products. Then you'd have to compare the data, etc. Reportei does everything for you and I absolutely love it.

Everything is awesome in this tool, I highly suggest Team Reportei to create Reportei University and it will be useful for newbies like me to easily understand how to use the product.

I love the product! I was able to streamline my social marketing efforts with Reportei. I can track my social media marketing efforts from my PC or smartphone, and it helps me get a clear picture of my performance in just a few clicks.

The last time I used Reportei, the report of Linkedin wasn't the best. On the other hand, instagram, facebook, and google analytics it's very comlpete.

Reportei creates a cool report for social media metrics. It would be nice if it includes more sources (like RD Station and Analytics, in example) but the way it is currently is enough for most of my needs to present results.

The template is at the same time the best and the worst part. It's cool to present data in a easy and visual way, but it also has limitations.
