Traditional phone based reference checking can be time consuming, frustrating and open to fraud. Referoo moves the process online so you can ref check at the click of a button, candidates have their own dashboard, recruiters have oversight of the process at all times and referees have a pleasant and convenient experience. Our monthly subscription means you never have to "pay per reference", simply sign up to Referoo's service and ref check to your heart's content. Try us out on a 3 week free trial, as many ref checks as you want as many users as you need, and then make your decision. And the straightforward and easy-to-use integration with JobAdder. **What do you dislike about Referoo?** We are 100% happy with the reference checks, but if I have to say something, it would be as the Referoo business grows if we could use their tech for our police checks globally as well. Be a one-stop shop! **What problems is Referoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reduces the amount of time staff spend in competing reference checks. They are in the referee's own words, which is critical to ensuring nothing is lost in transition. ### 2. We have found the system is easy to use from a client perspective. Candidate feedback has also been positive so we are happy to keep using Referoo. **What do you dislike about Referoo?** We haven't encountered any downsides since we started using Referoo almost 2 years ago. Even when we switched to a new ATS, the transition process was seamless. **What problems is Referoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The automation of our reference checking process has been a considerable time-saver. Our Recruiters were spending up to three hours each days trying to track down referees, speaking to them then manually uploading hand written reference checks to our ATS. ### 3. It also alerts us as and when candidates update their details which shows how responsive and engaged our candidates are in our recruitment process. **What do you dislike about Referoo?** Nothing.it is a great product. - login can be frustrating having to select objects from pictures. The ease of creating customised templates and being able to set a customisable export of the PDF files makes is such a great time saver; also a good consistent factor there. Bonus here is the IP tracking, helps detect if a 'mate' has completed a reference for example. **What do you dislike about Referoo?** Occasionally the CRM Integration doesn't work, manual entry of a candidates details however remains relatively simple (copy & paste job). Maybe one day integrate with Zapier given the ever increasing amount of software for almost every process. **What problems is Referoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Key problems that Referoo addresses for us is the availability of referee's to take a prolonged call as they are generally reside within a managerial position or above. The integrity of the reference is also preserved as the input from the referee is their words exactly. To summarise, a great time saver for all parties involved, quicker to send out, saves a prolonged phone call and quicker results. ### 8.
