Rapid Doc is amazing. So easy to use,it has many great features to help your practice grow. 

**What do you dislike about RAPID?**

Nothing... we love our software and would recommend to other offices

**Recommendations to others considering RAPID:**

I would recommend this product to any dr office, it is easy to use. You receive great training at a good value for the cost. The simplicity of the software allows me to spend my time in other places needed in our office instead of lengthy times in front of my computer. 

**What problems is RAPID solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have not run into any issues as of date. Everything is easy to understand and operate. Rapid Doc is truly amazing

**What do you like best about RAPID?**

How easily the SOAP notes are to do on the doctors' side, easy to navigate through each tab, then formulates a well written/formal note. Offers other benefits like multiple choice tabs while reading an x-ray and writing up a report. 

**What do you dislike about RAPID?**

The only dislike(and this one is I think unavoidable with any chiro EHR) is the updates. Updates helps..eventually. That is after learning the new process they updated!

**Recommendations to others considering RAPID:**

I would really like to switch our EHR back to Rapid. However, the practice I am currently practicing in cannot afford the program YET.  Below i am taking guestimates-I did not purchase the program so I estimated. 

**What problems is RAPID solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits are not only on how easy the doctor's have it. We have increased our volume and more efficient at collecting payments as well. With acom, it's easy to keep track of the patient's treatment plan and ALSO billing information. It's easy to access BOTH sides with no trouble. Fast and easy.

**What do you like best about RAPID?**

I am glad I was finally able to find an EMR / EHR and billing system that is easy to use and understand. It is robust and has more than you can possibly need or want. It's cloud based and that means no servers and no hassles. The customer service at ACOM Health is # 1. The training is thorough and they answer any question and solve any problem you may have. They are part of your team and make your practice and life better. Many thanks to Patti Dill for all her training and patience with me. If you are a Chiropractor do yourself a favor and get on board...don't look any further. 

**What do you dislike about RAPID?**

Not much I don't like. I wish I could see my schedule from my iPhone.

DO IT!

It's solving all of my billing issues and glad to know I can access my patient documents from home or anywhere where I can get on the internet.

**What do you like best about RAPID?**

We just added the Rapid PM to our practice. Everyone that we've dealt with at the company has been wonderfully helpful. Our Project Manager, Patti Dill, was so incredibly helpful. I felt the training was very comprehensive. I'm enjoying the ease of use. My staff actually very quickly switched over to the new program, and one of them has very little computer skills! 

**What do you dislike about RAPID?**

Only a couple of very minor things about the program that are specific to what we would like to see, and those may be a possibility in future upgrades. Nothing major that we don't like.

**Recommendations to others considering RAPID:**

It's a great program that meets our small clinic's needs.

**What problems is RAPID solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having connectivity and integration issues with our other PM program and want a seamless communication between the documentation and the PM.

I like the customization of the software, especially for those medical offices that offer different types of services. The software allows you to create several appointment classifications.

**What do you dislike about RAPID?**

The interface can be somewhat confusing as to where menus are located.

I recommend Rapid because of ease of use.

Solving the reports that you can obtain. The benefits of filling out the menus as much as possible.

I enjoy how easy the system is to use. It's efficient and it gets the job done.

The software is outdated and needs a revamp to be on-par with current systems used by large companies.

Technical issues and billing. It's easy to action requests from customers.

The systems patient self check in is not accurate enough.

**Recommendations to others considering RAPID:**

RapidPM and Rapid doc are the only programs you will need. There are numerous ways to benefit from implementing their software.

**What problems is RAPID solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy system to track appointments and medical records. RapidPM is great for managing appointments and patient information. RapidDoc is the best program we have used for maintaining patients documents.
