**What do you like best about Qiscus?**

We've been using Qiscus Omnichannel Platform for several years, and it has truly transformed the way we manage customer interactions. The platform's ability to integrate seamlessly with various communication channels like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and email has been a game-changer for us.

**What do you dislike about Qiscus?**

The initial setup can be a bit complex, but the excellent support team helps to ease the process.

Centralized Communication 
All customer messages are consolidated in one place, making it easy for our team to manage and respond quickly.

**What do you like best about Qiscus?**

- Qiscus helps my business to connect with customers in a fast and efficient way.

- Bot features really help my business which has 4 branches in other cities to assign the customers to each branch customer service agent.

- Marketing broadcast. Every month i download the MAU phone number and broadcast some marketing promo to them, it resulted to sales increase.

- Analytics feature to keep us aware about our business movement every month.

**What do you dislike about Qiscus?**

- Unavailability of chat reply feature and feature to delete chat to customer.

- Sometimes the bot is not responding to the phrase and leading to wrong agent.

- A bit pricey subscription, cannot be paid monthly, the offer quarterly billing payment.

- Pricey outbond messages.

- Expiration limit on conversations,

**What problems is Qiscus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bot features solved the problem with assigning agent for my branches. Customer can choose the city and bot will assign them to the right agent.

Qiscuss teams are fast response and always available for any of our requests. The dashboard is user friendly and has all the features or information that we needs

**What do you dislike about Qiscus?**

Add more features to help agents to operate for example to add customers. Currently, this feature is available in the supervisor account.

**What problems is Qiscus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qiscuss team allowed us to make payment by transfer instead of the system provide in the dashboard

**What do you like best about Qiscus?**

Qiscus provide a very unique features that help our CS team (custom buttons).
Just by click the custom button, we can send a template and run several logic inside it.
They provide a good documentation, so it's so easy form the integration.

**What do you dislike about Qiscus?**

The server goes down quite often and there's no info from Qiscus Internal Team when it happens.

Everytime we found some issues, Qiscus' support center were really helpfull

Slow responses on the weekend while we need their help

**What do you like best about Qiscus?**

- Easy to use, good user interface
- Integration to various social media platforms
- There are analytical features that can serve as guidelines for the development of our agency performance and business services ahead
- Multiagent feature that can be used by many users and facilitates work and increases response speed to customers

**What do you dislike about Qiscus?**

- Channel reporting restrictions or bugs on Qiscuss still use the ticket system via email, possibly can be developed with a chat model via Whatsapp or Live Chat that makes it easy for users
- Not a cheap subscription
- Expired messages that exceed 24 hours also sometimes cause us trouble

**What problems is Qiscus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qiscuss makes it easy for us to communicate with many customers who are connected every day. At times of enormous incoming messages, Qiscuss is effective in helping us respond effectively and efficiently

**What do you like best about Qiscus?**

.It presents a good user interface and is easy to use
.The multiagent and its auto-sharing feature of incoming messages to the active agents makes the handling chat service become easier and faster
.It provides analytics feature, which is favorable and efficient

**What do you dislike about Qiscus?**

.The cost is about pricey, especially for BI open session (broadcast)
.The limitation active session chat for only 24 hours is about troublesome
.the notification for CI/BI opened that is made as if it were a new chat in the conversation, is also somewhat troublesome
.For whatsapp channel integration, sent chats cant be undone or edited. Also we cant reply directly to one balloon chat in the conversation

The multiagent and its auto-spread feature of incoming messages to the active agents makes the handling chat service become easier and faster, particularly while the incoming messages got crowded

**What do you like best about Qiscus?**

Qiscus has an important role in customer service in handling many customers, especially students in educational institutions. Some points, in my opinion, are the best problem-solving that Qiscus has provided, namely:
1. The Assign Chat to and Add Agent features can overcome student problems that are often in the wrong domain without sending the relevant part number. This feature makes it very easy for students and other agents.
2. The Pin Chat Room feature makes it easy for Agents to mark student problems that need more extended handling

**What do you dislike about Qiscus?**

1. the weakness of this qiscus is that there is an expiration limit on conversations, so sometimes, many unresolved obstacles have ended. A red mark as a form of an unread message sometimes also appears when sending replies to customers.
2. There is no reply message feature and delete message feature

**What problems is Qiscus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that is overcome by using Qiscus is that it can handle the number of incoming messages.
Qiscus provides a platform that can answer many chats in a fast and at the same time. Using Qiscus we can reply to customer messages in one dashboard with multiple agents.

**What do you like best about Qiscus?**

- Very helpful in multichat platforms so we only need 1 dashboard to receive tickets from various channels

- Assist in marketing campaigns process and brand awareness with the WA API & WA broadcast

- The Qiscus team is very supportive and quick to answer all questions and needs.

**What do you dislike about Qiscus?**

-Maybe there are new products such as Q-Ticketing which have been released but there is no documentation that can be studied. But the Qiscus team always offers training, but maybe documentation such as a manual is really needed and can be used as a suggestion in the future.

**What problems is Qiscus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- multi-channel dashboard which is very easy and also helps the CS team, besides that there is also an analytical dashboard which is very helpful in the analysis process.

- Broadcast Whatsapp is very easy to use and the Qiscus team really welcomes input on this so we can work more efficiently

1.The simple features in Qiscus, such as names and phone numbers are listed.
2.in Qiscus we can see the number of incoming conversations.
3. Also we can see the credit or payment that must be paid
4. Easy to use

The weakness of Qiscus is that there is no Reminder feature for unanswered user questions. When the session conversation is over, we have to send a broadcast first, to start a conversation that has passed the time.

1. Maybe, Qiscus Team can add features reminder to make it easier for Customer Service to remember unfinished tickets
2. when our team broadcasts, it's better not to make it appear in the inbox because it's a little annoying and makes the chat with questions disappear

Analytic features. It needs to be more advanced than the current one. To be able to provide completed data will help lots of companies to understand their progress and issue

We have different channels to reach us, and Qiscus make it easier by connecting all other platforms into just one; it benefits us to be more quickly to respond and solve our customer problem faster

A very helpful program for the team serving customers in our company, for qiscus support it is also responsive when qiscuss has a program error problem.

Sometimes there is an error when receiving files or photos, and also sometimes when it is opened it takes a long time to load.

Qismo of course, we use the whatsapp dashboard to proceed many inquiries & sending broadcast/notifications

- Customer Care can still be improved, we used to confuse who to contact for inquiries.
- We used to find some small details such as detailed monthly plan that's a bit confusing to understand

Repeating bugs is annoying, especially when it happens during crowded times. Sometimes the data accuracy is unstable, especially in analytics features and didn't have a direct update notification for clients.

We had struggled with our communication service before. We avoid having many phone numbers but we have multiple agents to serve customers. By using Qiscus we can reply to customer messages in one dashboard with multiple agents.
