What do you like best about PayU?

What do you dislike about PayU?

The onboarding process is unclear, slow, and poorly communicated. Even after complying with all requirements, including legal details, policy pages, and multiple different products, I kept receiving vague clarification requests. Eventually, the application was rejected under a Line of Business decision without a clear or actionable explanation. It is a best platform to accept payments that too with good cost. What do you like best about PayU?

It is mostly it's security it gives you when do online shopping. I use it for vendors like Adidas and I feel that my information its safe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not all vendors in my country use it. I have read they say it's because of it's high fees. There is also a deficient customer support response. My brother in law noticed he had additional charges and had to wait too long to get a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Moreover, the array of additional products adds immense value. PayU Connect simplifies bill payments, while the Recommendation Engine personalizes checkout experiences with AI, enhancing customer satisfaction. The QR code feature digitizes payments effortlessly, and the POS system facilitates both in-store and door-step payments, making transactions smoother and faster.

The accounting automation feature has been incredibly beneficial, organizing and auto-reconciling payments to keep my business accounting in check. For businesses looking to expand into the Indian market, the cross-border payment options are fantastic, offering local payment modes that cater to a broader customer base.

The transaction fees are reasonable, with 2% for Visa, Mastercard, Net Banking, BNPL, and Wallets for domestic transactions, and 3% for Diners, American Express, EMI, and international transactions. The no setup fee and pay-as-you-use model make it even more attractive.

This case is going on for 2 months and these fraudsters are not closing it even after answering all their questions and queries they had, they are coming up with the same question again and again even after replying with the answers.

They don't have the intention to return the money.
