## Padlet Reviews
  ### 1. The one and only…Padlet!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isha S. | student, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

I am currently in middle school but my journey with padlet goes all the way back to 3rd grade during a really hard time for all of us...the pandemic, but Padlet not only helped us put in our thoughts but also review others. It has many features like attach file, image etc making it one of a kind. And it's accessiblity is
remarkable(app, link,QR,browser et) . Padlet can also be very safe and reliable and you can make your Padlet safe and secure by adding a passcode making it private and limited. Padlet is also very easy to use in large groups like parties, classrooms and so much more! I use padlet at least once everyday and padlet never fails to amaze! We can use it for all subjects it’s as easy as copying a link and sharing making it easy to impliment and integrate with daily life for many purposes! So join me and the over 30 million people who use Padlet to make their lives effective, smart, easy and fun!

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

I am happy and content with the way Padlet is flourishing and would be happy if the same continued. As a student padlet is used by my many classmates and sometimes the overcrowd does cause lags, we’ve seen the lags reduce and support padlets fast action!

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Padlet allows us to view and reflect on each other's thoughts and ideas all in one place, helping everyone stay on the same page. And padlet is actively working on reducing lags making the usage smoother.

  ### 2. Collaboration assignments using Padlet

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

Easy to work with, user-friendly software. Excellent tool for classroom and other projects like virtual galleries, note compilations and much more.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

The "+ post" button sometimes gets lost from the main view.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can effectively manage collaborative assignments for students.

  ### 3. Great for Organizing Notes, But Needs Better PowerPoint and PDF Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joakim C. | Inspiratör | Content creator | Pedagogisk utvecklare | Founder director | Inspiration, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

I use Padlet to create discussion boards and mind maps, which helps me organize my notes.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

I find it difficult to connect to PowerPoint, and the PDF feature is not very good—the structure is poorly organized.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool helps me organize my thoughts and notes effectively. I also find it very useful that I can easily download a screenshot.

  ### 4. Very Easy to Use for Large Group Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

It’s very easy to use when working in a large group.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

The platform is user-friendly, and I really like the Learn area.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes collaborative work in real time with my students easy.

  ### 5. Visual wonder!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darlene G. | Research Professor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

Creating data visualization is really easy and efforless. The best part is the different tools that can be integrated into the entries. I think it is a very attractive way to collect data too.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

I really like the app. However, as I was working on a project I identified some features that might be useful, like multilingual mode, which is useful when users from different cultures participate in the same padlet. I'd love to have a chance to talk to Padlet developers and share some ideas and needs as a user.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data visualization often requires multiple tools to create compelling visuals. However, with Padlet, everything I need is available in a single app

  ### 6. great system for organizing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

This allows me to save wonderful websites that I know I can use in the future but on my own might forget them.
Padlet also lets me organize those websites, videos and lesson plans so it is easy to find what I am looking for. With each new update in Padlet I find more help in organizing, saving and utilizing my content. Padlet also has great support when and if I am stuck. I probably access my Padlet a few times every week and a lot more often as I build new classes. This program was easy to start and has simply become better with each usage. It ties in seamlessly with my google classroom to improve or adjust my lessons.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

I tend to run out of room. I would suggest keeping track of what you are using and what you no longer need.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I teach many subjects in one day, Padlet keeps me organized

  ### 7. Padlet Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

The interface is easy to handle, with clear structure and design selections. I created a timeline for all 2025 movies and series to watch, and it looks amazing. Using AI for some timelines was also very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

Perhaps more variety in fonts would be beneficial. When changing the format in your dashboard, it removes the background. To be able to save the background when you upload an image.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organize my plans, and have like the visual of what I want to accomplish and it´s fun.

  ### 8. Awesome for Engagement and more!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonia Patricia Z. | Science Teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

The interphase. I love how easy it is to use it, as a teacher and as a student. Whenever a have a new student trying Padlet for the first time, they get the deal right away. I started using it when it didnt have all of the new AI features, and I loved it already. With all of these new features, implementing lessons and more engaging activities has become easier and easier. It helps me save time... a lot of time!

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

So far, I love it more and more. Even when using it repeatedly, there hasn't been one activity that looks the same as another one.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me save time. In the world of education, planning engaging classes has always being time consuming, and although there are many tools out there now that are helping with this, for me Padlet is a favorite.

  ### 9. Easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Koh W. | Technical Specialist - Data & AI, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

Increadibly easy to use, intuitive interface.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

Nothing! I have been using Padlet for 6 years.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it when team members are brainstorming.

  ### 10. Helps me teach high school kids!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caroline D. | High School English Teacher and Humanities Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

Padlet has been a go-to for me and my classroom since 2020. It is an easy, engaging, and even fun way to engage in the classroom. I've used it for get-to-know you activities, formative assessments, jigsaw activities, exit tickets, etc. It is a frequent part of my instruction and assessment. I am even more excited to explore all of their template updates and AI functions. Padlet seems to really care about the user experience which I appreciate. Our LMS is Google Classroom, and I have never had any issues with integration.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

I wish there were short tutorial videos and a "best for" list of activities to help me decide which are the best features to use in my classroom.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Padlet allows for me and my students to share information in an engaging and clear way. I find Padlet lets students express themselves in a creative and safe way. Padlet helps me organize ideas and concepts. It's a fun way to check for understanding; as a teacher I get valuable insight and kids have fun contributing.

  ### 11. Padlet keeps my classroom memories alive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DIAN H. | School head, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

I first knew Padlet when a university professor invited me to collaborate with her in a research about the use of Tech and apps in english language teaching. So i have been using padlet in 2018-2019 and been using it for numerous activities. The students were excited to put their work in Padlet. It did not take long to introduce padlet to my students and colleagues, quite easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

Some of my colleagues said they can only have 3 posting in padlet and so they have to delete previous work.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need collaborative platforms that enable my students to see and give appreciation to other students' work, and padlet gives me solution to that problem. Easy to access everytime I need to go back to previous learning products. And most importantly, it's paperless.

  ### 12. Sandbox is awesome, and great great tool for classroom tasks.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daphne 林瑜珍 . | Teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

It is a great tool to replace Jamboard, and i must say Padlet's support team is really awesome: sandbox is still a new function that needs some fine tuning; whenever i approach support team (Nadiah and Rana) with my questions, they are always there for help. I know there are a lot of AI tools or teaching tools out there, but not many of them can give me prompt replies and always reassure me that they will get the bugs or problems solved/settle. Teachers not only need tools, but also are in need of support, knowing that we are taken care of. I have a lot of experiences of communicating AI companies and tech companies (e.g. Canva, Magic School, Brisk Teaching....) Padlet gives me the most satisfactory feedbacks, which ignites my 'loyalty' (LOL, but i mean it!)

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

This is a great product and a great company....why would I dislike it?

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration in class. Jamboard is going to be a history, and Padlet's sandbox is obviously a good replacement.

**Official Response from Atticus From Padlet:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Padlet! We're delighted to hear that the real-time interaction and AI integration are enhancing your teaching and keeping your students engaged. It's great to know that upgrading has improved your experience, though we understand the initial limitations you faced with the free version.

Your feedback on the benefits of AI tools and reducing the need for multiple tech tools in the classroom is very valuable. ### 13. One stop platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josée L. | teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

Padlet is a fantastic platform for teachers where everything can be found in one place: from lessons to collaborative work, and even digital portfolios. Using Padlet and the new Sandbox platform is very easy, and it's also possible to import files from Jamboards or Flip in just seconds. The integration is very easy. In just 30 minutes, I learned how to navigate the new Sandbox platform, and I am thrilled with its functionality. It's ideal for primary level classrooms, where it’s usually very difficult to find platforms that meet the needs of younger learners. I highly recommend Padlet to all educators. I use it every day because of the ease of implementation.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

My challenge with Padlet right now is getting to know all the little features of the new Sandbox platform, as tutorials are still limited due to the application's recent release.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a teacher and the new Sandbox platform is a life saver after the closing of the Google Jamboard platform. I also appreciate the fact that I can manage all my web content easily in one place. It's a one stop platform!

  ### 14. Padlet is Awesome

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valentina Ximena S. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

What I like most about padlet is that I get to cat wit my friends easily without using any app like WhatsApp or Discord. It is also fun because everyone can customize teir padlets and publications as tey want, adding one of te many tings you can put on your publication.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

The only thing I wish could change is the amount of padlets you can make without paying anything. As a student, I don't have any money to pay it.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making talking to my friends easier, being able to share the homework if we don’t have it and help each other with schoolwork. This helps by upgrading our grades.

  ### 15. Padlet is the absolute best!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

I work at at online school! Padlet has been an invaluable resource for us. We use it to collect pictures and videos from our students. We also use it for our staff to brainstorm ideas and share resources. There is nothing out there like Padlet. We would be lost without it.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

I know I sound like a paid shill for Padlet (I'm not!) but I honestly have not come across anything that I don't like. In a world of frustrating tech, Padlet just works!

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The students at our school do not have access to email accounts or something like Google Drive. Collecting videos and pictures from them would be a nightmare without Padlet. In fact I don't even know how we would accomplish it! We are able to send out a link to our students and they can contribute without needing to sign in. It's fantastic!

  ### 16. Padlet is extremely useful for our Zoom meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Silvia K. | Teacher/ESL coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

Our team uses Padlet in every Zoom meeting, and it has become an essential tool for collaboration. Even though we’re spread out across Texas, Padlet provides a shared, interactive space where everyone can add ideas and review key information together in real time. Its simplicity and flexibility make it perfect for brainstorming, organizing notes, and keeping everyone engaged. Using Padlet allows us to work effectively as a team, staying connected despite the distance. For any group meeting remotely, Padlet is a great resource!

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

The only thing I dislike about Padlet is that it can get a bit cluttered when everyone posts at once, making it hard to follow the flow of information.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s really useful to review information collaborating with my team.

  ### 17. Aiming at excellence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana M. | Teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

With PADLET,my groups can practice the 4 skills of a language lesson: listening to each other, talking about the proposed issues, writing their comments and reading each other's ideas.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

After using it for free for some time, I decided to get a pro account with Padlet so that I could organize my activities and keep them for longer. I still have to browse through the configurations to get a better result and take the best out of it.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a teacher of English for advanced levels teaching remotely, it gives me a board students can use to perform an array of activities more autonomously.

**Official Response from Atticus From Padlet:**

> We're thrilled to learn that Padlet is helping your groups practice all four language skills effectively – listening, speaking, writing, and reading. It's wonderful to see how Padlet facilitates these skills within your language lessons. We understand your desire for more flexibility in your usage, especially with the limitations of the free version. We're glad that Padlet is aiding you in conducting engaging and autonomous activities for your advanced English students, even in remote teaching scenarios. If you have any more insights to share or questions, don't hesitate to reach out over social media @padlet. Your feedback contributes to our ongoing improvements.

  ### 18. Versatile Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katrina M. | Teacher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

Padlet allows virtual educators like me to provide a space for collaboration and discussion, both synchronously and asynchronously. I often use the padlets to provide resources for students, which I can update and modify as needed without needing a new link. My students can create posts on discussion padlets, and then comment or like other students' posts to provide feedback. We also use this tool at my school to hold virtual walk through of student art galleries and science fair projects.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

I don't like that the free version has such limited space.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Group work in a virtual educational setting

  ### 19. Great replacement for FlipGrid

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa B. | Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

I love how it is integrated with Google Drive. I love all of the options available to post with- from uploading, to searching images and GIFs. I am hopeful that this will be easy for my students to use. I think I am going to like Padlet MORE than Flipgrid.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

Not sure yet. So far so good. I will know more after my students begin to use it.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using it to replace FlipGrid that is now going away. But, now I can see how Padlet could be used other than audition videos.

  ### 20. easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** อัปสร . | Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

- Flexibility
- Collaboration
- Ease of use

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

- None
I love every features of Padlet.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

• Communication barriers: Padlet facilitates effective communication by providing a central platform where team members can share ideas, updates, and feedback in real-time, regardless of their location or time zone. This helps break down communication silos and ensures that everyone is on the same page.

• Information overload: Padlet helps organize and structure information by allowing users to create multiple boards and categorize content using tags and filters. This makes it easier for users to find the information they need quickly and efficiently, reducing the risk of information overload.

• Lack of engagement: Padlet promotes active participation and engagement by providing interactive features such as commenting, liking, and voting. This helps foster a sense of community and encourages users to contribute their ideas and perspectives.

• Limited collaboration: Padlet enables seamless collaboration by allowing multiple users to work on the same Padlet simultaneously. This eliminates the need for separate documents or emails, streamlining the collaboration process and reducing the risk of version control issues.

**Official Response from Julia Carnes:**

> Thank you for leaving this review! We're flattered that you love every feature of Padlet. If you think of more problems for us to solve, please feel free to reach out at https://padlet.com/contact-us - Thanks again for using Padlet!

  ### 21. Intuitive, Attractive, and Fun!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

I LOVE Padlet! I teach at a junior college and was looking for a way for students to share images/short writing and discuss those things.

It is harder than you might think to find a way to do this. Sure, you can set up a website for everyone to post things on, but one confused person can also delete everything! Also, there is no accountability--since anyone can post without their name being automatically attached to their contribution. Another option is a clunky "Forum" on our college intranet, which solves the accountability issue, but you have to click on links to view uploaded images and the chat does not automatically update. It also only exists as one long thread.

Padlet does everything I need and more! It solves the problems listed above. It is pretty and has a friendly vibe. It has a baked in AI image generator called "I Can't Draw" with no limit on the number of prompts. Students can create a personal Padlet to showcase their findings and then post a link to it on our main class page.

One of the best things about Padlet is it lets me look at everyone's contributions to evaluate their participation in various activites (you just use the search function and everything that person has posted appears).

Long live Padlet!

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

I like pretty much everything about it. I guess one downside is that you are limited to a certain number of Padlets (depending on which package you have) and I feel a little sad when the semester ends and I have to delete all the good work and funny comments :)

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to post images and discuss them collaboratively and keep a record of this.

  ### 22. I used it with my class, it was a good way to communicate and collaborate.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hala A. | Instructor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

it is easy to use padlet, and easy to allow students to communicate and share their thoughts to the whole class. It is a good way for collaboration since it is an easy method to integrate and implement.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

The thing that I don't like is that it is payable, so we cannot use the different features and benefit from padlet to the maximum.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

a big number os students share their thoughts at the same time.

  ### 23. Has been pivotal in increasing student engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

I love how easy it is to create a Padlet. Our organisation is using it regularly now in many ways. It's super easy to use. Literally a few clicks of a button and you have something live which students can use staright away. It is also really simple for our students to add to. Click the plus button and you're off. Our students all know how to use and naviagte a Padlet now. I also love that we can use it for asynchronous learning: students can add to the Padlets in our course at any time and rad what others have said. Having said that, it is also great for our live online learning space. Students can collborate in real time. I also like how many ways there are for students to collaborate: gifs, text, sound, video, images, maps, polls. SO good. So varied. Loving the look of the new Sandbox too. this is something we have been hoping for for a while, especially the different cards: this will be really helpful for our online lesson space. I have reached out a number of times and asked for assistance and the team have been quick and super professional in their responses.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

We have not liked that we needed multiple Padlets for different tasks, but this will be sorted by Sandbox. Sometimes it's tricky for students to see the plus sign to add in once it's been embedded into our LMS. However, this is mior. I think they can all naviagte it now. I've had a few issues converting things to PDFs.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We ue Moodle to present out online teaching materials. Padlet is providing us with uch needed and sought after collabortaion space which we did not really have before. Capturing and - importantly - keeping the answers which have been typed in unlike H5P essay questions for example.

  ### 24. I love Padlets, I have recommended them to numerous people who also love them!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jane K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

They make it much easier to create and maintain links to multiple resources, FAQs, and cohort maps. I can share the resources across courses (which is a much more efficient use of my time than duplication resources) and accross different courses, so I can share them with my colleagues.
They are so easy to set up and require ZERO website design skills.
They are colorful, aesthetically pleasing and support loads of resource types.
Sometimes our Uni websites are very cumbersome and information is hard to find. I use course FAQs to give people the info they need and cannot find.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

I have not managed to work out how to share editing rights with other padlet users, without giving everyone editing rights.
I wish thaat the dashboard showed all of my padlets rather than favourite or recents. Some I created ages ago but still update. I always have to "think" about where I will find them

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can create a suite of resource management padlets and point to them from several courses (and share with colleagues) to reduce duplication.
I can create cohort maps (which I love) and FAQ pages that sit outside univeristy webpapges (so people can access it BEFORE they are enrolled, which is when they need to know about a course often).

**Official Response from Atticus From Padlet:**

> Thank you for your detailed and enthusiastic review of Padlet! We're delighted to hear how Padlet has been a valuable tool for creating and maintaining links to resources, FAQs, and cohort maps, and that it has been time-efficient and easy to use. It's fantastic that you find Padlet aesthetically pleasing and versatile in supporting various resource types.

We appreciate your feedback regarding sharing editing rights and the dashboard view. You can share editing rights by inviting users to be collaborators via their username. This should help streamline collaboration with your colleagues.

  ### 25. Students embrace Padlet with enthusiasm.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tina G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

Padlet provides so many opportunities for students to engage with authentic problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and visual collaboration. Because the students see their work product appear instantaneously, they are ready to jump in with enthusiasm. Often the learning activities and experiences bring along laughter and excitement; joy to a teachers' ears.

As a teacher, I really like how I can re-make Padlets for different classes. There are so many features available to me such as the background, the ease and ability to copy a link to each Google Classroom, the visual appeal for each Padlet, and how easy it is for me to moderate the Padlets.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

As a middle school teacher, a student could create post "something" for shock value. I would rather not have to moderate posts. It is not really an issue about Padlet; more about trust with students. I appreciate how Padlet provides controls for moderation.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am an educator and i use it as an engagement activity with students in the classroom.

**Official Response from Atticus From Padlet:**

> It's fantastic to hear that Padlet is enriching your classroom experience with such positivity and engagement! We're thrilled that the features are meeting your needs for flexibility and ease of use, contributing to joyful learning environments. Your insight into moderation is valuable, and we understand the balance needed between openness and control in educational settings. ### 30. Padlet Briefcase for Educators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohamed S. | Senior Specialist Tutor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

I work with kids with dyslexia, dyscalculia, Autism, and ADHD. Organisation of information is crucial to my kids and their families or caregivers. And Padlet help them to organise information on a single canvas that my students can access. And when all of my intention classes turned online, I really made use of Padlet.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

The pricing plan. Only 3 Padlet are allowed in the free plan. if you need to create the 4th one one needs to get rid of one of the 3 Padlets at hand. For an educator, loosing a Padlet is disastrous. Not all educators, afford the price plan. If their schools are not funding them they will not be able to afford Palet.

**Recommendations to others considering Padlet:**

I use Padlet mainly for Reading Comprehension exercises with my secondary students. Answers can be given in any form - written, audio/video clip - which help my kids with SpLD to give their answers precisely with worrying much about writing down the answers. And during covid 19 Padlet is so useful as it helped me a lot on online real-time collaboration with my kids.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- educators and students are more interconnected during the learning process.
- synchronous learning: live question and answer, written expression-brainstorm on a topic, gather student written work and answers to questions.
- Asynchronous learning: a repository for learning materials.

What I like is that an educator could easily implement UDL (Universal Design for Learning) guidelines easily because Pedlet allows multiple ways or presenting, interacting, and expressing information for both teachers and students.

**Official Response from Julia Carnes:**

> Hi Mohamed! Thank you for leaving a review. It's true that the free plan only allows 3 padlets, but instead of deleting old padlets, you could try archiving them instead. That way, you can keep your old padlets and use them in the future by removing them from the archive.

I am glad to hear that Padlet is helping you organize and present information to your students. Since you left this review, we've added even more organization and presentation features. For example, we have added sections to padlets, which means you can group your posts. We've also added Padlet Slideshow, which lets you turn a padlet into a presentation in one click. We hope you enjoy these features. Thank you again for using Padlet!

  ### 31. #1 Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wendy R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

As a high school and college teacher, I've found that Padlet is an indispensable tool. I love that it is such a customizable space-- I can use it for a huge variety of lessons-- students post comments and respond to each other, quote from literature with explanations, and create individual blogs-- the applications are only limited to my imagination, really. I even use it for my own records to track student work on projects and make important reminders so I can check in with them in a timely way. I have created a Padlet with curriculum resources for my team so that everything for the year is at their fingertips. I love that Padlet is always bringing new aspects of the platform to us, especially the templates, which really elevated Padlet in my mind. The ease of implementation is wonderful-- students and even colleagues with limited tech abilities can easily pick up the basics and begin with Padlet right away. It has never glitched, locked me out, or altered my content. Padlet is the #1 tool I recommend.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

I use Padlet using an institutional license from the college where I teach, so I have unlimited Padlets. The high school where I also teach does not have an institutional license. When I show colleagues at the college all of the wonders of Padlet, they are excited and usually start using it right away. When I do the same at the high school, they try it but run out of Padlets very quickly since they are only allowed 3. I feel like free users should have at least 5 Padlets available to them since that is the number of classes they teach. With only 3, teachers are unable to use Padlet with all of their classes and they tend to stop trying it out.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Padlet solves the issue of students not wanting to participate in class discussion or share their work. They are fine with posting their ideas and writing on Padlet for the class to see, so this aspect benefits me by generating more commentary among students and allows me to step back as the only collaborator on their work.

**Official Response from Atticus From Padlet:**

> Thank you so much for your detailed feedback and for recommending Padlet as your #1 tool! It’s fantastic to hear how versatile and beneficial Padlet has been in your teaching, especially in enhancing student engagement and collaboration. We appreciate your insight on the limitations of the free account, and we'll definitely consider this as we strive to make Padlet more accessible for all educators. Please feel free to reach out to us on social media (@padlet) if you have more suggestions or need assistance. We're here to help and always eager to improve!

  ### 32. Padlet-engaging, flexible & valuable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

What I find incredible about Padlet is the opportunities it provides students to write down their thoughts and opinions in a non-threatening space. My students love this online tool because they feel comfortable to express themselves without having to share aloud. They love commenting on their peers' posted comments in real time. They especially love the 'like' feature! It's also super easy to use on an Ipad for both students and teachers.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

Nothing at this time. I think Padlet works well.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving how students express themselves. Less intimidating than speaking aloud in front of the class.

  ### 33. Helpful Tool for Formative Assessment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** KEVIN W. | Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

First, I love the aesthetic. The minimalist design of the software is friendly to students, and it can be modified to create a beautiful environment.

Additionally, I like the new poll feature. I use it to assess my students MCQ skills in real-time, and it's also helpful for students to see which responses are giving them the most difficulty.

Finally, I love the ability for students to see each others' work. They learn from strong models, and this software makes it easy for students to do so.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

I dislike that more filters don't exist. I'd like to be able to filter out notes with images, for example.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Padlet helps me solve the problem of gathing more data for formative assessment in the classroom.

  ### 34. Taking my position to the next level

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

I can not think of anything I dislike about Padlet.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My position can be compartmentalized and very different within each compartment. Padlet helps me organize all that each project entail in a variety of mediums that can all be housed in one place and then shared with those that I direct.

  ### 35. Padlet is a Fantastic Tool for Course Creators!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie E. | Blogger, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

I'm a visual learner, so I find Padlet very helpful for laying out my ideas visually. It's easy to move things around and connect ideas to each other and see what fits and what doesn't fit. It's making it super easy for me to see how each of my modules and lessons will work together. Love it!

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

It took me a little while to figure out how to use it, but I think that's normal for any software.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like brainstorming, but when I try to lay things out in word processing software, I can't easily visualize my goals and objectives. Padlet makes it really easy for me to lay things out and to storyboard my ideas.

**Official Response from Julia Carnes:**

> Thank you for leaving this review, Katie! I'm glad that Padlet is helping you visualize your ideas and courses. If you have any other feedback to share, please feel free to reach out at https://padlet.com/contact-us - Thanks again for using Padlet!

  ### 39. Padlet is hands down the best resource you need to be utilizing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annie C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

I like Padlet because is it VERY customizable. You can design it for anything you need. Padlet is incredible in it's organization and ease to set things up! There are hundreds of way to design ANYTHING you need. I professionally use it to share resources with my students to access 24/7 and to share examples, but also great websites and videos they could use when I'm not easily accessible.

Padlet is easy to navigate as well. You don't have to be a pro at technology to navigate a Padlet. That easy user friendly platform makes it easy to integrate into anything that you are designing. It also is easy to implement sections of a Padlet, especially if you're referring to only one thing/section specifically. You can either share the direct link of the post if it is one item/thing. Or make a section, and us a breakout link and share just that link with whomever you need to, so navigating to that specific section doesn't loose your audience.

We use our Padlet multiple times a day! Our students do as well! We have it bookmarked because we are on it so much. It's also embedded in our home website, which is awesome because if you were to embed a Padlet, they have an expand option that allows you to expand the whole screen to that padlet. Again, it is so user friendly!

Last, but not least. I reach out to Padlet frequently. They have an amazing customer support team! They run analytics for me and answer all of my questions. When I don't quite have a way to write my concerns, they allow me to have a zoom with them to share my screen and show my concerns. They listen. They work as a team to help you problem solve. They want to serve everyone of their customers, because they truly love their customers.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

I wish Padlet had breakout links analytics.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have helped us with some tracking concerns and analytics. They also helped us design a layout to get a better organization to our Padlet. If they could get breakout analytics figured out, it would be the greatest thing ever!

**Official Response from Atticus From Padlet:**

> Thank you so much for your enthusiastic and detailed feedback! It's wonderful to hear how Padlet's customization and user-friendly design significantly contribute to your educational settings and resource sharing. We're thrilled that our platform is a staple in your daily interactions and that our integration features are meeting your needs.

We appreciate your suggestion about adding breakout links analytics and will consider this as we continue to enhance our services. We’re also glad to know that our customer support team has been helpful and responsive to your needs. Remember, we're always here to assist and improve your experience at padlet.com/support. Your insights and experiences are invaluable as we strive to serve our users better. Thank you for being a part of the Padlet community!

I've utilized it for middle school students to share personal designs/artwork/thoughts. At the same time, I've had high schools engineering students use the site to display and share an e-portfolio or document a lengthy project.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

To be totally honest, I never really liked the name.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a safe and free web-based source to share information, whether from teacher-to-student or student-to-class or class-to-public.

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

I love that Padlet offers so many ways to create beautiful shared spaces for discussion and sharing content.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

Having only 3 Padlets at a time for a free account is really hard on teachers who have 7 classes a day. If the free version could include 7 Padlets, teachers could better utilize this amazing platform.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Padlet is helping us replace Flip (Flipgrid) for sharing audio and video responses as a classroom of students.

  ### 42. Easy to use and a powerfull tool for teaching and learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Padlet is such a fantastic tool to be incorporated into any type of class activity, the different types of board layouts tailor the activities even more.

Now with Padlet AI Recipies it saves users time and opens new opportunities to delve into creating creative activities.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

Padlet's free version has a limitation of only 3-5 Padlets. I would appreciate it if the number could be increased.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my role as the Director of Technology and Innovation it allows me to create a shared platform for all educators to share successes, ideas and tools they are integrating in class.

  ### 43. Game changing resource for Art Teachers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frank M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

My favorite thing about Padlet is the acessability for both teachers and students. Students and teachers can interact with it very easily and effectively on their Chromebook, computer or personal device (cell phone). This is made possible by my second favorite featruere which is its versatilty. There are so many options that I feel I have adequate control over how I use the tool and how my students will interact with it. However. there are so manyioptions that it becomes overwhelming. My thrid favorite feature of padlet is how quickly and easily I am able to work it into my lessons.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

My least favorite thing about padlet is the file organization. I am able to create bookmarks and some folders but I am not able to nest folders. For example, I create semester folders for each class so I will have 5 folders for the fall and 5 for the spring which makes it difficult to find the class I am looking for if I don't have the right label for the folder. if I were able to create a single folder for the school year and then create folders within that folder and then a folder within that one I would be able to organize my padlets in a much more effective manner.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Padlet allows me to track student progress on their work, provide feedback and have studetns provide feedback to each other.

**Official Response from Atticus From Padlet:**

> We're delighted to hear about your positive experience with Padlet, especially its accessibility, versatility, and how easily it integrates into your lessons. We appreciate your feedback on file organization and the challenges with nesting folders, which is invaluable as we continuously seek to enhance the platform for educators like you. **Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

Padlet allows me to post my entire week on one platform. I use it to organize each subject I teach with all the links for the week. Also, when I have a substitute- students (in first grade) know how to pull Padlet up and operate the day. I can leave pics and videos on there, as well!!!

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

Padlet's features are perfect for what I need.

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Padlet solves the problem of convenience and access, for teachers. There are many resources we use in a day. Some are consistent from week to week and other's change weekly/daily. Padlet helps me store and share everything in one place.

**Official Response from Atticus From Padlet:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Padlet! We're thrilled to hear that it helps you organize and manage your weekly lessons, making it convenient for both you and your students, even when you have a substitute teacher.

  ### 50. Great produce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharri D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Padlet?**

I love how padlet is fully customizable, and it's very intuitive and user friendly. I'm a big fan of the changes padlet recently rolled out and will likely use several of them. And, I know it's a small detail, but I love the little positive messages that pop up when you create a padlet. "Let's make something beautiful" and such - it really does make my day. We use virtual whiteboards in our synchronous and asynchronous executive training all the time, and I prefer padlet to any of the other similar products like google jamboard, etc. Participants who are not tech saavy still find it easy to use and not intimidating, which is very important.

**What do you dislike about Padlet?**

The only negative I can think of is that the new map function doesn't allow you to upload an image of a map that you created yourself. But that's a very minor detail and might not be something other clients are asking for. :)

**What problems is Padlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use padlet as a virtual whiteboard in our asynchronous executive training, which allows participants to meet each other and discuss issues virtually before they meet in an in-person or online session. It increases learner engagement and encourages networking, which is very helpful. We also use padlets for our online synchronous training during case studies or applied exercises - it gives us an easy and straightforward way for breakout groups to record their answers to the exercise questions. For example, we'll be using padlets tomorrow (one for each breakout group) for participants to design driver diagrams in a workshop on wicked policy problems.

**Official Response from Atticus From Padlet:**

> Thank you for such a glowing review! It's wonderful to hear how Padlet's customizability and user-friendly design enhance your executive training sessions. We're glad the positive messages and intuitive interface make a meaningful difference for you and your participants. We appreciate your feedback on the map function as well; it’s insights like these that help us continue to improve.
