I love how easy it is to handle the post-its which are, moreover, smart, attachable to specific windows, URLs, or files, not to mention the several options that come with each single note. **What do you dislike about Notezilla?** I wish there were a creative solution to adapt those notes to the smallest screens: Smartphones and tablets. **What problems is Notezilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** Notezilla truly helped me go paperless and manage ever-changing notes, each linked to a different professional project or topic of interest. ### 2. I love being able to organize them by colors and have a checklist to mark what I've already completed or what is no longer necessary. The best part is that I no longer lose my notes, but have them stored and can synchronize them with the phone app. **What do you dislike about Notezilla?** I don't really like the management in the Smartphone app. I feel like it's missing something, the interface is very simple and not very appealing. I think it's not as user-friendly, not as much as the PC version. **Recommendations to others considering Notezilla:** It is an interesting software, a new proposal that is useful for those of us who spend a lot of time on the PC and find it quite complicated to use real sticky notes, or that get misplaced. This software eliminates this problem. **What problems is Notezilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** I spend a lot of time on the PC for my work, and having an option to write down tasks or any details so as not to forget them is excellent. I'm just using the trial version to get to know it better since some people recommended it to me, but I still have doubts because the app doesn't fully satisfy me. I'm still trying it out so far. Definitely, the PC version is the best! I wish they could improve the app. ### 3. The software uses the cloud to access cards from multiple computers, as well as from your smartphone via the free app for your iPhone, Android or Windows phone. The cloud function also allows you to send adhesive notes to anyone. You can download a free trial version of the software that allows you to try the program for 30 days before purchase. Despite the large number of free note apps, Notezilla has plenty of additional features and tools to make it profitable. OThe capacity to pin notes is one of the most distinctive characteristics notes to a specific website or window, which means you only see a note when that window or page is open. The only drawback of this function is a two to three second delay in displaying a note on the page. One of the features that make Notezilla the most useful note taking app is the ability to sync notes between multiple computers, phone and other equipment. This enables you to see wherever you are significant data. **What do you dislike about Notezilla?** The price for a solution is quite high, considering the fact that competitive solutions with similar functionality are available for free. **Recommendations to others considering Notezilla:** Notezilla also makes it easy to organize notes with Memo Boards and Notes Browser. These features allow you to sort notes into different charts and filter and search for specific notes using tags or labels. **What problems is Notezilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** Notezilla allows me to create and save notes, so I am able to better organize my work. ### 4. I like it because I can choose to have the most important or urgent notes visible, regardless of whether I am doing some work on the PC. It's great to be able to label them and change the color according to my needs. It's very easy to use, with just one click I can make a note, which allows me to quickly write down the task without fear of forgetting it since I don't have to go through the whole process of opening the software, choosing to create a note, etc. It's not necessary because an icon is generated in the notification bar. **What do you dislike about Notezilla?** I would like more features! It's a good idea to have sticky notes on the PC, but I would like them to optimize it and add other features, maybe emoticons, adding images, animated GIFs, an alarm. It would be great. **Recommendations to others considering Notezilla:** Excellent sticky notes software, I recommend it! But hopefully they can add more features. **What problems is Notezilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** Notezilla has helped me keep track of the day's tasks. It is very useful because when I am assigned a task or remember something I have to do during the day, I click on the icon, write the note, and choose where on my PC desktop I want it. And it's ready. It saves me time and prevents oversights and forgetfulness. I am using the trial version but I really wish it had more features to feel more satisfied with the software. ### 5. I love the realistic looking notes that resemble actual 3m notes. another feature I enjoy is the cloud storage feature which allows me to have my notes without taking up space on my computer. By far one of my favorite features is the ability to save sticky notes to certain websites and programs so they only appear when I need to see them. In conclusion, Notezilla is the perfect solution for digital notes. **What do you dislike about Notezilla?** It's not often that I say this but this software is perfect and does exactly what it should do. I will never use Microsoft sticky notes again. I did have a few problems setting it up but I was helped by a friendly employee who got it working great. **Recommendations to others considering Notezilla:** If you are looking for a great Alternative to Microsoft notes Notezill is the way to go. this program has made my life easier as well as my business partner we can share notes now so there are no excuses for being forgetful anymore. **What problems is Notezilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have solved many problems with this excellent software. I am a very forgetful person and I found that when using Microsoft notes I forgot to even open the notes much less the information on them. WIth Notezilla I can have the notes open on top of everything else and when I open certain webpages or programs. My productivity has never been better since I got Notezilla. ### 6. It allows you to take quick notes on sticky notes (which look like 3M's Post-It Notes), directly on your Windows desktop and gives you the best adhesive note experience. Notezilla works with a synchronization function in the cloud, so with this we can synchronize our notes saved in all our devices, also remembering that Notezilla has native applications for Android and iOS so we can also view our notes from smart phones doing even more comfortable to carry them in our day to day, either to remember important things or to send them to our contacts. Best part about this is that you can access your sticky notes from anywhere and don’t need to be present at the computer! **What do you dislike about Notezilla?** I wish there were more options for the colors of the sticky notes but it’s really not a huge deal at all! **What problems is Notezilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a busy graduate student, researcher and teaching assistant, this app is nothing but a life saver to me. There have been instances where I had forgotten about a deadline but was reminded about it because of this app. This app makes it really easy for me to note down the tasks that I am working on and that need attention across the board at the university and at home. My favorite part about this app is that even if I remember anything when I am not present in my research lab, I can add on to my note remotely as well. I used to use the sticky notes on my Mac before but completely changed over to notezilla after I learned about the convenience of using it on my phone as well. Very very useful during the school year! I get so used to using it during school year that I am even thinking about utilizing it during summer. ### 8. What I like the most is that I can choose to place the notes on the desktop or in a window. I can change the notes, stick them on desktop and select the windows where I want them to appear. I can have them separated as work notes and personal notes, I can also add labels to them. We have an application and we can synchronize the notes on all devices. They offer a trial period of 30 days, more than enough time to analyze if the software is really useful for you **What do you dislike about Notezilla?** For now I see nothing that disgusts me.
