Our agency is constantly evolving and the NinjaCat team is always one step ahead of us. When there are other things that we need that they don't have, they're always willing to get on a call and talk through our options. **What do you dislike about NinjaCat?** I can't say that I have any negative feedback about NinjaCat at the moment. Every team member I've talked to has been a tremendous help to me in my role and to our company. **What problems is NinjaCat solving and how is that benefiting you?** They've helped us tell a full story from start to finish across multiple platforms and products. We've also recently found a potential solution for a long-term problem where we weren't able to bring in any data from our reputation software. This has been an ongoing thing for many years now, but they've been so helpful in finding workarounds. Competitors products that i have used have taken much more time to understand and to complete daily tasks **What do you dislike about NinjaCat?** Some of the features that I feel that ninjacat should have, it doesn't there's some issues with data load errors which can also cause some confusion between what we see in ad servers versus what clients see on the end user dashboards. **What problems is NinjaCat solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ninjacat allows us to easily set up dashboards, most dashboard set ups take just a few minutes compared to 15-30 minutes with our previous dashboard tool. Ninjacats constant updates have allowed us to actively ask for product integrations, and actually recieve them. ### 8. We were searching for a tool to aggregate our reporting and provide a better visual narrative about client performance and results. NinjaCat helped provide it. Their onboarding process is incredibly supportive and encouraging, they're always available to answer questions, and their teams are always open to feedback. **What do you dislike about NinjaCat?** I wish the platform had more pre-built reports or templates for presentations. Additionally, I wish I could change the lines on line graphs to be dotted or some other format and have more freedom with coloration and shapes to provide more customization with larger or more complex data sets. **What problems is NinjaCat solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aggregating multiple data sources and providing a wide range of visualization tools to enable us to develop clearer reporting for a wide range of industries and clients. ### 9. The lack of Bing Webmaster tools is a little frustrating but I'll mention that in the dislike. **What do you dislike about NinjaCat?** Our CSM has been excellent, but I think stability is our biggest issue. We need something that can handle 60+ accounts in a dashboard at a time and Ninjacat is only stable at around the 10-20 accounts. This can be frustrating for our customers looking at a rollup dashboard because the dashboard will time out. Also lacking Bing metrics and a lack of Yext metrics. I also don't like how you can automate reports but you aren't notified when the reports are broken which can be frustrating because I've had clients expect a report and I'm not sure if they received it or not and I have to dig through our reports to see and I'd love to get an email notification that a data source/token needs to be updated. **What problems is NinjaCat solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ninjacat solves our abilities to show Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads in an all-inclusive dashboard/report. In addition, the ability to customize metrics on the fly makes life easy when adding margins or creating unique equations. Far and away the best part about NinjaCat is their support team. They are friendly and have a strong working knowledge of the platform. Many times they have built custom solutions to accommodate our specific requests **What do you dislike about NinjaCat?** NinjaCat has fixed many of their previous issues with APIs and load times. One of the issues the platform faces is scalability but as with all their issues, they are always being updated. **Recommendations to others considering NinjaCat:** NinjaCat is a powerful BI platform that has great pricing and customization. For companies looking to automatically save themselves headaches of pulling reports I highly recommend using their pre-built reports. The UI is a bit older but offers much more functionality and design. The first report will always take you a while but it has only gotten easier over time. **What problems is NinjaCat solving and how is that benefiting you?** We easily funnel highly complex report through their automated services saving our team hundreds of of hours of work each week. This has made it so there is some manual work on our end to fully prepare monthly reporting. The onboarding is great if you do not have prior experience using that type of tool. Following the onboarding process, I had a few questions and technical problems, and the support team was very reactive, friendly and helpful. Follow-ups were quick. **What do you dislike about NinjaCat?** When you get past basic reporting, many workarounds are needed. These workarounds prove to be quite time-consuming and frustrating. Using the templates to build the reports and dashboard is also quite time-consuming as the data takes time to load. Some connectors might be missing what we thought to be basic metrics (e.g. video metrics for LinkedIn). Lastly, the pricing model is based on a 12-month period. He made sure to answer all of our questions and cover all of the ins and outs of the ninjacat reporting solution. Customer service with ninjacat 10/10 **What do you dislike about NinjaCat?** I found a lot of the functionality on Ninjacat to be really clunky, unfortunately things take a LONG time to process if you're adding more than one filter to a table. Having to put templates into dashboards or reports also seems like an unnecessary UX step, it would be a lot easier to just be able to publish the templates directly. Additionally my least favourite part of the reporting solution was the lack of auto save, or co-working. Ninjacat crashes sometimes for us, and without autosave and coworking possibilities, it's caused us to lose time. **What problems is NinjaCat solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was supposed to be a secure mult-channel reporting tool. A few times I wanted to go back to three months ago and i have to put in the dates I need to populate data for three months ago, but I really dont mind that all too much, pretty easy work around **What problems is NinjaCat solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sometimes reports will have errors come back at me but most of the time its an error in the back end that is fixible on our end, Buisness performance has increased when using ninja cat. NinjaCat does a great job of combining the totals from Google Ads and Bing Ads so I don't have to do that myself. NinjaCat offers a user-friendly interface to simply show visually which accounts are on track and which are in danger of either over- or under-spending **What do you dislike about NinjaCat?** The biggest issue I have with the NinjaCat software is that it does not take into account whether an account has elected to advertise everyday, or whether they might elect to not advertise on weekends when they are closed. The software assumes that all accounts ads are run 7 days a week but fully 50% of my accounts only run 5 days a week which creates false results on the report that is shown. **What problems is NinjaCat solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to quickly run the software and see a report showing which of my accounts are on track versus which accounts may be spending either too much or too little and will need to be adjusted, ### 22. It pulls the data and it's easy to edit to add comments/insights for client reviews.
