Lacking standard features and useability out of the box (and included) versus competitor's and industry standards for online platforms. For example, accurate and working tax calculations and refunds by line items = a major and bare basics. Requiring app connection to a financial app is fine but when refunds/taxes still aren't accurate thereafter? Unacceptable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nautical is fantastic to work with. At times when adding features we are tied to some understandable restrictions. Meaning features we want to add are tied to if Nautical allows us or not. Nautical plays a critical role in enabling us to transition to a superior unit economic business model.
