It quickly dispatches, manages routes proficiently and effectively monitors the real-time position of drivers which overall result in enhancing delivery services greatly. **What do you dislike about MotionTools?** MotionTools lacks features such as detailed driver statistics, different KPI categories, or individualized driver’s report for certain deliveries. That hampers my efforts to look for more aspects of improvement and to enhance the efficiency of operations in general. **What problems is MotionTools solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have had a significant boost in our delivery dispatching and, getting better routes for the conveyances and real time data on the drivers. The interface looks like it isn't optimised for mobile devices and it's a little clunky. There are too many popups as soon as you login, which could've been better managed. **What problems is MotionTools solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to track your bookings is a great feature to have. But the most important part of the experience and the main problem getting solved is the ability to speak to an expert of the product, which solves most of my problems. ### 3.
