I really appreciate Logikcull's clean and easy to explain user interface. The tagging system makes document productions very easy and review of the documents itself is much faster. I liked that Logikcull is a cloud-based service, that data uploads are very fast, and that the processing is highly efficient. Among the things I did not like is that when exporting selected data, the notes added to the information are not included, which is necessary for downstream management, as well as the related messages for each data item and family. The 10GB business model is also too limited, since data management typically involves very large volumes of information. As a small law firm, Logikcull is perfect for me. It is very user-friendly, billing is clear and easy as it bills you by project/matter, and customer service is very responsive.
