**What do you like best about Ligna?**

I like using Ligna for making cold calls through the lines it offers. I use those lines to make calls in America and the UK. That feature is something I like the most.

**What do you dislike about Ligna?**

Ligna has so many glitches and performance issues. The lines are not working, and the SMS service is not functioning. The chat support has been closed, so I can't even complain or report issues. The setup was really difficult; it's like an alien platform, and I had to watch YouTube videos repeatedly to figure it out. It takes a lot of time to load things, which makes the performance feel very weak.

**What problems is Ligna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ligna mainly for its CRM services, specifically for VoIP lines and SMS campaigns to prospects for cold calling. These features allow me to reach prospects in America and the UK efficiently.

**What do you like best about Ligna?**

LOADS of features in built, you can host websites, courses, create AI chatbots, directories, make calls, send emails, it does a LOT

**What do you dislike about Ligna?**

I've never managed to understand the funnel builder, it's really designed for people who can code.  This has recently been addressed with the introduction of an AI website builder and that's helped a lot.  Support is also an ongoing sore spot, I have hopes that a recently introduced paid support option will remedy this.

**What problems is Ligna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ligna has allowed me to launch an entire business using a single platform. It houses my website, my VoIP lines, deals with emails, lead tracking, project tracking, blogs and a lot more.  I've also recently used it to launch lead gen directory websites.

**What do you like best about Ligna?**

I have to admit that Ligna provides a cumbersome range of features. It stands out as a poor marketing solution with options and in depth controls. It takes some time to get familiar with the platform once you dive in youll discover its potential worthless.

**What do you dislike about Ligna?**

There are glitches in the user interface causing workflow disruptions the current releases remain functional. Ligna does present a bit of a learning curve making it difficult for new users to fully utilize its features. The lack of concise documentation further adds to the difficulty in navigating the software.

**What problems is Ligna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The customer support provided by Ligna falls short with slow response times and unhelpful solutions. This lack of assistance is frustrating, for users facing issues and requiring software guidance. This software has not transformed our business operations for the better. It is unable to solve the issue of project management.

Ligna is best tool in the market who need CRM processes. It's super friendly tool and easy to use. You can create website if you have little knowledge on web design.

**What do you dislike about Ligna?**

Very few documentation and guides available for Ligna. I would like to request Ligna team please add some guides and documentation so people can go through it in case of any issues.

**What problems is Ligna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can call Ligna all in one app. We were using 12 different apps for CRM processes but in Ligna everything in one place under one umbrella. Also it reduced cost for different apps.

**What do you like best about Ligna?**

I have used different all-in-one marketing software; believe me, this is one of the best software out there, as it is a game changer.

It's intuitive, super friendly for people who need CRM processes, and has a Funnel Builder, and if you know a little about web design, you can create awesome funnels and websites...

Best of all, they constantly listen to their users, updating and adding many features to the software...

I recommend it with Eyes Closed... 100% recommended.

What I don't like is that sometimes it feels overwhelming all the functionalities the platform has, because believe me it has so many that I would have to write a bible of functions here...

There are so many functionalities, the problem is not the platform, but your mind of how many business models you could provide with this great ally.

**What problems is Ligna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My problem was always having to connect different online tools for my business to run.
Autoresponders for email marketing, CRM for Customer and Lead Management, and Websites for my funnels or marketing processes... making my subscriptions skyrocket in expenses everywhere.
Email Marketing and SMS marketing + Voip Calls is challenging to set up with different companies.

While with Ligna I have all that and more in one place.

**What do you like best about Ligna?**

A CRM, Marketing platform, SERP/SEO/Analyitics, Website builder, Social Media planning/curation, Emails, SMS, calls, subscriptions. I could cut many other tools, headaches and costs. Fully customisable and the ability to replicate cascading the platform infinitely towards clients in full whitelabel. This is a must-have tool to build and grow light consulting businesses. One of our favorite features is that is all centered on Leads and Leads data. In more details: the platform is completely customisable and offers users, according to their plan, to replicate in Tier 2, 3,4...X the same or differently customised platform. CRM, Marketing, LMS, Listings, Website builder, bookings, social media posting, VOIP and more (all with great monitoring and analytics. You need just one app to manage it (for you and your clients) all and all in a centralised way. What is the best in all this is the Founderand the team, very supportive at every stage and open to quick fixes and brainstorm regarding work arounds. In addition, they are very open to listen to clients and develop somewhat the platform inthe direction that the userbase appreaciates.

**What do you dislike about Ligna?**

Nothing particular. The platform needs still to mature with more features, controls and integration but they are all behind the corner and current releases are 100% functional. One more critical topic is if the software could be hosted on EU datacenters in case of EU accounts to let EU clients feel more compliant in terms of GDPR.

**What problems is Ligna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One "smart" system substituted 10 other individual manual tools in our business and gave us the potential to resell the same chance to other clients. It solves business management problems, scalability problems, need for automations and centralisation.

It's an all in one business software, think of go high level on steroids. Much more customizable as well.

Customizations are very in-depth, therefore, the learning curve can be a bit frustrating. It's it's own unique experience.

Having everything in one place under one umbrella instead of switching between 12 different apps

**What do you like best about Ligna?**

For an email-marketing SaaS solution, Ligna has one of the most advanced CRM that has built-in voip phone. In fact Ligna's CRM is more advanced than some of the dedicate/pure CRM out there. I implemented Ligna on one of the business I consult, and their sales is getting higher and higher results.

**What do you dislike about Ligna?**

Ligna has so much awesome features that an user use. However, the administrator/whoever sets up Ligna for the team, will have to go through at least 10-20 hours of Ligna training to be so-so good at it. So there is a barrier to entry, however it is one of the best marketing solution out there, even better than GHL (especially when Ligna API & integration launches.)

**What problems is Ligna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Analytic dashboard, CRM, lead capture (forms), Email marketing, sales pipeline automation/reminder, Sales (voip), call ivr, routing/forwarding, and phone voicemail to email/text is super awesome.

It is a learning curve because there is so much you can do with the software, but the great thing is that you have most of your tools in one place and on one platform!

That is very new, so you will find some issues or not enough resources about the tools they offer. The great is is that they are working on it regularly.

It is making my business wok flow much simpler with my clients and marketing.

There's a lot of flexibility for you to build your sales process and manage your leads.

**What do you dislike about Ligna?**

I dislike how steep the learning curve can be in some areas of developing your workspace.   More documentation on how to use Ligna with other tools would be helpful.

**What problems is Ligna solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ligna solves the issue of lead generation and lead management.  I'm able to get calls for my business using the IVR system so I can segment the incoming calls.
