We're a tech incubator, and we offer Lightster to our companies for their market research, customer discovery and fine-tuning products. Our founders love and use Lightster frequently. It's super easy to work with; just create an account, create your ICP, and see the list of people available to talk to you about your product or business. No integrations are needed. Customers are always available to jump on a call and this makes the process incredibly easy and fast. **What do you dislike about Lightster?** Nothing. If I have to say something, it would be that Lighster will benefit from more users on their platform to be able to serve all different types of products and ICPs. **What problems is Lightster solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to say get out of the building and talk to customers. With Lightster, you can talk to your potential customers without getting out of the building. The moment we wish to talk to a potential customer to hear their opinion about a matter, Lighster users are there to jump on a call and give you their honest (and sometimes brutal) feedback, something an entrepreneur needs the most. ### 2. I like that after a call with the respondent, the content is sent in text form; for this you do not need to use any external software -- A caring service team that promptly helps and resolves any issue - I have not seen such an attitude in any similar service **What do you dislike about Lightster?** I didn't find any cons. The web version lacks some features that the mobile app already has. I prefer the web version, but the team is actively developing the product, so this is not a big problem for me **What problems is Lightster solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lightster helped me quickly find the right respondents for interviews, helped me negotiate with them for interviews, and provided a useful platform on which I called respondents, conducted interviews, and received a large number of insights ### 3. Honestly, this is a great platform. **What problems is Lightster solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting in front of potential users and customers is very difficult when you are bootstrapping and wearing multiple hats as a founder. In addition, conducting multiple calls with business owners has really helped me improve my communication skills. **What do you dislike about Lightster?** Scheduling video calls during regular business hours with founders can be difficult at times / requires a time commitment, especially if a user also has a full-time job. However, the platform has constantly been innovating and started allowing users to provide feedback to founders by answering questions through their app using voice recordings (whenever the user can). **What problems is Lightster solving and how is that benefiting you?** I feel that Lightser helps creators save their time and budget by connecting with their target market before an actual product launch. ### 17.
