leadswift is probably the simplest and most cost-effective lead gen tool i’ve used. i can pull phone numbers and email addresses from many sources in minutes, and it also gathers reviews from different sites. exporting everything to csv is fast, and it makes it easy to send follow-ups right away.

there aren’t many tutorials, so beginners might need a little time to understand everything. but if you mainly need to scrape data and download contacts as csv, it works great and does the job.

leadswift saves me many hours of manual research. i can build targeted outreach lists fast, find contact details from multiple platforms, and start campaigns the same day. it helps me keep a steady flow of leads without expensive tools or complicated setups.

Being able to rapidly pull lead data en masse along with the ability to filter by website data, etc. is a massive time saver.

At first I was put off by the "one search per day" limit on the base plan but honestly any more than a search per day and I'd have trouble keeping up with the amount of data.

**What problems is LeadSwift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, I was using tools like Instant Data Scraper that while useful and free, would require more manual steps and time input. I can now accomplish with my daily LeadSwift keyword search what used to take me an hour or more per day with the previous tools I was using.

As a new agency just getting off the ground, we were looking for something simple but effective—and this fit the bill. Setup was quick, and we got our first campaigns up and running without needing a ton of hand-holding. That was a big plus.

The leads we’ve gotten so far have mostly been on point. We’ve had a good amount of correct contact info, and our response rates from cold outreach have been encouraging. The built-in automation for follow-ups has also saved us a lot of time—we’re not chasing every lead manually anymore, which lets us focus on improving results for our clients.

If I had to point out downsides, I’d say the targeting options could go deeper (especially when trying to narrow in on specific roles or industries), and sometimes support takes a bit longer than expected. But those aren’t major issues for us.

I really appreciate the new VerifySwift feature that LeadSwift offers because it provides free email verification with the subscription. This is incredibly beneficial as it saves me money that I would otherwise spend on services like DeBounce. For example, verifying 10,000 emails through DeBounce would cost me $15, but with VerifySwift, it’s completely free. Additionally, I found the initial setup of LeadSwift to be very easy, as I am already familiar with the necessary steps. Overall, LeadSwift is incredibly worth it, earning a 10/10 recommendation from me.

I dislike that LeadSwift does not handle email warmups.

Fantastic tool and overall a great experience. Fast, capable, accurate, easy to use, great customer support. No reason to use any other tool. I recommend LeadSwift to all my business friends.

Contact emails are visible only as a drop-down, but it's a very minor inconvenience, and I can always export the list to a CSV.

I really like how LeadSwift makes lead generation simple and efficient. The platform is easy to use, gives me access to highly targeted leads, and saves me a lot of time compared to doing everything manually. I tried using apollo but it wasn't generating high quality local leads, as leadswift is.

**What do you like best about LeadSwift?**

The best thing about LeadSwift is that there are no restrictions on exports, unlike other major lead generation websites. You might think there's a catch—that the pricing would be much higher but it's not! You can get high-quality leads at a fraction of the cost compared to websites like Apollo.io.

I've been using LeadSwift for a while for my email marketing and will continue to do so. I’d also happily recommend it to anyone considering it.

Nothing much at the moment. The UI is simple and easy to use. Occasionally, the server slows down or lags a bit when exporting or opening LeadSwift multiple times, but overall, everything works well.

**What do you like best about LeadSwift?**

I have used lots of different lead gen tools paying triple the monthly cost + the addition of paying credits to export contacts or to get their phone numbers. Lead swift does it all for only 25 USD /month with their starter plan. Also one of the best features that I love is that it can source for ig and facebook profiles and also check if their running ads! Which before I had to source the facebook ads library for or pay freelancers 500 USD for a batch of 500 leads whereas with lead swift I only have to pay 25 USD which is great! The customers support is great as well always easy to reach them and always helpful!

**What do you dislike about LeadSwift?**

The only downside i'd say is the user interface not from sourcing leads more from the email automation I haven't used it but its very unlikely i'd use it due to everything being under GHL as that allows you more options from an automation point of view. But that's the only down side and paying 25 USD a month I'm not bothered as the leads it gives are great!

gaining a mass amount of leads like in the 10,000+ and the value of money is great!

I LOVE the filtering and sorting features. That is by far the deal-breaker for me. It's extremely simple yet intuitive. Solves a huge pain point with filtering the leads and finding legit prospects.

The one downside is (depending on your location your searching for leads) it could take awhile to scrape and generate your lead lists since it can be a lot from each search (sometimes 100K+)  besides the wait times, everything about Lead Swift is great.

It provides quick access to vast amounts of raw data, much of which I wouldn't be able to find manually, highlighting the size and quality of the database. The filtering options are excellent and very easy to use, allowing me to narrow down the leads efficiently, and downloading the CSV files is a breeze. If you need to scrape leads, LeadSwift is an invaluable tool that streamlines the process and significantly boosts productivity. I know that they also have features to send out cold email camapaigns and features that let you verify emails before launching the campaign so that can be very useful as well - an all in one solution.

You still have to manually go through the list and filter out a lot of the leads - nevertheless, still saves you a lot of time rather than doing it manually.

**What do you like best about LeadSwift?**

I am an independant BDR contractor and I must say, this is the best bang-for-buck lead generating tool out there. I got the Starter package (at half price which is a steal), with only 1 search per day, but so far I get a few hundred (>300) solid leads per day through their engine which is plenty for me to work through as an independent. I will have a solid pipeline in front of me for as long as I can see, and then some.

What really drew me in was the fact that they dont have a database that may or may not be up-to-date. They pull everything live from the internet. So far it's been amazing. I don't really use the email feature, although it does seem like it could be useful for those that do email marketing too, I just prioritize cold calling so I all need is business info with a website and phone number to qualify and call. If you need decision makers, this will find them too via yellowpages, linkedin, and other.

The customer service and support has been top notch, too. Highly recommend.

Half off right now makes it that much better. I convert 1 lead to a demo per month and I get 5x my ROI.

**What do you dislike about LeadSwift?**

There are some minor inaccuracy issues, but with some simple excel magic and skimming its easy to sort through considering the volume of leads you get. You can even filter this out using their software and verification tools that cost extra. Although I noticed for every 200leads they generate, I lose maybe 10-20 that are either not relevant or dud numbers, but, like I said, that might change to 5-10 with the additional tool. I just use the basic version.

Doesnt integrate directly with HubSpot or other CRMs, but its really not a big deal because you get unlimited exports and can weed through dubs that way as well and import exactly what you want or need.

**What problems is LeadSwift solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves me hours of prospecting, by the time I search (it searches live), filter, export, and do my own final skim it takes maybe 5 minutes to get 100-200 solid prospects into my hubspot. Doing this on my own would take hours, maybe even days if contact info is tough to find and i need to search multiple sources like it does.

I operate and own a telemarketing agency (duckify.io). My clients occasionally hire me to generate their lead lists for them to compliment their campaigns. I've been using this platform for probably about a year. For all of the features it has for the price they offer it, LeadSwift is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about LeadSwift?**

I will say that there are some leads that it generates that don't quite fit the search parameters and you will have to take time to clean out that populated list, but honestly that's something you'll have to do with any data scraper. Overall, I'd give it a solid 4.5 star out of 5!

I like that they pull from various sources, including Google and various social  media pages. Apollo.io, for example, primarily sources everything from Linked-in; which is great if you're targetting c-suite executive type folks, but awful if you're targetting smaller businesses because those types of companies are not on Linked-in. LeadSwift, however, can pull from Facebook, Instragram, etc.

To be honest, what I especially appreciate about leadswift is the precision and greatness of the leads you will get. Almost like an intuitive mechanism to help us figure out the right contacts for our business model. These leads are highly targeted and so we get to talk to potential customers who actually represent our target profile. And the platform is user-friendly and saves us a ton of time that would have been allocated to manual searches. This has shortened our lead generation process and we can then spend more time closing rather than looking for prospects. To sum it all up, LeadSwift has been a wonderful tool so far!

**What do you dislike about LeadSwift?**

If I had to elevate one thing that could possibly be improved upon LeadSwift, is that data isn't always 100% updated. Sometimes it leads us to outdated contact info on leads or even a company that has completely changed direction, which can be a frustrating process. Some extra filtering options to narrow done the high-value prospects would also help. But look, those are just nitpicks in the bigger picture – the platform continues to save us so much time, and most importantly of all, leads are actually pretty damn good.

LeadSwift is an easy to use tool to find information on local businesses. Results that come back include whether they're advertising on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn or Twitter, whether their site is on WordPress and more. 

Once the tool finds the leads for the city you've entered, you can filter it further to only find people by job title. This is super helpful in getting the emails of decision makers and not just generic inboxes. 

When you export your results, you can filter them to include domain match emails and exclude closed locations. Leadswift also offers the ability to produce website audits which can be super useful to pitch with.

**What do you dislike about LeadSwift?**

Leadswift doesn't currently verify the leads you find, so you'll need another tool to complete that before you can reach out to the leads.

It's allowed me to gather large lists of local contacts very quickly. I was gathering the contact details manually before so it is a huge time saver.
