Easily track progress, including email updates on who accepts each work order and work status. The Landport customer support team is always helpful and can be reached via email or phone. **What do you dislike about Landport?** I wish I had more time to take advantage of Landport's many opportunities. There must be a lot more to learn. **What problems is Landport solving and how is that benefiting you?** Landport made the process easy for us as we have a portfolio of multi-family homes spread across multiple locations. We used text or email to enter a work order and communicate with the field technician. You had to return to the office to complete the work order, where it will be updated, reviewed, closed and filed. ### 2. I really don't have any dislikes with this software because, it has almost all of the best features for the users to glide or work on the platform, so I don't have any dislikes. **What problems is Landport solving and how is that benefiting you?** Land port is actual solving many major issues in the industries, this software is generating many more money to the companies who are buying it and I am also being benefiting with this software ### 3. Very easy to use and saves a lot of time and cost. Any person having some basic knowledge can use it. I did find it somewhat difficult to learn, and that the platform wasn't the most intuitive right off the bat. But after using it for a while, I've gotten the hang of it and had very few problems. **What problems is Landport solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping me manage and organize online work orders for my business. It's benefitted me by allowing me to focus on other things and knowing that the online order process is being handled. ### 5. Also, I would say that it is quite simple to use, at least for the basic tasks. That makes the platform suitable for all users **What do you dislike about Landport?** In general, the behavior is very good. From time to time, we suffer some hangs, but nothing that doesnt happen in any other commercial software. It only happens when using laptop out of the office. **What problems is Landport solving and how is that benefiting you?** Basically, it Is helping us on organizing all our online work orders.
