**What do you like best about LOLYO?**

We appreciate the quick and helpful support from LOLYO, as you always receive assistance as quickly as possible and improvement suggestions are accepted and considered. The app can also be customized very individually. Various functions can be well adjusted and pages can be designed individually, which shows that the app is designed so that the internal company administrator can handle everything independently as much as possible. The LOLYO Success-Talks are also interesting, as you can get new ideas for your own app from other companies.

**What do you dislike about LOLYO?**

The settings are somewhat illogically grouped or placed. A button that could "Save & translate into all languages" would, for example, translate an entire post, which would make it simpler.

**What problems is LOLYO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use LOLYO to efficiently inform employees without their own email or company phone. The app enables quick feedback and promotes a sense of belonging by disseminating important information. It is customizable and the support is fast and helpful.

LOLYO impresses with its clear and user-friendly interface.

Nothing! The range of functions is continuously growing, feedback is taken seriously and regularly implemented.

This reduces misunderstandings, simplifies processes, and shares information efficiently and transparently. **What do you like best about LOLYO?**

I greatly appreciate the push notifications from LOLYO, as they allow us to address our employees directly on all platforms and reduce the use of emails. This feature significantly improves communication within the company. Additionally, I find the simplicity of the app particularly appealing. LOLYO is overall very user-friendly, which greatly facilitates handling the software. The ease of use of the platform was also the main reason for our switch from Wordpress to LOLYO. The initial setup of the app was also extremely easy, which is a big plus for us. Based on these experiences, I would rate LOLYO a 10 out of 10 and definitely recommend it to friends or colleagues.

**What do you dislike about LOLYO?**

I find it problematic that currently only one photo per post can be uploaded on the pinboards. It would be practical if a multiple photo upload feature were available.

**What problems is LOLYO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that LOLYO allows us to reach all employees through push notifications and move away from emails. The app is easy to use and the setup was extremely simple.

**What do you like best about LOLYO?**

I am really impressed by the LOLYO employee app. Above all, I love how it enables us at Make-A-Wish Austria to communicate efficiently with our volunteers. It facilitates the coordination of appointments and projects as well as the exchange about special wish moments. The intuitive and easy handling makes using the app a breeze and eases the transition even if one has to adjust beforehand. The comprehensive and great service that the app offers is another feature that I greatly appreciate. I particularly like that it is wonderfully expandable and grows with our organization, making it very future-proof and flexible for our changing needs.

I can't think of anything for that.

As a partner of LOLYO, I can also highlight the collaboration. It is a dialogue on equal footing and together we always find solutions to best meet the customers' requirements.

The backend takes a bit of getting used to, but once you start with it, you quickly get the hang of it.

With LOLYO, many problems can be solved. Whether it's reaching ALL employees or just individual locations or teams/professional groups. GDPR-compliant communication, digital pay slips, forms and workflows, or other things. Internal communication is taken to a whole new level.

**What do you like best about LOLYO?**

The app is very intuitive, user-friendly, and offers a variety of features (news, marketplace, employee information, appointments, chats, bulletin boards, ...). Even if a feature is not available exactly as needed, the Lolyo support team takes the suggestion and tries to integrate it into a future update. We are very satisfied with the communication and interaction with Lolyo. We were able to implement the app quickly, and it has high acceptance among our employees.

**What do you dislike about LOLYO?**

A calendar function for regular appointments would be optimal, or if one accepts an appointment, it should automatically be linked with the calendar being used, e.g., Outlook.

**What problems is LOLYO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improvement of internal communication, as our employees are spread across multiple locations. Here, the app is a good way to reach everyone in a timely manner and to promote exchange among the employees. Non-desktop users are now also included in the communication.

I particularly like the clear administration, which allows me to create content and distribute information without much effort. There are also many options for adapting the app to your own CI, which can be done easily. Whether it's setting up the app or potential problems - the support from the Lolyo team is great! And all of this at a fair price.

So far no reason for complaints from me.

Fast service, great customer service! From the beginnings of the demo to the contract negotiations, the communication was appreciative, straightforward, and very customer-friendly. Lolyo has become an integral part of our daily work routine. Easy installation and configuration. The app was quickly integrated among the employees as well and has become a regular companion in their daily lives.

A major advantage is that all employees can be reached within a few minutes and content on topics can be shared quickly with everyone. The translation function also offers great added value. The message must be adapted to the recipient, so the translation tool provides the option of making the information available in the languages that are predominantly spoken by the employees.

**What do you dislike about LOLYO?**

In the statistics, I am currently still missing information on the times and days of the week when most users use the app. In this way, the sweet spots can be found to reach even more users directly. Only a small proportion of users use the "Mark as read" button. Why is it not automatically recognized when an article is clicked on and therefore read?

Reaching all employees directly, even those who do not have access to a company computer.

Best mobile internet app which helps my company connect with all the employees who either work from the office or work from home or don't sit at their desks in front of the computer. It has a simple user interface, design customization and clear functions, which makes it easy to use.

All of the features are very useful and meet the requirements. Sometimes the application hangs on the phone from time to time, and in future releases, if we have more setting options in the library, then it would be awesome.

It is very easy to pass on information across the entire organization effortlessly, whether through formal communication or just messages down the grapevine. It also has a user-friendly app that can be accessed even when you are not at the desk, so it is easy to receive and send messages even when you are not in the office. LOLYo also rewards the actively participating employees, so it is an added motivation to stay engaged.

Sometimes employees might be forced to participate, and that feels like a minor set back in this system.

So far, I don't think I dislike anything. all the features are great. I would love it if it had a few more options in the library. Apart from that LOLYO support had been very helpful in resolving the issues.
