The graphical nature of the system further enhances the easy drag and drop operations which assist us in preparing attractive email campaigns to our clients. **What do you dislike about Instiller?** One thing which I will say is that I do not really see very fine granular detail in performance data that’s associated with email. Engagement reports do not have a level of detail across the specific metrics that can be provided for each recipient. **What problems is Instiller solving and how is that benefiting you?** Instiller does not require the user to know much about coding, and as a result, the entire campaign creation process it relatively easy. The automation is helping us to divert our attention towards creativity in the email marketing campaigns for the clients. ### 2. The reporting module (including single-campaign reporting, lifetime account-level campaign performance reports & IP & domain health reports) is comprehensive yet displayed in a format that can be presented in simple terms to clients. From an agency point of view, new client accounts can be easily added, and their IPs are pre-warmed & can easily be assigned to each client account as dedicated IPs or as part of your agency's shared pool. Assigning user profiles & roles for each client account is also quick & easy. Instiller also runs regular auto-checks on your IPs and domains to ensure that they are all healthy & not blacklisted, with notifications popping up should the scan find something undesirable that may impact future campaigns. Audience segmentation is easily completed & workflows can be built in a matter of minutes, with A/B testing tools, form builders & landing page builders available for use within the platform, also. Their support team is always quick to respond & very helpful; they know their stuff! **What do you dislike about Instiller?** The drag & drop email builder needs some work, as the formatting of some sections of emails built in this module can be skewed e.g. center-aligned buttons, images & text, and button padding (depending on the email client). **What problems is Instiller solving and how is that benefiting you?** Instiller is used for in-house email campaigns and for any campaigns created for clients who sign up for an email marketing project. As white-label software, we were able to customise the look and feel of the dashboard to suit company branding. You can also take an overall look at our campaign performance at agency level, but also monitor and report on campaign performance for each of our clients' accounts (top-level reports & for individual campaigns), which is really helpful. ### 3. It is also convenient that a personalized view can be adjusted for each client and quickly displayed at any time. **What do you dislike about Instiller?** Instiller appears to only allow for a few client email lists to be initiated at any one time. At the moment, I need to group many small lists into larger ones, which is not suitable for specific marketing. **What problems is Instiller solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have resolved all possible complexities that are associated with sending out emails through Instiller. The ability to design templates and use customization options is invaluable; and the mobile compatibility lets me edit when I’m on the move. ### 4. The AI tools involved and available on its dashboard are helpful and time saving for all kind of business. One of its best and amazing feature is the preview window for all emails generated automatically and previews and tests before sending. This application allows you to handle and keeps larger number of clients at one time. **What do you dislike about Instiller?** The image processing or image importing/ adding to emails and creating attractive email marketing content takes more time and delays the processing and working of the software. **What problems is Instiller solving and how is that benefiting you?** Instiller has made it easier and smooth for my organization in enhencing the the email marketing and sending and engaging audience all the time. The automotive email creating tools helped in giving us with the best and attractive campaigns and landing pages to send on mails. ### 6. It includes everything in emails like drag and drop, no coding, and is mobile-friendly. the best feature is preview and testing which makes a personise view for clients. **What do you dislike about Instiller?** Need to work on the link and imaage checker. it slows down the download speed of the file. **What problems is Instiller solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am looking for a safe and secure mailing which is to be shared with close ones. ### 7.
