What I love most about Groupmail is the complete control it gives us over our own data. Because it's a desktop-based application rather than a cloud platform, all of our sensitive contact lists stay securely on our own local machines. We can route our campaigns directly through our own SMTP servers, which gives us maximum privacy and independence without worrying about third-party cloud hosting. Because it relies on your own SMTP servers or third-party setups, deliverability can be a headache if you aren't technical. You have to be really diligent about your sender reputation and server settings.
