During our initial use of the platform, we encountered a few technical issues. Further into the session, we faced difficulties when our guest tried to share a PDF document, but system limitations prevented success. The same guest was also disconnected from the meeting multiple times, and there were instances of random muting, hampering effective communication. I've used a variety of webinar, event, and meeting tools. Then a friend suggested Gobrunch to me, but when I initially saw the screenshots of their webinars, I wasn't impressed. I thought, "Meh, I'll never use a tool with graphics and interface like that." However, I decided to give it a try anyway. And I must say, GoBrunch is truly one-of-a-kind. Unlike other tools with numerous competitors, GoBrunch stands out as a truly unique option. Its founder, Richard, is an amazing person who is actively involved and down-to-earth. I wouldn't say I dislike it, but there are a few issues that they need to address. One of them is the lack of a payment feature for sessions. However, I've heard that they are planning to introduce a payment solution soon. And they should work on enhancing the registration process for better email collection from our participants. Having been used to Zoom, GoToWebinar, and Teams for presenting webinars, it has been a bit of a learning curve for sharing content. I had a participant in a meeting who couldn't easily locate the menu with the share button and then as they switched tabs in the browser had to stop and reshare. The virtual room is a great alternative to in-person meetings, especially in these COVID times when it's not always possible. GoBrunch has all the necessary tools like screen share and a bonus is that more than one person can share their screen at the same time which is not available on most other platforms. The backend user interface could do with a refresh as it is not entirely user-friendly but on the frontend all is good. When using your own custom domain you currently cannot create a url that is being used under the main gobrunch domain, eg. if someone is using gobrunch.com/xxxxx for their meeting room you cannot create a room under yourdomain.com/xxxxx Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how GoBrunch gives you the ability to create an experience online for people attending your event through custom-designed backgrounds, interactive features while offering the functionality that you would expect from a more established platform like Zoom. It's still a young platform, so it doesn't have all the bells and whistles that you might want or expect from more established platforms like monetization, advanced audio streaming, etc. but i think they'll get there. I think they can improve in squashing some of the minor bugs in the platform (secret keys. etc.) and incorporate a better support ticketing help desk for customers. The changes we do to the room and any action we make to do any setting takes a while to take effect and we need to disappear for a bit.

I have been using it for a regular club meeting with 7-16 people and every time there is still a little glitch or one participant wouldn't be able to turn their camera/mic or something else.
