**What do you like best about Glassix?**

One of the most user-friendly and attractive platforms I have used so far ! Not just that, but Glassix has revolutionized our school’s communication. It offers a unified and integrated experience in communication among stakeholders. Before , our customer service team was overwhelmed with inquiries. After integrating Glassix, we’ve seen a dramatic shift; the AI chatbots handle routine questions instantly, but complex queries are sorted into the shared inbox. This has resulted in an increased customer satisfaction. We now can focus on tasks that require human touch,  and allowing us to focus more on educational quality. Its automation features guarantee that all questions be answered in a very friendly-like attitude. (Some students can't believe it’s a bot !) The built-in design and integrated multi-platform  have made it pretty essential in our daily operations. It is also paramount to mention its AI analysis that help our marketing team to read through customer's needs and, as a result , improve lead engagement and modify market strategies. All these features is a result of the team implementation and understanding Glassix, thanks to their customer support we are using it not just frequently but on daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Glassix?**

It requires a thorough  training for the school staff and faculty to effectively use all its features.

**What problems is Glassix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to suffer from phone calls and  emails and frustrated clients/ parents and students. Now , questions raised by parents and students are automatically answered in a friendly way through the chatbot. in addition to the AI customer analysis that provides regular solutions and improvements. The analysis are handled by professionals in order to ease or work progress and cater for customer needs

Ever since we started to use Glassix we see a constant rise in our main business KPIs and goals. Things like first response time, customer satisfaction score, and agent productivity are always going up. The unified inbox and the AI features are a complete standout for our team, including the AI chatbot that works and integrated on multiple channels where we're able to serve our clients and users.

**What do you dislike about Glassix?**

Nothing. I absolutely think it is one of the best software I used for ticketing and customer support. Speaking of which it is also helping us with Marketing and Sales efforts.

There are numerous ways Glassix help us, here are the main ones:
1. Unify all of our channels into one inbox, making sure that all customer comms are in one place

**What do you like best about Glassix?**

We use the Glassix unified inbox to communicate with customers via multiple communication channels and apps and this helps since we don't need to use multiple tabs or apps and nothing is getting lost or missed. The AI chatbot is the best thing that ever happened to us in terms of customer service and sales. It helps us not just to quickly answer customer questions but also book showings and help our clients find their perfect house in just a few simple, intuitive steps.

**What do you dislike about Glassix?**

Nothing I can think of, the platform is really great and easy to use. We did not experience (up until now) anything unusual that I can dislike it.

**What problems is Glassix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The AI chatbot and live chat features are absolutely great, They help us not just to talk to customers in real time but also respond and keep regular operations during out of office times.

**What do you like best about Glassix?**

The platform is very eay to use and has many features that are crucial for our daily support and operations. The ability you can customize reports, schedule reports and anazlyze data is very lucrative. We also use the AI chatbot to work on various channels and can finaly provide service and stay available in more than one channels wich is a crucial aspect of our business. The onboarding process was a breeze and we managed to integrate Glassix with our CRM and Slack very easily.

I think it should have more data and info about the different tools and features the platform offers.

**What do you like best about Glassix?**

We use the Glassix AI chatbot to convert more website visitors into meetings and it has gone pretty well for the past 6 months since we started. The unified inbox is also a standout especially since it integrates and consolidates all the different conversations generated from the AI chatbot into one place ensuring we don't miss anything. We also automate around 50% of our entire inbound conversations which is a complete time and resources saver.

**What do you dislike about Glassix?**

Sometimes we experience latency in the AI chatbot responses and wish this to be resolved in the near future as we might lose some businesses due to delay in responses to customers questions.

**What problems is Glassix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's probably the best help desk software I personally used, it is feature rich and has so many features that helps the day to day of support and sales people looking to communicate with their customers best way possible.

**What do you like best about Glassix?**

I love writing this Glassix review for a few reasons. The very first one is that ever since we put the AI chatbot on our website we see our website visitors to lead ratio rise. We also use the Unified Inbox to unify all communications from different channels, mainly from emails and social which makes it super easy and convenient to make sure no conversation remains unanswered.

**What do you dislike about Glassix?**

At least for me, it was pretty hard to understand how to deploy the chatbot on our website as there was no actual guidance and documentation on how to do this. Overall the product is great and easy to use.

**What problems is Glassix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glassix provides immense value to our conversion and conversation flow by integrating the AI chatbot on our website and via social media we can generated a decent amount of leads and make sure we automate our flows to support those leads best way possible.

**What do you like best about Glassix?**

I like the unified inbox and the AI recommendations, but the best part is the AI omnichannel chatbot. As an online education platform, we need to provide instant communication and follow-up with our current and future students. Using Glassix these are more than possible! The AI chatbot works perfectly through multiple channels to provide accurate and instant responses to our students and the unified inbox helps us to keep track of all of our communications with our students. Another thing worth mention is that the AI tagging feature is brilliant. Using this feature we tag conversations and can segment those based on our pre-defined business rules and what makes sense to us, it is completely customizable and easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Glassix?**

I would really appreciate a faster response time from their support team. I have no complaints besides this.

**What problems is Glassix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Glassix system solves the following for our business:
- Eliminate the use of multiple tabs and apps by unifying all of our comms into one space.
- Constantly improving the CX at our company, by helping us increase important KPIs, the likes of FRT, CSAT, and more.

**What do you like best about Glassix?**

We used Glassix to communicate with students and new members using the AI chatbot on our website, WhatsApp, Apple Messages, and social media and it helps us with admissions and supporting students online via multiple channels. The platform is really easy to use, the AI chatbot works amazingly and replies to students 24/7 and most importantly we now have insights and access to data we never had before, things like first response time per channel, chatbot successful resolution rate, customer satisfaction rate per channel and much more.

**What do you dislike about Glassix?**

Overall the platform is really good, there are minor hiccups sometimes with the chatbot response times, sometime it happens over the weekend but I know that these are times where there is not much activity so we learned to live with it :)

It helps us stay available and provide support on various channels, it makes us more data-driven than ever, and it keeps our students and new enrollments in line with our brand and mission.

We have used Glassix inbox and chatbot features for almost a year now and it has been a fantastic ride. The automated routing, custom rules, and AI features are absolutely brilliant. The moment you get an idea of what you'd like to achieve using Glassix you can just do it all yourself. As someone who considers themselves as technical, Glassix is an absolute tech heaven for me allowing me to custom and tailor so many automated rules and functions to resonate with my business's needs and goals - something I couldn't do while using other similar platforms.

**What do you like best about Glassix?**

I love to write this review about Glassix simply because it really changed everything for our company. We started to use the system around 7 months ago and ever since we have seen a dramatic shift in the number of meetings and showings booked through the AI chatbot. Not only that we see higher conversions but also our customer support and customer satisfaction ratings are going up constantly.

**What do you dislike about Glassix?**

I would like to have phone support as some of the cases are not always manageable and can be resolved via email. I know that our current plan does not support phone support but still, it'd be great to have this, especially for a growing company like ours.

It helps us to organize all communications, it also helps us increase meetings and showings from prospects through our website and social media. **What do you like best about Glassix?**

I really like the Glassix mobile app, it helps me to communicate with our clients regularly even for urgent things and while I'm on the go. The inbox is obviously the best thing about Glassix, the way it helps us to organize all of our tickets and respond to customers is just brilliant. We also deployed the Glassix chatbot and it helps a lot in terms of dealing with a large amount of inbound tickets.

I'd like to have better support and more documentation. Overall the experience is great but I hope they can improve their response times and add more documentation.

Wow, Glassix does solve many issues for us, where to start...

**What do you like best about Glassix?**

Using the Glassix chatbot we managed to increase our meeting ratio by 6X! The chatbot is helping us in scheduling showings and tours which is basically the bread and butter of our business. In addition to that we're operation the chatbot in various channels including our website, social media, and WhatsApp to provide a complete customer experience to our clientele.

**What do you dislike about Glassix?**

Can't think of anything dramatic, however, I'd really appreciate a faster response time when approaching their support team via email. Sometimes it can take more than 24 hours for them to respond, regardless if the issue is minor or critical.

**What problems is Glassix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us respond fast to customer queries, it also helps us stay available at any time and book more showings and tours. Plus, the ability to house all conversations into one inbox plays a big part in how we communicate and respond to customer's requests.

A system that we didn't believe in from the outset, but after a month's use we ended up adopting it.

Although Glassix's chatbots are effective, extending the options for personalising chatbot responses could improve flexibility and respond more precisely to the specific needs of businesses.

**What do you like best about Glassix?**

I think that the inbox is probably the best thing in our support motion. We use it to effectively manage tickets from customers that are coming as inbound support tickets from various channels. It is so convenient that you can see the customer's name, the channel they approach from, and the message, plus the conversations are being tagged so you know already without even opening the actual ticket what the conversation is in regards to! I also like the use of the chatbot, it helps us to automate som many things we never automated in the past.

**What do you dislike about Glassix?**

I would like to have more tutorials, I mean, they do have some pretty good knowledge centers but some things are missing for me, for example, having more guides and videos on the AI suite, or some more info on the AI chatbot's full features.

The fact that we can unify all of our communications into one place is huge. Another thing is that we can actually get insights about everything that happening with our chatbot, customers, and agents. The feedback system is very powerful as well as you can see which agents perform and which are falling.

For me, I just love the omnichannel support feature. Being able to interact with customers across various platforms from a single dashboard is incredibly convenient. The AI-driven analytics and reporting tools are impressive, especially the real time dashboard and the weekly suggestions and notifications being sent to admins. They provide deep insights into customer behavior and preferences, enabling us to tailor our services more effectively. The use of AI tags enable us to have accurate tagging for our conversations without any effort combined with the auto-suggested replies our agents can respond and resolve more tickets than ever before.

We’re not so technical so the initial setup was a bit complex and required some time to get accustomed to, especially since we integrated the AI suite which required somewhat of a long learning curve for our team.

The routing is working perfectly for us and using the chatbot makes it easy to stay available to our customers via WhatsApp. In our industry it is important to serve guests via various channels and using Glassix this is exactly what we do!

I think that they can improve their documentation. For example when I was looking at troubleshooting a specific scenario like how I can change my auto-suggested AI replies to different type of replies there was no information about it so I needed to reach out to their supprot team and ask.

It gives me the freedom to quickly respond to our guests through various channels including whatsApp, chat, and SMS. It also helps me to see the incing tickets in a very convinient view and the best part is that we use a chatbot that manage to address most questions without our help.
