All of our FourKites contacts are highly professional and a pleasure to work with. The user interface is easy to use and intuitive even to first-time users. Carrier onboarding is simple. The real-time visibility solution was easy to implement and carrier integration was/is simple. **What do you dislike about FourKites?** I can't speak to any downsides specific to FourKites. Their data is only as good as the carriers' data. Some carriers are difficult to get onboarded, especially for cross-border shipments. But that is not a FourKites' issue. **What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you?** FourKites is helping us step up service to our customers by eliminating back-and-forth email traffic to provide load updates to customers. They are also helping us resolve issues with carrier compliance. We are always seeing enhancements to the product making it easier and easier to use with every upgrade/enhancement. It is obvious they listen to their customers' suggestions for improvement. ### 3. Walking drivers who are not tech savvy thru the process, which can take anywhere from 3 to 30 minutes. Our main issue comes from driver's who choose 'only allow while using app' instead of 'always allow' in the location settings of their phone. I think it would greatly increase the utilization of the app and reduce confusion for the drivers if there were only 2 options- allow or not allow. Another bone to pick with the technology is that we don't receive any type of an alert if a driver that is under a load in route deletes the app completely. I believe if a load is tracking and something severes that communication, whether its a bad service area, a load being relayed from driver to driver, or a driver changing the location settings or deleting the app entirely that the subscriber/ customer should see a notification within the Fourkites Portal. **What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you?** Visibility on shipments while in transit thru our brokerage arm, which reduces the risk of theft on high value or high theft items. ### 5. At the same time, it is a living thing that keeps changing to meet the corporate needs. **What do you dislike about FourKites?** When I see lots in a list, it is more enjoyable to me if they are more colorful blockings or alternating. Those who have poor eyesight, the current system is hard for them to use. I should also point out, to be useful, carrier compliance is a critical factor. **What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am the one who is responsible for tracking the loads and the one who is responsible for keeping the clients updated. In other cases, instead of browsing one load at each moment, I like the idea to filter out a certain load by the shipper/port. It is great that the dashload can be recovered and that the loads are sorted based on their importance. It is comforting to me to know that fact. ### 9. All the factors that compose the ETAs also ensure that I'm giving the customer accurate information about their order. **What do you dislike about FourKites?** In my case, Fourkites does not have Plant codes listed for me to filter or directly search. Adding the plant codes would result in smoother filtering and navigation, as we have several plants in the same State or even the same city. **What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you?** They solve the ETA accuracy problem that we experienced with carriers. With FourKites we have more accurate and informed ETAs. Delivery confirmation was also an issue that Fourkites has solved with their Geofence tracking. The dashboard is also neatly organized into important timely funnels. **What do you dislike about FourKites?** I would have to say that there is not much I dislike about FourKites but the down side that I dislike is that a load cannot be tracked for ETA if there is any disruption in a typical workflow such as the load not being set up prior to being picked up in order for regular and timely load updates. **What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you?** FourKites will be able to solve and eliminate a great deal of time that we currently spend chasing carriers for ETA's so that we can provide to our customers. Its user interface is easy to use and will let us see the location and status of all shipments and driver and vehicle information in real time. I love the authentic way it combines artificial intelligence, geolocation and data analytics to give us real-time visibility of each load and the valuable ability to predict arrival times. It has a knowledge base that offers learning modules where you can continue to learn new features of the platform to enjoy the same results with greater strength and confidence. It has a support team that is always attentive to finding a solution to any concern or inconvenience that may have arisen at some point as users. We liked that FourKites has created a kind of online communication forum with other customers. That way, they discuss and clarify essential issues of tools provided by the platform that ends up helping or solving any mishap that a user may have encountered and so far has not been able to solve. **What do you dislike about FourKites?** Few things I dislike; however, we consider it very useful that the mobile or remote platform that the carriers download has a translation tool since not all speak English.
