I find FormDesigner's technically advanced features really useful, especially the number of elements that I can use inside a form and how the logic works. The multi-logic and multi-redirect capabilities are great, and I love that the results page can be very nicely designed, almost like a landing page or website. I like how comprehensive FormDesigner is. They've thought of everything, including an MCP server and integration with chatbots, and spend their time actually making it a better product. I would love to see them hire a top notch graphic designer and make the forms look super polished right out of the box. As it is, they look okay, but just a little bit basic. I love having the ability to use logical rules for only showing the necessary fields based on customer responses, allowing users to quickly complete forms without worrying about irrelevant information or information we may already have.
