It helps us navigate easily our artwork approval process, is also a great database , it is easy to use, flexible and adaptable, we had many updates as we are discovering new ways of improving our internal ways of working. Service is impecable, always on time and on point. Is a software that is easy to use, self explanatory, and customizible. I would definitely recommend it to any business , as it has improved massively our effectivenss , workload, ambiguities, etc. **What do you dislike about Flowzone?** For our business , i think Flowzone is a magnificent tool, nothing negative to comment on **What problems is Flowzone solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flowzone has helped us with improving the turn-around -timings on our projects, helps us prioritize, helps us keeping a clear audit trail, helps us with keeping all the artworks in one place ( database), helps us getting through our approval processes, etc. We will always find something new to add/ or to update, as we discover more ways for Flowzone to help us with ### 2. It is very effective and powerful where it keeps your complete take or work well structured and organised. We can keep a track of all task and update client appropriately. The work is segregated in a proper manner hence the estimation of the project becomes very easy and even the productivity is increased. Multiple projects or teams can be handled and tracked through flowzone **What do you dislike about Flowzone?** It is very simple and easy to use. I didn't found any flaws on the tool till date, but definitely while using it nothing noticed which can be disliked. **Recommendations to others considering Flowzone:** It's time saving and very simple to install also price is not an issue hence recommending this tool for best management projects. **What problems is Flowzone solving and how is that benefiting you?** Project is well organised and maintained. Flowzone helps and my organistation in particular to collaborate and to organise my work. It centralises all the project information and the documents that belong to it like schedules and activities. It is personalised and tailored to our needs and thus very easy to use. **What do you dislike about Flowzone?** Up until now I have not experienced any flaws, shortcomings or issues with Flowzone that I seriously dislike that warrants mentioning them specifically. **Recommendations to others considering Flowzone:** The cost of Flowzone might scare some organisations or companies off but it is certainly worth it given my own experience with it during the time that I used it. Our whole internal organistaion became much more transparent and people got access to that info they had to have access to. **What problems is Flowzone solving and how is that benefiting you?** Working together with my collegues to work on certain project is going much easier now, all the information about a particular project is centralised by Flowzone and different people have access to differnt parts of the information that is needed for them. ### 5.
