Further, there are proper training, which makes the use of the platform simple. The development of proper customer support and instant actions is also a merit. **What do you dislike about FlashStart?** The software gives us the right line in threat management, and this introduces all the threat detectors and issues immediate response to users. **What problems is FlashStart solving and how is that benefiting you?** The approach from the software gives a central solution, where all threats are well coordinated and immediate actions taken. Further, any content that is miserable is eliminated and this creates a security change in a company. Finally, the development of AI to detect security challenges is another challenge. ### 2. It effectively adheres blocking of dangerous domains which could potentially impact our customer's data integrity. For some known domains, if we install our certification authority on our internal devices then we would be able to access these blocked websites. **What do you dislike about FlashStart?** In some cases, the changes made to our Blacklist & Whitelist configurations did not appear due to latency issues. We cleared our cached data and reloaded our website to view the change history. It would be great if we have an automated feature to carry out this entire process with one click. **What problems is FlashStart solving and how is that benefiting you?** Configuring our Dynamic DNS (DDNS) is made simple after we started using FlashStart. For preventing our customers from browsing without filters, we enable its auto-redirect feature for security governance. We also configure filtering rules for blocking a few sites that come under the restricted network category. By establishing multi-profile categorization, we can customize our user profiles on a granular level and associate them with a unique network based on our network policies. This ensures that we follow our security standards & compliance which is crucial for our end users. ### 3. This does not require any on-prem infrastructure or server to be setup for using this. **What do you dislike about FlashStart?** It filters only at DNS level. If users change the DNS server in their System, It is difficult to have control on it. **Recommendations to others considering FlashStart:** Very lightweight, user-friendly, and cost-effective URL filtering, and DNS security solution. Consumers must think to buy it if they have a basic setup. **What problems is FlashStart solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our users behind the Flash start app are protected against DNS threats and we use it also to do basic URL filtering for in-house and roaming users. ### 5. I like the fact Flashstart Webflters can be used with a wide range of router and firewall brands. I'm a certified Mikrotik professional and with this product I can improve dramatically my Routerboards security features with no further effort. Moreover the possibility to integrate these filters to an existing Active Directory Domain structure is just great. In my opinion they offer the best in SMEs and Public Administrations because they can be adapted to preexisting infrastructures reducing the costs, but I'm starting to use them in larger environments as well and the performances are just as good. Support is also very good and realiable, they often organise useful webinars (non just commercial ones) and I'm really happy with my personal consultant, they anser in no time and reall y try to solve your problems. **What do you dislike about FlashStart?** They could probably improve the backend website, some features are slightly counter intutive but still not a big deal. **Recommendations to others considering FlashStart:** If you want just give a try, it's free and support is great. **What problems is FlashStart solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most of the firewall I use in my setups lack af a proper IPS (intrusion preventions system) Flashstart Webfilters just add a fundamental security layer in no time. ### 6. About the benefit is to avoid to be infected, for example, by a ransomware only because "someone" just opened the wrong file or did not pay enough attention to the e-mail sender. ### 8.
