I love that we have so much knowledge at our fingertips and EdFlex lets us organize it in a well-fashioned manner. Edflex is a fantastic tool that I would recommend to anyone :) **What do you dislike about Edflex?** Honestly do not have too many complaints about Edflex, if at all. Everythign works the way it should and loads in a timely manner. I have only used it for a couple months but we are pleased! **What problems is Edflex solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the problem of our go-to-market teams not knowing everything they should about our partners and integrations. Edflex allows each team to create training videos about a specific topic they deem essential for others to be aware of. We saw a need and Edflex was the best solution. Employees choose their own training courses according to their needs and preferences. This allows us to follow the evolution of the key skills to be developed, and to make employees autonomous in their skills development. **What do you dislike about Edflex?** We haven't had any complaints about the solution. We've been using it for 8 months now and every month we optimize its use. However, it is necessary to animate it and to communicate a lot on the subject because it is a change of posture of the learner who becomes an actor of his development. **What problems is Edflex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Edflex tends to develop the learning company posture, everyone can learn on a daily basis, from their colleagues who share training content or from their managers who encourage them to train.
