**What do you like best about Ecotrak?**

Lazy Dog Restaurants uses Ecotrak for our facility management needs, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for our team to track service requests and manage assets efficiently.

One of the standout features is the real-time reporting. It provides valuable insights that help us optimize our operations and make informed decisions.

Moreover, the Customer Support team has been fantastic. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, the Ecotrak Customer Support team has been prompt and helpful in assisting us. 

Overall, Ecotrak has streamlined our processes, increased our productivity, and made facility management a breeze. I highly recommend it to any organization looking to enhance their operational efficiency!

**What do you dislike about Ecotrak?**

Theres not much to dislike, its a great product and anytime there is an issue, Ecotraks team is open to feedback and partnering with us to find a resolution.

**What problems is Ecotrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping to solve issues we have discovered with our fryers. The data in the reporting module has been extremely valuable in isolating key issues that have arose with our fryers to help us make the most informed decisions in resolving these issues. 

They are also helping us to create a central place for our Internal Technitions to manage all the work orders that are created for them, using Ecotraks new Dispatch module.

**What do you like best about Ecotrak?**

I use ecotrak daily as a platform to communicate with clients. I am part of a commerical construction company team. When I happen to run into any issues the ecotrak customer service team is responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Ecotrak?**

Sometime it can be glitchy. For thee most part the ecotrak team has worked dilligently to tackle any/ all of the little issues I have ever come across.

**What problems is Ecotrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If there happens to be a closed out work order that I still need to invoice out or communicate on, ecotrak team puts in a ticket in to potentially re-open the work order. Or the opposite if a work order needs to potnetially be cancelled.

The best part of Ecotrak is the ability to track spending on all assets.

Ecotrak gives data to help make decisions on repair or replace with the decision making tool.

**What do you like best about Ecotrak?**

Ecotrak makes our team's life easier. We are running our entire facilities program through the software, which is saving us a ton of time and headaches. Ecotrak makes it extremely easy to schedule repairs and automate preventative maintenance for all my locations. Plus, its adoption amongst our restaurant managers (operators) is high as it is REALLY to use.

**What do you dislike about Ecotrak?**

We have not run into any issues that the Ecotrak team has not been able to address over our 4+ years of using the product.  All around, Ecotrak is a great platform.

**What problems is Ecotrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ecotrak solves the problem of visibility into facilities. Anyone in our organization is able to see the status of projects in real-time- leadership team, ops, accounting, finance and facilities. Ecotrak helps us manage all of our work orders, equipment, vendors partners and spend in one up-to-date place. 

Furthermore, the data that Ecotrak is able to provide is making us smarter about how we run our business- warranty tracking, pricing issues, frequency of spend issues, etc.

**What do you like best about Ecotrak?**

Overall knowledge of the Ecotrak team. They are willing to help in solving and creating solutions that specifically work for your brand. Whether it's vendor onboarding, integration with software or your account manager helping to review and provide feedback so you get the most use out of the program. It gives you real-time data to bring to the C-Suite, driving discussions on the assets and viability of your vendor partners.

**What do you dislike about Ecotrak?**

There is not much I dislike about the program

**What problems is Ecotrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping to directly connect my locations with vendors, using the system as a communication tool to ensure they are getting the service they need. While the communication is a great benefit it also allows us visibility into those contractors and how they are performing for us. We can run reports to see how their response times are and their success rate for first-time fixes.

Next, it's different than other software because it tracks at an asset level, allowing us to capture warranties from multiple levels to ensure we are not overcharged. Tracking the manufacture, component and vendor level warranties.

Lastly, it helps from the store level to the C-suite track budgetary spending. We can easily figure out which assets are helping the overall effort and which ones are a burden on the portfolio. By tracking individual components we develop an understanding of part failures we can then take back to the manufacturer for solving larger issues and getting warranty support. It also tracks spending on the asset and provides feedback on useful life and when to replace vs. repair.

All in all, Ecotrak brings visibility, warranty capture and cost savings across the facilities and physical assets.

**What do you like best about Ecotrak?**

Ecotrak is extremely user friendly.  They are very willing to take time to meet with our team and review how we are using the system and how we can utilize it even better!

**What do you dislike about Ecotrak?**

If you are using service providers that are not already on Ecotrak , or who have few other clients that are using it, it is difficult to get them to use the system the way it is designed for them to use.

**What problems is Ecotrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ecotrak is infinitely more supportive than our previous fm software provider.  They are responsive to our requests and willing to configure the system to meet our needs.

**What do you like best about Ecotrak?**

Our operations team finds this system very easy to use for work orders and invoicing. I find the analytics very helpful in digging into issues and idetifying cost opportunities. We converted from another system a year ago and no regrets!

**What do you dislike about Ecotrak?**

No downsides. Ecotrak is constantly making improvements with customer feedback. Improved analytics are awesome!

**What problems is Ecotrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ecotrak allows us to see where we are spending our money and what is problematic in allowing for course corrections. It gives great info that I use to give updates to senior leadership.

They have a large reach with experience with many large customers yet maintain a small business feel so you can reach out to anyone from entry level to the CEO

**What do you dislike about Ecotrak?**

There really isn't much to dislike, I have been pleased with the experience form A-Z

**What problems is Ecotrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ecotrak has allowed us to control our labor costs with respect to facilities repair by creating a digital quarterback to control the process

Ecotrak keeps all of our communication in one app.  Makes tracking repairs much cleaner and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Ecotrak?**

Not much on the downside, but to have it work well for you, you need to put the time in to get everything set up correctly.

Ecotrak helps us communicate more efficiently within our restaurant team and with our vendors.

**What do you like best about Ecotrak?**

I absolutley love the ease of use. Designed to take so much off my hands went from manual logging to Ecotrak. Easily able to generate reports, track vendors...definitely simplified my work load.

Based on my usage time there is nothing i dislike

helping me to create our troubleshooting which will create an easier flow of our WO.

Ecotrak is a user-friendly platform that harbors a wealth of information about each site and its assets.

**What do you dislike about Ecotrak?**

It would be helpful if we could upload multiple photos or videos.

**What problems is Ecotrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company is able to review the history of assets and the location to obtain the best resolution for the client.  We can easily communicate with all levels of the client corporation in the event upper management input is required.  Ecotrak is by far the best out of several platforms we use and it's FREE for vendors!

Ecotrak has been a game-changer for my team. During Covid, it was invaluable in being able to track the progress of facilities projects and schedule preventative maintenance.

**What do you dislike about Ecotrak?**

I haven't found any issues or bugs with the product.

**What problems is Ecotrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization - All of our jobs, equipment and vendors are in one system for everyone to see. Everything is so much more organized. The maintenance of critical machinery is being tracked, and all of our data is in one place.
