There is not a feature to show daily balances, like on Revenue Well.

**What do you like best about Doctible?**

We have been using Doctible for a while now, and the platform is amazing. This service allows us to communicate with our patients just as we would with cell phones. We all have access to the website on our desktops and can communicate with our patients in unison. We know that hardly anyone answers their phones anymore. So, with Doctible, we can chat about anything, from confirming appointments to sending pictures of X-rays and insurance cards. Moreover, we started with 73 reviews, and now we have 1064, thanks to their review-boosting service, unlike any other service we've encountered. People click and respond.

**What do you dislike about Doctible?**

I wish we could also send pictures to our patients and doctors from Doctible. Maybe even pdf files.

Patients do not answer their phones but they will answer a text message.

**What do you like best about Doctible?**

Doctible has definitely increased our online review presence on Google. They make it easy for us to send the daily review requests.

**What do you dislike about Doctible?**

The Daily Review needs improving. It doesn't remove the patients who didn't show up to their appointment, so careful attention needs to be paid when reviewing the list so as not to send that patient a review request.

Service expectations are consistenly met, wonderful technnical support team!

**What do you dislike about Doctible?**

Sometimes I would like to tailor our settings in more detail to suit our needs, but otherwise, it has been nearly perfectly wonderful!

They handle our appointment reminders, missed appointment notices, and overdue for dental checkup messages!

Very easy to use, love that patients can send pictures of insurance cards, x-rays etc. Makes it much easier for us to prepare for the patients appointment.

**What do you dislike about Doctible?**

When multiple people are logged in, and a coworker replies to the text, I wish it would not show it as a new message. Shoul dbe showing resolved.

**What do you like best about Doctible?**

Being able to text our patients is great. No one answers their phones and they do not return calls. Texting is simple and easy. Our patient reviews have increased as well!

**What do you dislike about Doctible?**

Wish we could have more characters for text messages.

You can grab reviews and see them and respond to them prior to them hitting google I use them frequently. they have so many features i can choose from. I love how easy it is to see the reviews and implement it in with new hires to navigate on the page.

i like everything about it so far and have not found any issues with customer support or tech issues.

Google reviews are being monitored on a daily basis

Needs to have capability of toggle a switch for English/Spanish for individual accounts or a translate button maybe?

From the sales team to the tech support every doctible employee is a pleasure to speak/work with. 

**What do you dislike about Doctible?**

Our patients a lot of the time are not going on to leave a comment with their google review if they even leave the review on google. Once the doctor turned down purchasing more software no one has called to follow up to see how we have been doing with the review generator.

We have created a tremendous amount of online attention via the reviews we have gotten using the software. The practice had less than 5 reviews on google, We now have over 25!

It’s really easy to send review links out to patients and sends a quick link for even the not so tech savvy users.

**What do you dislike about Doctible?**

I wish you could save previous contacts and honestly I wish it would publish negative reviews as well so the outcome doesn’t look so swayed. Every business is going to have a few bad reviews.

We used this to try and build up reviews on a certain social media platform that was lacking.

I like the ease and simplistic layout of the site. Sending reviews to patients takes just two clicks, either input their email or cell

No dislikes, but would be nice to be able to save previously entered contacts

When a patient reviews, it automatically directs them to google to leave a google review and rate us as well. For a practice that is trying to have a larger online following and further their reputation through online reviews, this has worked very well.

**What do you dislike about Doctible?**

Although still in the beginning stages, I have yet to find something that isn't going to be positive for us.

**Recommendations to others considering Doctible:**

Absolutely give the free trial a chance, you won't be disappointed.

Boosting reviews on certain online platforms to eventually boost patient influx. Directs patients to google, where they otherwise would have never left a review.

I love how it automatically redirects people to google when they leave a positive review, as it's difficult to build a google review platform.

Being able to send custom messages with the texts would be awesome.

Solving patient complaints, building the practice review database on multiple platforms.

We are using the patient review and feedback features.  The software is easy to use.  The best feature is how it handles poor reviews vs. positive reviews.

**What do you dislike about Doctible?**

The biggest barrier has been getting my staff to use it.  Also, it would help if the automatic sending of texts was more customizable.

It helps us get more positive online reviews.
