The way it maintains confidentiality and makes you login again If you don't use the platform for a long time.
Also, their customer support, they are very quick in their responses and will solve your query with apt information.  It is easy to use as I  am a frequent user I can say that it is easily accessible.

I think its good for the cost and services we have opted for, I wish we could opt for all services.

Disprz is a very intuitive system with plenty of useful features and authoring tools. My Customer Success Manager, Stuti, has always been very prompt in resolving issues and challenges that my organization face in the system. There's a lot of ownership by Disprz to work on continuous improvements based on clients' feedback. Overall, I really enjoy and value my organization's partnership with Disprz and team.

**What do you dislike about Disprz?**

t's still a relatively new LXP which has some rooms for improvement. Although there are occasional technical glitches, the system is still very stable and robust overall.

**What problems is Disprz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped my organization automated the key learning processes which made learning operations so much more efficient. The system's ability to offer learning recommendations using new technology features such as AI, etc, is definitely making my organization well-positioned as a preferred company for learning.

Should have a good understanding of content providers before integration. We integrated two content providers, one was really effective but the other content provider is not always meeting our expectations. Sometimes it has outdated content.

2) Trainer –

o Easy Content Creation which supports interactive PPT, Videos, PDFs, Word Documents, YouTube and Web URLs, Flash Cards, Objective Quiz, and Subjective Assessments.

o Maintaining training records like attendance, feedback, and assessment by creating batches in the classroom module section.

This has been our second time using the LMS Platform for the 2nd Cohort of our client and overall it has been a great experience. The users were able to access a lot of learning modules to enhance their learning and curiosity. 

The UI/UX of the LMS Platform also made it fun and engaging for them to learn (especially the leaderboard feature). The service and support provided by the Disprz team also made it easier for us when we faced an issue with the LMS Platform. 

Overall it has been a great experience using Disprz as our main LMS Platform for our client.
